Best hotel in Dow tow

The location is across the street from bathhouse row.

Parking was too expensive. We parked in free city parking instead.

Take a hotel a little further !

Location is good Big room with comfortable bed

For 459$ per night, we did not even have room housekeeping and bed/towels were not refreshed Valet is 30$ per day Receptionist not very knowledgeable and borderline rude Except valet, staff not friendly and seem to work under stress, customer is not important for them

Perfect get away spot!

Check in was a breeze. Our room was comfortable and clean. We loved the rooftop bar and restaurant that was on site. Service was good and the menus were interesting. We loved everything we ordered. The hotel was near other points of interest to include the National Park and Bath Houses and were very easy to get to. Valet parking was quite reasonable.

Can't think of thing we did not like.

Overpriced for accommodations we received.

The Location and Staff were 5 star. The esthetics and hotel view was really nice .

Comparing the property to other Hilton tapestries hotels it was below average in accommodations. Rooms didn’t seem Hilton quality. ( bathroom fixtures loose on walls , blinds wouldn’t retract, dust and spider webs in ceiling , few bugs on the floor ). Just needs a little TLC.

Excellent atmosphere and a great "vintage hotel feel" with new and updated rooms.

The Rooftop bar was very relaxing with a great view of downtown Hot Springs.

One of the elevators was out of service, so the elevators were a little slow, but I am sure this will be temporary.

The hotel renovations were very well done. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the hotel's central location.

1. There was no way to secure the bathroom door. 2. While the common areas were fine, the guest room air conditioning stopped working around 12:00 am and no estimated time for correction was provided by guest services. We checked out at 9:00 am and it had never came back on. Again, no explanataion from guest services.

The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful and the valets were great! The second room we stayed in was very nice.

The first room we were in the bed was a little uncomfortable because the fitted sheet kept rolling down, I think it wasn't the right size.

Location is nice but wouldn’t stay here again

The walk ability of everything from this hotel was great! we enjoyed an evening at the rooftop bar and cafe.

The street out front is incredibly busy which makes for a lot of noise. parking is valet only at $28 per night!!
