I traveled with a 14U volleyball team and some parents. There was a little hiccup at check-in with the cleaning, but they were right on it and everything was taken care of promptly. Very spacious property and great pool. We walked down to the community park for some beach volleyball. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Overall, the house is great. Lots of fun things to do as guests and room to do them. Owner is fantastic and responsive to any issues that may arise (we had a few and they were very communicative and got them resolved quickly)
The only suggestions for improvement might be to better stock a few things in the house (towels, some additional (or replacing) kitchen things e.g. kitchen griddle, mixing spoons/spatulas)
But again, overall, very good house, reasonable owner and rules. I'd stay here again!

I rented 3 homes for my extended family to stay in for my daughter's wedding. The day before we left I discovered that one of the homes had been canceled by the host. While looking for a replacement, I came across this house. In addition to being in the right part of town and sleeping a large group, it was reasonably priced. Additionally, the owners were very responsive - a huge plus given issues I had with the other homes I rented.
The house was exactly as described. It is very spacious, clean, well furnished, and well stocked. It's in a nice neighborhood, and very easily accessible. There are a lot of beds, making it perfect for accommodating large groups. We had several infants, and were easily able to keep families together, while allowing those without kids to be insulated from any crying. Overall, it worked perfectly. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very big in size to accommodate our family. We weren’t happy that we couldn’t control the temperature of home. There were restrictions and if you wanted it raised it was an additional fees. The living area stayed hot our entire stay. The carpet upstairs needed cleaning badly, very dirty looking.The refrigerator filter needed replaced so we weren’t able to get water or ice from it. Couldn’t open windows for relief of heat in living area due to no screens or there ripped and could let in mosquitoes. They charge for pool to be heated daily that’s not included in your rental. The landscaping was needing some major help,wasn't taken care of at all. We felt as though our bedding hadn’t been cleaned either, due to crumbs and stains left behind. We paid quite a bit to rent this property so we’re a bit dissatisfied.

The house was great for our reunion. Plenty of space for 10 people without tripping over each other. The pool was a big hit with the grandkids and the pool table was a nice addition. Connie was a great host. Answered all our questions promptly. I highly recommend this house.

This house has everything you could ask for. Perfectly stocked, very clean and smelled amazing upon arrival. The hosts are super easy to communicate with and were super accommodating after our family was displaced from our home suddenly and needed a space large enough for our crew. The backyard is peaceful with bird chirping in the morning and the waterfall in the pool. The shuffle board and pool table have made my teen sons especially happy during our stay. I cannot Rave enough about the home and hosts! This was a perfect home away from home! Thank you for your hospitality!

Checking in was super easy. The home was very clean, and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with all necessities! We had a group of 11 and felt that the space of the home was the right amount for us. Plenty of outdoor seating, and the pool was awesome. We liked the neighborhood, so many families with small children walking around, which made us feel comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

We rented this property for family that was coming into town for a wedding. They were ecstatic to find such a clean and comfortable home. The house is extremely spacious. Our group enjoyed the pool table, fully stocked kitchen, large family room, and the beautiful pool area in the backyard. Each bedroom was super clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the downstairs bedroom having its own full bathroom right there! Connie, the owner, is incredibly responsive and upbeat. She seemed genuinely happy to hear from me each time I had a question as I prepared for the family to visit. This is a five star find!!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. We rented this home with my sister-in-law and her family and my brother-in-law to surprise my other sister-in-law for her birthday. This house had the perfect amount of space that everyone could spread out and have their own space. Likewise, the outdoor space and pool were perfect for our larger group to hang out and enjoy the weather and the opportunity to hang together.
The property was clean and the location was perfect for us. It was close to the airport, close to our family that live down there, and close to anything you need (e.g. grocery, restaurants, attractions). I'd highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in the area.

Relaxation
Being here was the most relaxing experience ever. With the warm pool it makes it comfortable any time to hop in, also with the spaceous yard and home we were all very comfortable as if we were floating on a cloud. I do highly recommend this place and will be coming back soon. Everything was perfect and went smooth.

Great size home and convenient location.
Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. Connie was super easy to communicate with. 11 of us stayed in the home and we never felt crowded. It was conveniently located near many amenities. A couple things we weren’t wild about - the thermostat was locked and could be set differently for a fee. It got hot at night (thermostat was up to 75° sometimes so had to continuously be turned down). The house could use more living area seating for the amount of people it can sleep. There were very specific rules about the home. I would recommend asking for a copy of those prior to booking. (Example: oil the grill grates prior to each use and clean the drip pan before checkout.) Overall, we enjoyed our stay, just be aware of the many rules.

There were 11of us from our family who stayed here over Spring Break (from 80 years old down to a baby). We all had plenty of room to spread out. The highlight for us was the beautiful pool in the backyard. And the location was close to everything we needed, especially a Costco nearby. Will likely come back again next year.
