Cum să aștepti în fața proprietății cu riscul de a rămâne homeless în Brașov!

Ratingul reflecta experiența pe care am avut-o în acest sejur. Pentru că nu plătești un loc în care să dormi. Experiența include: cazarea, felul în care ești tratat de gazdă, micile "extras" pe care le poți primi,etc

Deși are self check-in a trebuit să anunț când ajung la proprietate ca să primesc codurile. Totuși am anunțat cu o oră înainte că voi sosi, am sunat cu 10-15 minute înainte și am trimis mesaje și am sunat când am ajuns la proprietate! Nu a raspuns nimeni. După 25km de drumeție am fost nevoit să aștept în fața proprietății încă o oră jumate stând în telefon cu operatorii Booking și, fiind târziu, cu nesiguranța că am unde dormi. Faptul că le-am scris un mesaj explicând în ce situație am fost puși(fără pic de critică la adresa lor, doar le-am explicat că am fost puși într-o situație delicată) și mesajul mi-a fost citit(mi-a dat cu seen) și nu am primit un răspuns care să îmi dea de înțeles că regretă câtuși de puțin, mi s-a părut foarte urât!

Poor facilities, unprofessional people

The location was good, close to the Afi mall. The beds were comfortable and there was enough space for everyone.

The check in was at 4 pm, but when we arrived at 4:20, the cleaning lady was still there and she did not finish until 5 pm, even though the cleaning time was between 1-4 pm. The check out was at 12 pm, but the cleaning lady came at 11, waking up everyone since she had the extra key. She said we can leave at 13 but then a lot of people (6-7) showed up before 12 to fix some stuff in the bathroom. At 12 a man said that we need to hurry and leave the apartment. This is extremely unprofessional, waking up with people in the apartment while we were sleeping. There were not enough plates and cups for all three rooms, some of the kitchen tools were dirty. The floor was not cleaned, there was hair on the floor.

Complicated check in

Near the city centre

The check in procedure. Please provide it via email, not video. Firstly it was not working, later it was ok. But we were tired after the long trip, so it made us stresaful. Moreover, not everyone has the internet in another country.

Sheets were dirty, we are not sure if they were replaced before we arrived. Kitchen was ok, bathroom also. We could not contol the heating system so we had very warm in the room.

getting the keys is like a city game, you have to go to a box 50m far from apartament open the box by the code then open another box by the code and use the barcode aligned with the keys in the clever way to open the Gate. you have to put it to the reader and then pull it down before the LCD is still alight. Not very obvious first time. Minor flaws: No bathroom curtain Short bathroom No electric Kettle Short shower hose (you have to sit down in the bathtub)

Stefania apartment is worth booking, but there are some moments to improve.

The room is one of three in the apartment. But beds and furniture were comfortable. The host responded on our requests for additional dishes at the kitchen.

Searching for a key at night was not so convenient. The first night we had 2 towels instead of 4. The kitchen wasn't fully equipped for cooking and making tea. No air conditioner in the room.

The apartment was dirty. In the room there were spiderwebs. On the bed I found women's hair. The window in the room was broken so you could hear everything that was going on outside. Key ring to front door works randomly.

A cheap stay is really all there is to it. Not for families with children.

The location was really good.

It was not clean and I have no clue what they use to wash the sheets but the smell was horrid. There were spots in the room that looked like they were not dusted since before COVID. Like the place between the night stand and the bed, the vase in the room, all under the furniture. You know, it's not that hard to move it and vacuum it underneath it. While on the room - the "second bed" was an extandable couch, super uncomfortable, that was supported by a bucket. Super safe. Not. No night shades on the windows either. The kitchen and all its itmes were super sticky. Also no salt? Really? The shower alternated hot and cold water in a really unpleasant way. But "The cherry on top" was how loud and bright it was, if you're staying in room 1, when other guests come to check in at 1 AM. Especially if you have a sleeping toddler. I couldn't sleep anymore. You hear everything. All in all i really would not recommend it, especially if you have small children.
