Great for a short break - quiet and relaxing!

Loved the facilities - the beach and pool were great! The apartment was modern, clean and had everything we needed! Lovely place for a holiday!

To stay longer you would need a car.

Prachtige locatie maar beter niet in de vakantieperiode

Perfecte ligging. Mooi complex. Lekker zwembad. Je loopt zo naar het strand

Kille huisjes. Horeca niet prettig, steeds dicht. Slechte bediening. Super druk bij zwembad, vechten om bedjes. Ook kon je pas 17 uur in het appartement en moest je er al om 10 uur uit!!

Arrived in the evening reception not manned no one about if it hadn’t been for passers by I wouldn’t have known where to go.No kettle ,tv not working,nothing for people arriving late like complimentary bottle water, couple tea bags ect . I was told they don’t do kettles only pod coffee machines who bring pods on holiday. No information in apartment about shops ect .All in all very poor lovely place but let down by basic things. Estancia de relax y sol

El apartamento es muy bonito. estaba decorado con gusto y tenía una buena ubicación frente al mar, las habitaciones eran espaciosas y las camas muy cómodas, buen menaje de cocina. Su gran terraza con un buen mobiliario lo mejor, para desayunar y cenar viendo el mar. Las instalaciones estaban muy bien, aunque en nuestro caso no utilizamos ninguna. Relax total por lo menos los días que fuimos, en verano será otra historia.

Esta construido de tal manera que en las terrazas no tienes intimidad, te ven de cualquier otra o como en nuestro caso la gente que va paseando, es fácil el acceso a ellas para cualquier persona que no esté alojado y quisiera actuar de mala fe. El horario de entrada tardío y el de salida muy temprana, pero si abonas una cantidad para las dos cosas puedes arreglarlo, por lo que el precio ya no es un buen precio como se anuncia en un principio. Faltarían unos pequeños detalles como mejora, como hay una buena cafetera deberían dejar unas monodosis de cortesia y una botellita de agua en la nevera no estaría mal, en el set de limpieza de cocina incluir una esponjita, poner un dosificador de jabón y champú en la ducha, no una botellita de cada para 4 personas. Puestos a decir un par más de tumbonas seria perfecto, espacio había para ello y en nuestro caso teníamos que turnarnos para tomar el sol, pero esto no es esencial..Por lo demás alojamiento de 10.

Décevant pour emplacement ensoleillement

La vue après avoir demandé à changer de logement car il nous a été attribué un appartement complètement à l ombre et collé à l ascenseur Au.petit déjeuner les agents d'entretiens étaient quasiment avec nous

Le fait de devoir changer d'appartement et de ne pas nous préciser son emplacement et de repayer 110 euros alors que nous avions déjà payé 25% plus cher De + il nous a été donné un appartement Pmr Impossible de prendre une douche sans inonder la salle de bain Nous avions choisi un appartement 2 chambres et en payant 110 euros de+ nous avions certe une belle vue mais un canapé convertible et 1 seule chambre pour 4

Wonderful place for peace and relax!

The resort is great, big apartments, very confortable, clean, friendly staff!

The convenience is very small, with a few items of assertments, it is not enought to avoid going to a supermarket far from the resort.

Heerlijk resort op prachtige plek.

Appartement direct aan zee met alles wat je nodig hebt. Toprestaurant.

Er had iets van uitleg mogen zijn bij de douche. Daar zaten allerlei mogelijkheden op en we moesten even puzzelen.

Schön, ruhig, erholend aber Wellnessbereich in die Jahre gekommen.

Die Lage war ruhig mir einem schönen Strand. Richtig zum Geniessen. Mit dem Auto in ca 25 Minuten ab Alicante Stadt mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit mit dem Tram zu fahren. Wir hatten zuerst ein Zimmer mit Pool Sicht. Da wir aber im EG waren und weder ein Pool noch sonst etwas sahen, machten wir ein Upgrade und konnten auf ein Zimmer mit Meerblick umbuchen. Dies würden wir bei einem nächsten Mal gleich im Vornherein so machen. Das Zimmer mit Meerblick war super schön. Wir konnten traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge von der Terrasse oder sogar vom Bett aus geniessen.

Spa Bereich in die Jahre gekommen und nicht sauber. Wasser im Innenpool war trüb. Die Duschen und auch die Duschvorhänge waren stark verschmutz.

El mejor invierno que pase!

La ubicación, el hotel en si hermoso, el personal muy amable! El restaurante nuzza excelente! Estuvimos en invierno y Pasamos unos días fantásticos. La cala de abajo depende del día se veía más o menos bonita, pero en si vale la pena.

Tener en cuenta que no hay mercados cerca. Pero en el alojamiento hay un mercado que tiene varias cosas, claro que los precios son altos. No es algo negativo sino a tener en cuenta, ya que el mercado del hotel te puede salvar en varias oportunidades.

S Resortem jsme spokojeni , můžu doporučit .

Lokalita perfektní , již jsme byli v tomto resortu pro druhé a byli jsme velice spokojení .

Nebylo nám umožněno parkovat za branou , i když jsme měli ve větším autě asi 30 profi kol BMX . Recepční nás nechtěl nechat parkovat ani vedle resortu, abychom na auto viděli z bezpečnostních důvodů. Myslím , že šlo danou situaci vyřešit ze strany hotelu lépe , když věděli , že v autě máme hodně cenný náklad .

Es una preciosidad tanto la urbanización como el apartamento. Vistas al mar, playa a los pies de las casas, terraza inmensa con sillones, mesas y tumbonas, decoración de cada habitación al detalle, muy bien equipado...

El check in a las 17h y check out a las 10h hace que resulte demasiado corta la estancia de un día.

Siłownia mogła by mieć więcej sprzętu. Fajnie, że była choć taka, ale przydało by się parę hantli aby można było zrobić jakieś podstawowe ćwiczenia.

En general me ha gustado el alojamiento

El apartamento moderno y bien equipado, el mobiliario cómodo y en buen estado. las vistas al mar y la cercanía de la playa.

El servicio de cafetería es un verdadero caos poco personal y no se respeta el orden de llegada y el restaurante cerrado el día que llegamos,al ser un lugar tan retirado hay pocas posibilidades de encontrar donde cenar

Un temps de repos dans ce havre de paix! L'accès gratuit au spa et hammam, sauna. La vue mer, la plage en contrebas. Idéal pour se reposer! le mobilier et la déco des logements est sublime.

Worst checkin experience ever

The location is great and the view from the apartments is great.

First of all they announced us with a couple of days before our arrival that the checkin time is not guaranteed (and that it can be even at 17:00). I informed them that we will arrive at around 14:00 and that maybe they can have the room ready sooner rather than later. We ended up staying in the reception (WITH A 2 YEARS OLD KID THAT WAS ALREADY TIRED) waiting for the room to be ready. First impression counts and this is by far the worst checkin experience I ever had. Other annoying thing is that sometimes the restaurant os fully booked and as a tourist you have no idea about that before arrival. Why can't they tell you that you need a reservation after you book so that you can reserve and have a pleasant dinner in the resort?

All great, we just loved it. Some of the staff are great. A few need to learn to be friendlier.

Breakfast is a bit pricey but good overall. It’s location is not the best. I would have loved it if it had a view at the sea. Anna from the restaurant was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Staff at the pool. My sons wanted to buy Hot Dogs but instead of explaining why they could not buy at the time being, 2 of the staff laughed at them and talked in a very unprofessional way. We were really frustrated with that action. Both my boys do speak Spanish so it is not the language. Also, at check in, a smile would not cost a lot.

relaxing stay incl. 1 workation week, best weather, many attractions for children around the place

I like that we could bring our pet. Also the spa was great. Sometimes the hamam or the massage shower wouldn't work but the finnish sauna was always usable and heated well (around 85°C). Spa-pool not dirty and facilities were running. Extra good: The beauty coach (Laura I think) was very kind and professional. I got a massage and a very relaxing face treatment including a food and leg massage. Also the house keeping and reception staff were really kind and really helpful. WLAN is good for work, only video calls from the balcony wouldn't stream well.

The rooms were a bit small and the pool wasn't really refreshing, like water was warm, salty and not clear/opaque. They could have a lost and found box for lost-at-pool-things like childerens diving glasses, toys...everything just dissappears.

The air condition in the room was painfully loud, and kept most of the family awake half the night. Checkout at 10 was not nice, its much much to early !!?? I have never had checkout this early in a hotel before??

This is not a Resort and Spa. They do not offer housekeeping which means you will have to clean during the stay. They dont even announce this on their web page and let people think you will have the same accommodation as at a hotel. When we talked to reception they were acted like "of course we dont offer cleaning, we have people staying here for a month". Well then it is not a Resort and Spa, this is a rental of apartments with no services. They should really announce this on their webpage and let people who spend a fortune on this know that they sign up for a week of no housekeeping, which i horrible if you travel with your family and really don't want to spend the week cleaning.

Fabulous property and setting, excellent food, some service issues, but would definitely return.

Beautiful property, superb setting on a hillside over a nice beach, really clever resort layout, and excellent accommodation spaces, facilities, and private terraces. Food excellent, both in the main bar and main restaurant. Mio club for kids was friendly and inclusive. Recommend researching how any guest will get provisions for self-catering given the remoteness of the location (supermarkets 15 mins drive either side of the resort).

Under-staffed, so bar and restaurant service very slow and hit and miss. Nuzza restaurant kept us waiting 30 mins before taking our order. Otherwise reasonably friendly. Outdoor pool needs to be cooler for full summer sun (water temperature was 34C!). Gym very small and some equipment either broken or ageing. Could use the gym space much better, with better equipment and space configuration. Paying for parking (€10 per day) on check-in was an irritation, and feels like a no-option surprise, which isn’t the right way to position it. It starts the trip on a negative (I may have missed any notification about it before arrival).

Great value for money & enjoyable experience

Very clean apartment, the pool area was kept clean & the staff were friendly. Really handy to have a shop on site for the bits you need like food & toiletries.

Our aircon stopped working one afternoon, and it took 3 trips to reception to get someone to come out and look at it, we were told someone would be there in the next couple of minutes each time. The next morning someone came at 8.30am which wasn’t ideal for us. Also reception closing at 8pm wasn’t great, I’ve never known a reception area to close at all for emergency purposes.
