Very conveniently located off the freeway.
Spacious room and comfortable bed.
The delicious welcoming cookie😊
Our room was on the backside, nearest the freeway, so there was the constant noise of cars all the time.
4.5
Easy freeway access and restaurants in walking distance,

Very friendly customer service, very welcoming great breakfast.
Water pressure very low in the shower.

Room size and location were good.
We had a fold out couch which was not made up and had to return to the front desk several times to get it done. We had 4 people in the room and only 3 towels for at least 2 days. Bar was disappointing.
2.5
Bed was comfortable & bathroom was nice.
Very overpriced for basic room. Freeway noise was substantial. I found 2 cockroaches in the sitting area of our room. Gross!

I had some issues booking with Booking.com and the manager David went above and beyond to help cancel that reservation so I could book with them. Everyone made me feel so welcome.
I wasn’t there long enough to find anything wrong.

This property was centrally located in the Tempe Mesa area close to restaurants and shopping. On site Starbucks and restaurant with a very nice breakfast. Room was very clean. Pool and hot tub were great.

The front desk was extremely kind and helpful.
The rooms were dirty. And the AC broke. And the fridge was broke. The tub didn’t drain and filled with water as you showered.

The hotel was really clean and the bathrooms were really clean nothing smelled funny. That's actually really important to me. I hate it when you go to a hotel and the pillows smell like they haven't been washed or they're holding onto the oils from people's heads.
The balcony door was broken. That was a little unsettling. In the shower the shower gel was totally out and it was like 11:00 and I didn't want to call housekeeping. That was super annoying. I wish they had had just the little individual bath products but they didn't they just had everything in a big jar attached to the shower wall. It also took us like 5 minutes to figure out that there were no light switches on the walls. You had to turn all the lights on and off at the lamp. That was super annoying coming into the room when it was dark.

The property was fine. The atrium was very uniquely built.
Humidity everywhere except the room thank goodness.

Convenient to Ikeda theater.
Good to have on site dinner options .
Reasonably priced .
Showing its age…a bit
Some electrical boxes pulled out from wall
Some missing trim and peeling paint..

Great bed and shower. Lots of room. Easy to work AC and not be freezing.
six dollars for a bottle of water? Are you freaking kidding me. And at the price of this room how come no free breakfast. Hilton is out to get everybody’s money as usual.

big bedroom. excellent breakfast and top class service. very helpful on reception and at breakfast,
old air conditioning, very noisy, especially when on Auto, switching on and off with a bang.

good location
bad air conditioning, uncomfortable bed, uncomfortable pillows

What I really liked about the property was the food service team I encountered during my breakfast. They all were so helpful and kind .

Breakfast is great
Not about your property. Looks like a bunch of kids kick some doors including my at midnight and then runaway.

I thought the place was very nice, we didn't have the time to enjoy the extras.

There were no enjoyable aspects of our stay at this Hotel.
We had asked for a quiet room, as my wife and I are older. We were given a room facing the Freeway, that was so loud that we couldn't even sleep with ear plugs in. We were ready to check out first thing the next morning. We told Management that there was no hot water, they told us to leave it running for a while, after twenty minutes no hot water. My wife and I took cold showers. Because we booked through a third party, the hotel wouldn't do anything for us. They offered us Breakfast, which was inedible. The second night still no hot water, and management could care less, was told if I didn't like the accommodations, I could check out. By the second day my Wife was sick from having to take a cold shower two days in a row. We went down to talk to Management about the unfit conditions, they told us to check out if we didn't like the accommodations. We left Mesa a day early because of the way we were treated by the RUDE Manager of this establishment.
We paid $324 a night
