The concept of the villas is good. The location from town good.

Booked for 4 adults and 2 Children. In the facilities we were told the villa had a lounge room with sofa and sofa bed for my 2 older children to sleep on, with the 4 adults sharing the 2 bedrooms with 1 couple per room per queen bed.However this was not the case. The villas told us that the day bed next to the pool outside was for my children! How scandalous! The double mattress wouldn’t even fit on the floor in our bedroom! There was no solution made by the staff, no manager, no owner and no one really cared! My 15 year old and 10 year old slept on 2 single mattresses on the floor in our bedroom for 6 nights, when we paid top price! The facilities were also described as having a kitchen and kitchenette. This consisted of one wok and one rice cooker for 2 people and one double gas burner and a fridge. Cups, plates, cutlery all for 4 people. Were my children suppose to eat off the floor with their hands? No towels provided for them either. Rooms need repair they are quite run down. No offer of assistance what’s so ever and we were not able to change hotels due to it being Boxing Day and the New Years Eve week! Not even Booking.Com offered any help! Very disappointed and disgusted by Montecarlo Villas and Booking.Com!

Made me want a a pool.

Definitely the pool my kids swam morning and night they loved it. We ordered the floating breakfast and the coffee was prepared and delicious!

Peaceful and private

Loved the peace and quiet. The pool great to use at any time of the day.

The villa was a little run down. Fan outside was noisy and some things were damaged or looking tired.

highly recommended for a relax trip. swimming and sunbathing in the villa feels much better going to Alona beach

The place was very beautiful and I enjoyed every moment I was there. Very clean rooms.

Free transportation could have been better organized. Also, the driver did not open doors or help lift bags, which I have encountered in other similar properties. The neighbours in the next room partied until 2am and it was impossible to sleep. The staff did nothing to resolve the situation. I expected silence and peace from such a hotel, which unfortunately I did not find.

Lovely villa and staff.

Very nice/clean villa with a lovely outdoor space and private pool. Can get food delivered in about 10 mins. Lovely/helpful staff. Easy to reach Alona Beach if you rent a moped (£5 per day).

it is far from the center and you have to rent a tricycle which can be pricey and add up. my bathroom also smelt of sewage which the staff did try to help with which I really appreciated as they wanted to move me to a different villa

There were roaches (bathroom) and rat (kitchen) in our villa. Shower heads were really dirty.

For once exactly as described on the web page!Would definitely stay again

Exactly as shown in photos! comfortable and spacious and very private! Private pool a real bonus. staff very accommodating and arranged car hire and taxi to airport at very reasonable rates.

Unfortunately there were family parties on both sides and our peace and quiet was disturbed by karaoke and excessive noise but in fairness it all stopped by 9pm The worst aspect was one family had dogs who fought and barked at random times. Not practical to walk to town centre/restaurants and therefore transportation is advised. We hired a car at 2000php a day. Good cooking facilities available in the villa if you prefer to stay in!

I like the privacy of each bungalow, its cleanness and that all the people working there really care for you.

Just to say that the air from aircon goes directly to sleepers’ heads.

Very Nice and helpful personel and very good service .......Very good driver who we called Tito...Very kind and deliver the best Tours in panglao Island.....free shuttle to the beaches. Recomend strongly to speak to driver Tito for your Tours .....

Very accommodating staff and owner. Close to airport and just few kinutes ridw to white beach like alona and dumaluan. All comfort as you have your own private pool and cooking is ok
