Breakfast is consistently excellent every experience to date. Location is worth the travel, it’s further away from home for me but close enough to experience. I will save my $ and enjoy natural healing ❤️🩹 every opportunity possible. Great full I’m this fortunate to find actual help
It’s going to be a big budget experience on my pocketbook. I will save up and pay down the cost is thousands of times more valuable price wise than I ever expected possible. If you want to feel better - just get a room and enjoy the experience of what eight thousand year old rain has on your body. Enjoy feeling good for a change

The hot water bath in the room.
Logan, and staff was very friendly.
The filet Minon dinner was over priced and too salty!
Interior design was too old fashioned so room was not comfortable.
Could not regulate the TV.

Rooms a bit smaller than I thought; but, still very very nice!

Amazing Boutique Hotel on Bathhouse Row The entire team is welcoming and warm. My husband & I stayed 4 days, 3 nights for our 19th anniversary. The room was decorated wonderfully. The bed was very comfy. Drinks at the hotel bar was fun, we tasted several unique cocktails. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, Eden, 5+ stars.... We had the filet dinner and chicken piccata and they sent a cake to our table for our anniversary. We ended up not booking another bathhouse experience because we LOVED the oversized tub with hot springs mineral water in our room. We will be back. Love, Denise and Tim.
There was not one thing we didn't like. It was a great experience. We will be back.

Excellent service and food. They make you feel like family. Private hot springs bath in each room makes it worth every penny.
It is in a very old building and you can hear your neighbors and what is going on downstairs. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs.

I left before breakfast was served.
The room was clean and the staff very helpful and friendly.
The room was great, I prefer a softer bed.

We extended our days for far less than charged at booking.com.
I didn't like being overcharged by you.

I liked that the hotel was family- ran, homey and in the center of activity on bathhouse row. Loved the abundance/access to both drinking mineral waters and bathing thermal waters. Overall, really enjoyed and will strongly consider when I return to the area.
Some staff were too forthcoming about their personal issues when I was there to relax. Almost all had a gripe to share (scheduling, understaffed, personal finances, hardships...) Some vegetarian options were offered but were limited during brunch. Room service seemed to be a bother, and unencouraged. Parking was not particularly convenient and the cost of valet was not called out prominently in the booking. There were no good 'lounge' spots in the hotel (pool, private commons, etc ). So you had to either be in your room or in the commotion of the lobby. Room amenities were basic. Hopefully these are read as constructive as I overall had a great time.

Everything was fabulous the people were so attentive and they hustled I felt so sorry for the waitress at the restaurant was full and she was by herself but she handled it like a champ a true professional I would absolutely go stay there again and recommend it to everybody I know.
I only have one recommendation they need an outside sitting area.

The weekend brunch was excellent. They had many delicious choices. The weekday cold breakfast is good. I really loved the yogurt, granola, and honey. The fruit was perfectly ripe.
I would have liked more lactose-free options.

We enjoyed the morning coffee being delivered to the room. The preordered breakfast was awesome. We went for an early morning stroll on the promenade and did a little camera work and when we returned breakfast was ready to be served.
This was the perfect ending to a long family wedding weekend. Very relaxing.
Longer soaking tub. I am 6' 2" and could not stretch out at all.

I cant praise this place enough. I went to have a bath treatment and stayed the weekend that unfortunately everything shut down. I was treated like family. Me and my mom even got a custom made dinner from their chef Heather. Clean rooms and the bathtub is HUGE.
