Lovely view, everything in the kitchen, comfy beds.
Elevator wasn’t working at the time we stayed, but owner apologised and let us off some money.

It is a nice flat that is close to public transport and can fit comfortably a family of 8
The property manager allowed us to check in earlier, which was nice. The flat overall is not bad, but after spending some days you can clearly see that it is really in need for some proper maintenance: some door knobs were loose and failing all the time, the shower were also loose and kept failing when someone was taking a bath. The toaster was not working. The washing machine door was broken (it trapped our clothes there for 2 days, and after the manager had to force it to open it). But the worst part was the heating, since the central heating was not working, we had to rely on 2 ACs from the rooms to heat the entire apartment, which was far from ideal. So we were really cold most of the time. There was also insufficient towels and toilet paper .
Lastly, during check out (which I must admit we were 1 hour past our check time time - since we had 2 small children with us and a lot of luggage) when the property manager stormed into the flat and was really rude, yelling that I would have to pay the late check out fee. After we left they didn’t returned the deposit back in the agreed time nor replied to my messages. So I had to contact booking’s customer service in order for him to reply (btw the booking employee also mentioned that he was rude to her). After that the manager started to send pictures from the house that did not represent our stay (for example he sent a picture of cigarettes on the balcony’s floor, but nobody actually smokes). After carefully reading other reviews here you can clearly see that this is a pattern.
We have stayed in many other properties in Portugal and elsewhere and this was by far the worst experience. They are very financially driven and don’t care much else for the rest.
Booking should really re-think about keeping this property advertised

La ubicación del apartamento es muy buena. Está cerca de cafeterías y restaurantes. Tiene una estación de metro muy cerca. El apartamento es muy cómodo, espacioso, y la dotación es muy completa. La limpieza es excelente, y el personal muy agradable y servicial.
La calefacción era un poco ruidosa, y bastante lenta, pero por lo demás todo genial.

Apartment was clean, located close to the metro
Andre, the host requested €300 deposit without explaining what exactly it was for. We assumed it would be for actual damage or lost keys etc, however upon checkout, Andre tried charging us €20 for cleaning towels, €20 for cleaning bedsheets, €50 for allegedly leaving windows open for 5 days whilst leaving air con on (impossible to prove) among a few other charges, totalling €130. He sent a low quality collage of images explaining these charges including showing open windows and doors, however we made sure to close all before leaving.
After trying to chase up with Andre for the days following to question these false claims, he stopped responding completely.
The booking states that security deposit will be refunded within 7 days, however after 12 days and chasing up multiple times, I still had no response.
I had to contact customer service multiple times to get this issue resolved, booking.com was fantastic with helping me. It looks like other people have had similar issues with security deposit, and each time, Andre responds to the negative review with snide, arrogant remarks to discredit the reviewee.
I hope that this review may make others think twice before dealing with the headaches that come along with renting this property, even if the property itself is quite nice (except air con not working in 2 rooms)

A really spacious apartment which is perfect for a group of upto 8 people. The place is easily found but you have to check the instructions especially for the leave of the place, since it's upto you to take out the trash.
There's everything you need in the kitchen and the beds are really comfortable.
300€ deposit is a lot especially considering the apartment has gone through a lot of use. Some handles are missing, central AC isn't working so you have to use the external ones that are 1 downstairs and 1 upstairs. Lights on the stairs aren't working and the second bathroom is accessible only through the upstairs bedroom.

The unit itself is in great shape, nicely renovated .
The location and entrance to the parking lot are tricky to find. As a result gaining access to the parking is a bit of a nuisance as you need a key fob, which is located inside the lockbox on the unit door. Receiving emails while on the road a few hours prior to arrival makes things a bit stressful. The unit and communication appears to be managed by a third party and as a result - no comm occurs other than electronic.
There were no written welcome instructions provided for any of the devices/appliances so you are on your own. Each of the 3 bathrooms only had one partial roll of TP and the towels are scarce. But overall the unit is quite nice, it’s the details that are missing.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and modern. It has a lot of light. It is perfect for a large group or a big family travelling to Lisbon. It is very conveniently located near supermarkets and the metro station. You can quickly get into the city, to the train station Roma-Areeiro in order to go to Sintra as well as to the airport.
Initially there were only towels for six people while we were seven. After asking, we got one more bath towel but no hand towel. There were no floor mats in the bathroom, so it was very slippery. I asked if we could have some but we didn’t get any. The toilet paper provided was minimal, three rolls for seven people. You are required to bring the trash down to the garage on your last day, but I think that should be done by the cleaning service.
What worried me was that, in addition to paying the full price for the entire stay, you are required to also pay a deposit of around 20% of the booking price, otherwise you're not allowed to enter. I've never seen such a practice at any other hotel or apartment rental. The deposit is not blocked on your credit card like when you rent a car, but you have to transfer it to their bank account and so you have no guarantee that they will return it. They say that they will return it within 1-7 days. In my case it took 10 days until they returned it and after I had sent them a reminder about it.
What I found the most irritating, though, was the whole communication with the owner, which happens entirely via the chat function in booking.com. It consists of a lot of long automated messages, which makes everything feel very impersonal. E.g., they address you with the general "dear Mr/Ms", they contain general information that doesn't apply to you, and you also get messages like "please pay the city tax", but they don't say how much, because the message is general and not specific to you. This made me feel like I’m talking to a machine. Their messages were sometimes also rude. When I asked for something, they’d say “I already told you that” or “yes, it seems you don’t understand”, etc.
Generally, what I didn’t like is how impersonal everything is. You never meet anyone, there are no photos, messages are all general. I felt like the owner cannot be trusted. Would I really get my deposit back?

The manager of the property had left vouchers to use in the cafe on the ground floor where we got discount on breakfast roll and coffee. The cafe owners are very friendly, a great start to the day!
We were near the metro and train station plus the bus to the airport is at our front door, great when we had big cases.
It would be great to have a bath mat on the floor of the bathrooms to step out of the shower.

Super spacious, very clean and great contact with the landlord. There was some maintanance in the building which resulted in lack fo electricity on our last morning. Landlord proposed late check out so that we could take showers in the morning. Very friendly!

The Apartment is great, we were 8 people and we had plenty of space; rooms are comfortable and acommodate 2 people on each easily; kitchen is not very big, but very well equiped, and has a small laudry separated from the kitchen, which is great and not very common in Portugal.
You can access the building directly from the parking space, but there's no indication of which elevator to take from there - and the building is really big, so when we first got there we took the wrong elevator and ended up at the wrong apartment. My tip is to get the elevator to the ground floor, and then go from there. It's also charged 10€ per car u park, and u pay in advance - thing is I paid 20€ for 2 cars but only parked one, and never got my other 10€ back... so pay attention to that when u book it, only pay for 2 cars if u're absolutely sure u're gonna use both parking spaces.

The place is fantastic with excellent and easy access to the public transport. Quality of the furniture, size of the rooms, facilities and the overall vibe of the place was great. The entrance to the building gave a sense of security and quite a few shops nearby to buy small stuff like grocery etc. Overall would definitely recommend and great value for money with quality.

The place is great, we (7 pax) stayed at the apartment more time than expected because of the weather outside but we really enjoyed our time inside. Metro station is less than 2 minutes walking from the building.
It's very clean, spacious, room upstairs is perfect, living room is big enough as well and a high level of comfortness because we slept like babies.
Kitchen comes with cutlery, cleaning items and even filters for coffee machine.
Directions we got about self check-in were clear and concise. If you want to add an extra you pay for it, like 10Eur for each parking spot.
- Perhaps 300 euros as deposit is a big amount of money, but since you respect and leave the apartment as you found it, there is no problem. 72 hours after our check out we got deposit refund.
- If you are looking for a lively area, stay more downtown because this is more a residential one.

Great spacious apartment close to Lisbon's center, suitable for 2 families or a larger group of friends. Clean, comfortable, well equipped, on site parking which is a huge plus, no contact key collection and in close proximity to supermarket, bars, restaurants. Metro and bus just in front of the building, cafe downstairs (with breakfast discount for guests) and the host is nice and super helpful/responsive.
A coffee machine would have been much appreciated by us as we are super early morning people when nothing around was open. Also a 2nd key would be useful for larger groups that might not have exactly the same schedule
