It was one of the best experiences of my entire life! All the staff were really helpful and nice. I felt like I was at home there. Amazing tour - Ahmed is professional, funny, kind and does his best! The full day trip was an unforgettable experience! Great food and good location - not close to other camps. Best place to stay in Wadi Rum ❤️

Haitham and his brother were the perfect hosts during our stay in Wadi Rum. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience there. Very friendly, fun guys who are very passionate about the service they provide. We booked the accommodation and then communicated to book other services such as meals and activities in the desert and also got information about the prices. The camp is beautiful, traditional, new and clean. It is a few kilometers away from the city but not too far. The way to get there is really a tour! The jeep tour was amazing and took us to very beautiful places that we would not have been able to see otherwise. They taught us the Arabic letters and we enjoyed the beautiful sunset… The food was amazing and we saw how it is cooked the traditional way “Zarb”. We enjoyed the fire together after dinner and discussed and exchanged a lot about the culture, history and people. The starry sky is just an unforgettable part of the stay. We wish them and the rest of the team especially in the kitchen all the best. We will definitely be back to this camp again
It was absolutely wonderful!

The 4x4 desert adventure was amazing…don’t pay attention to those saying they’re too expensive…they offer a super service and great accommodation in tents

Haithem and his family did a great job making Wadi Rum my favorite experience in Jordan. In a super-safe area, the location of the camp is perfect! Dead center in the preserve, facing a beautiful sunset 🌄. They email/message you with options of how to get to/from the visitor center & the camp, along with a website that clearly provides options for tours as well. Breakfast & Dinner inside the fire-heated Bedouin tent were tasty and filling. Beds are comfy with blankets, solar LED pathway lights, and clean toilets/sinks. I did not use the shower because it was quite cold at night but they also looked clean. The 4x4 pickup truck 🛻 tour is worthwhile to see all the awe-inspiring sights in Wadi Rum. Heck, the pickup from the visitor center alone was a thrill-ride as they let me sit in the back 💯 highly recommend 2 (or 3) nights here vs 1 because some days have clear skies and others partly cloudy / occasional rain shower. You absolutely want to see the stars on a clear evening & reddish/orange colors here on a sunny day; again, the view of sunset from the camp is amazing 😍
Hot water in shower avail at given times (e.g. 6-8pm). Everything else was a dream vacation, thanks again 🙏🏽

It is a cozy camp deep in the desert that conects you with the nature and gives an exceptional experience and deep understanding of nomadic life of beduins. The owner and staff are young people full of energy and capable to not only to make you feel as part of the local culture but olso to entertain you on traditional as well as modern vay. For me it was vonderfull day and night spent in the desert.
There was nothing that I did not like.

Haitham was super attentive with everything we needed, helped us arrange transportation from Aqaba and after we were done in wadi rum to wadi musa. The tents look new and are clean, the cave is an amazing option for couples in my opinion very private.

unforgettable experience. Our guide Haitham was very funny. Explaining everything to us is great. He took us to a corner in the desert to eat, and prepared delicious food for us. He suggested we do sand boarding, which is a fun activity. Great camp, clean tents, very comfortable beds

The experience at the Desert was very nice, we had some delay because the Eilat border closed at 8 pm so we couldn't enjoy the 1st day but at the end everything was OK.
The guides have experience and will make you feel like at home, they offer different tours and activities, we highly recommend to stay at least two days, there is a lot to do. The dinner was fantastic and you can see the starts or enjoy the sunrise with a good cup of Bedouin tea.
The room was clean and spacious.
The guide could tell us that the border closes at 8pm so we could organize better the arrival time.

My partner and I had an amazing time at this camp and were treated with great hospitality and kindness. We especially liked the jeep tour and the beautiful stars you can see at night. The beds were very clean and cozy. The food was filling and overall very tasty. The fire and tea at night were so much fun! The staff was friendly and were always helpful

The best memories I have from my time in Jordan staying here!! Amazing food, really friendly staff, incredible location and a whole day Jeep and a camel ride - we were shown the best sites of wadi rum 😎 Our guide made us a the best lunch in the desert. Our huts were impressively cosy comfy and clean. They managed hot water for showers. The common tent where we ate was a fun space to connect with other campers and my friend and I ended up making more friends. I read through heaps of options for a Bedouin experience and I'm so happy we chose wadi rum galaxy camp- thanks so much we hope to stay again for even longer next time !!

The camp location was fantastic and in a remote part of the desert away from other camps and with the mountains in the backdrop. The room was comfortable and clean. Shared showers were also very clean. Was pleasantly surprised by the dinner cooked on site using traditional methods. Also recommend the tours- we did the half day jeep tour and really enjoyed the stops and climbs along the way as well as sand boarding. Our guide (Ahmet) also took excellent photos of us. Highly recommend you experience Bedouin night camps for an authentic local experience

It was a fantastic experience! Haitham made our stay in the desert the highlight of the trip! The food was delicious, the facilities surprisingly good and the company was welcoming. In this place you can feel yourself separated from the rest of the world and see the stars
Also we had a tour in the dessert and from what I see while meeting the other groups, our host and guide was the best!
Definitely recommend this experience!

Haitham and his friends took care of us. Delicious dinner and breakfast, he showed us how they prepare the Beduin food. We enjoyid jeep tour just only for us, the tour guide took us to nice places and took interesting pictures (also sandboarding and camel ride). It was really great spent time.

In short, They put you at ease and encouraged you to have a good time. THE CAMP was: New, clean, friendly, helpful, and no-nonsense basic stay as most of the time was spent out. Comfortable bed. Having USB charging points throughout the camp. Using Solar power. No internet (good). Excellent evening meal with Haitham (Camp Owner) showing how they cook dinner. The shared communal tent for socializing, eating breakfast and dinner. Good basic breakfast. Excellent communication. Everything worked. I was picked up from the tourist information center and dropped off the following day to catch the mini coach to petra. The night sky was clear and you could see 100s of stars. As the camp is out in the desert, there is no hot water in the shower. The towel is provided. Toilets with paper worked and clean.
SAFARI @ Wadi Rum WHOLE DAY. Omar was our guide/driver/cook. A young but knowledgeable, excellent, funny, interactive young person. The group was small (3- made you feel part of a team). Started around 10 am visiting various points of interest (information can be found on Wadi Rum galaxy camp website) Around midday, stopped for 2.5 hrs, in the desert, for a freshly cooked lunch, which was simple but very delicious. After viewing the sunset, we drove back to the camp.
Haitham asked us to give feedback on how he could improve things in his new camp. (This showed progression for a new camp, although he was very experienced having worked within the family setup previously).
Improving the seating in the back of the 4X4 would greatly improve comfort. (He seems to be on the case)

Desert, mountain and sunset views from the camp were stunning. Haitham and his family are welcoming, experienced and accommodating hosts. The camp was very comfortable, all amenities are steps away from the visitor tents. The camp has hot shower water. Each tent has electricity. Traditional Beduion meals were delicious. Overall an amazing experience! Thanks Haitham and family.

The camp was at the best place in Wadi Rum with beautiful scenery and awesome rocks near that we could climb. Haitham and the other hosts were very kind and gave us a taste of the Beduin lifestyle. We have got breakfast and dinner that were delicious.
Overall this was the best price value camp I've ever been to.
The hosts count on their guests getting to the camp by their jeeps, which cost about 20JOD, a lot in comparison to the price shown on the website. The price is still fair.
