confortable and great staff
quite remote from the center and unlike some other hotels, this one doesn't have any shuttle service so you have to take a taxi (not expensive)

The breakfast has different choices and staff were very helping to prepare nice sandwiches boxes for us to catch the ferry in the early morning! Very nice service
Would be great to have some drinks that we can purchase on the reception

property is quite insulated so it’s very quiet and safe.
the resort has only 4 rooms so it’s like a family vibes, you’ll get to know the other people.
staff can take care of requests and will support as much as possible.
there is a nice playground area for kids, that’s I think the main reason for booking. there is also a large choices of books should you want to read and board games to play.
it’s possible to rent the car from the hotel, a good deal in my opinion to avoid Van expensive rent prices.
resort can arrange airport transfert at fair price as well.
the insulation requires to take tricycle for any move (except maybe the beach but still 15 min walk).
you may rent a motorcycle but considering it’s a “family resort, with kids, you better mind safety).
the wifi is a big issue, I could barely read emails on my laptop, it’s just enough for WhatsApp. despite having both smart and globe on my cellphone, network coverage is not enough inside the room to make a call. outside it’s manageable.
staff tends to be accommodating but kinda moody.
only breakfast is proposed at the resort (so far choice is ok) but alternatives for lunch / dinner are limited and only by yourself (to cook, clean dishes etc). I was expecting better services in that area.
they have some menu of nearby restaurants but considering the awesome Italians restaurants in Alona, the management should really consider those options and propose pick up delivery.
so bare in mind that if you arrive tired after your flight that meals are not available by the hotel.

Staff were all nice and the place was built for families! The owner was nice and easy to talk to. It was convenient to set up tours with them. The property and location are tranquil and feels a lot like your own home. Breakfast was good. The apartment was really nice with some aesthetically pleasing touches.
I think it is exactly as described. It’s a bit dated and the beds are slightly firm. If you’re looking for a tranquil place to relax with your family, this is great. For a similar price point you can get a resort, but that wasn’t what we were after this trip. Our kids loved the pool and play area.

We liked everything especially Vic the owner. He is super nice and go above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one. He even drove back to the airport to give an item that we forgot.

+ Nothing in location, but you can rent motor bike from them to go around the island!
+ Good food options in the menu for multi national cuisines
+ They prepare fresh food in front of you, the shrimp pasta was my favorite dish during the entire stay
+ The room has kitchen with full set tools
+ The ladies staff assisted me with my laundry for multiple times
+ A torch (you will need it when you go in the night) & adapter were provided in the room
+ Water hose was available in the bathroom, which is extremely important for me, but sometimes the water pressure was very low!
- I suggest to review the meals timeing, as it looks very short and not flexible except the breakfast! The lunch starts at 10:00 which is too early and finishes at 15:00!! And the dinner finishes at 18:00!!
- They hired driver to take me in city tour, but I'm pretty sure that he was normal driver only, because he was silent all the time and never give me any information about the places we went to!!! He only answered the questions when I asked! In addition to that he wasn't sure about the food menu in the restaurant he planned to take me for lunch which made me complete the tour without it as I didn't want to waste the time in something I might don't like!!

Food was excellent, the rooms are great, the pool and slides are good. The staff are great, really kind and welcoming. Feels like family there.
Nothing to 'not' like in Dreamcatcher, the staff and Lydia and her family are wonderful. The only thing we wished for were sun loungers by the pool. The playroom and outside TV area were great. We loved our 2 bed apartment.
