The location to coligny beach. The rooftop pool was nice
The water was turned off from 10 am-5pm and they acted like it was no big deal. When I asked about this, they told me I could “check out early” without being g penalized?! Huh?! That’s how they communicated and “compensated “. I was only there for 3 days.
The water in the shower, while showering, was up to my ankles. The fire alarm lights kept going off and stayed on for 10 minutes at a time

There was never anyone at front desk. Always waiting for service. Had to wait for Starbucks coffee server each morning over 10 Min for helpl Rooms only cleaned and new towels every other night 🌙.

This was my & my husband's 2nd time staying & it still didn't disappoint. The front desk person even gave us an Anniversary card at check in. We Loved Every minute of our stay🥰🥰🥰

As you enter the hotel you will notice that the entire lobby area has a fresh and clean smelling aromatherapy.
The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The rooftop terrace was very nice. The location is perfect for walking to shops, beach and lots of restaurants. We would definitely stay there again. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Although there was a small coffee maker in the room, we would have preferred a Keurig machine.

The room was nice, however for the period of time that we stayed, our room had no hot water. We were told by the staff to run the water, and the hot water would work. We ran the hot water for 30 minutes and the water was still cold. The staff did nothing to address the problem other than so say the plumbers were there and addressed the problem. They never took care of the problem. The last day of our stay, we demanded a room that had hot water so we could properly shower.

The location was the only real reason to stay at this hotel. The couch in the room was also nice to sit on.
The cost of the property is a lot for something I only sleep and shower in. we have stayed at this property before but the beds seem much more uncomfortable this time. I wish for the cost of the property they have some more incentives like 1 breakfast on them or a free drink up stairs or even just nicer pillows in the room. Something to make it seem exciting or Comfortable. I wouldn’t want to spend more money on it after spending as much as I already did for the room. We knew the hotel would cost more in the summer season however it tripled in price which just isn’t worth it to me again. Also, sometimes the water at times in the shower and sink smelled like sewage. Not really sure why it was like that.

Location was awesome, close to colygny beach, 10 min walking.
We explained that the payment was performed by booking.com but personnel charged twice my credit.

The breakfast was not as advertised on booking.com. the location was great.
The biggest disappointment was the fact there was no coffee until 6:30 and you had to pay for it. The room coffee was terrible. So we had to find a 24 hour store for coffee because we are early risers.

Close By a shopping center and within walking distance of everything including the ocean. Easy access for cars and people with mobility disadvantages. Hotel was quiet and easy to navigate while the rooms being clean and great ac units.
people at the front desk were a bit rude and stand off. along with a strong odor of bleach everywhere.
