Perfect apartment for the four of us! Very comfortable and convenient location. Silvia was with us from booking, and her managers were there for whatever we needed from check in to departure. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment just outside the city center in a beautiful part of Florence, within walking distance of all major tourist attractions and great restaurants all around.
Within walking distance there is a Parking garage Fosi. You can drive your car to this garage despite that the garage is within the limited access zone. They will tak care of the administrative steps to ensure you are not fined for it.
Communication with the host - Alessia - was superb ! Very responsive, lots of great tips (e.g. local restaurants) and super friendly.
The only unfortunate thing was that the air conditionings (every room had one) were not able to give the required cooling during the super hot time in Florence (35+ degrees Celsius). It kept the temperatures inside in the mid 20’s (at least) which was not convenient.

A perfect stay.

The apartment itself was beautiful and in a great location located on the south side of the river, away from the busiest areas but still with lots to do. My only issue was the AC in the apartment did not work. All 5 ACs were blowing out room temperature air, essentially functioning as fans. The apartment was at least 80 deg F the entire stay. I was told by the host that this is how it is but another group of friends stayed at another property and their 3 bedroom unit was in the low 70s. I work in HVAC for a living and I know that there is an issue with the AC that they need fixed.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. We stayed May 24th to May 31st. It was very clean and so well stocked. Having a washer and dryer was amazing. The kitchen had all of the appliances. It was nice to have the 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Great location close to everything. The square just down the block had a market every day. The restaurants in the area were excellent and the Gelato right on the corner. Very easy to walk into Florence and the Punta Vecchio bridge as well as the train station. I loved being on the other side of the Arno in a more quiet area where the locals live. The hop on and off bus was a blast and the Florence Market is not far either. You can walk pretty much everywhere. There were 4 of us so we had a lot of room, we could easily fit 6 to 8. Thank you to the hosts from start to finish, Silvia, Emma, Alessia all were very very helpful and responsive. Thank you to Alessia who met us when we arrived and worked swiftly to get us into the apartment along with Emma. They were always available to recommend drivers, restaurants etc. I love the neighborhood of Santo Spirito. I would stay again when in Florence.

A beautiful apartment and location is fabulous. Spacious, well appointed and friendly check in. We loved it!

The apartment was very nice and clean with a very useable kitchen. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were very nicely appointed. The washer was broken during our stay, and there was some miscommunication about the deposit. I did not feel as welcomed as at some other properties but that was probably a misperception on my part. Overall a good experience in a great and walkable neighborhood.

Our family enjoyed this spacious and comfortable apartment in local neighborhood close to major sights—but away from crowds. Alessia made checkin and checkout very easy. Restaurants, coffee shops, bars and groceries nearby.

We stayed in this apartment and truly enjoyed the location. It was an easy walk to everything we wanted to see and enjoy. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The only hiccup was that the elevator was not working while we were there. If that happens to someone who cannot do without the elevator, it could be a huge problem. Luckily, all six of us were able to handle the 70 steps up to our place. The dryer did work, but it took forever for the clothes to dry. Otherwise, we would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone.

We were a family of 6 traveling to Italy - first stop was Florence. We had 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Perfect. The apartment was centrally located. Gelato closest to the apartment was THE BEST. Its on a corner. That's all we know.
The property managers were so easy to deal with and extremely helpful from suggestions on dinner and how things work in the apartment.
Big shout out to both of the property managers for helping us try to find a taxi to the train station on check out day. She even helped us take our bags into the street. I would not hesitate to recommend this place for a wonderful stay.

Emma was great, staying in touch by WhatsApp and was there waiting for us at check in. Location was perfect, with the best gelato in Firenze across the street! And an ATM, groceries, and excellent restaurants. The kitchen is fairly well stocked, and we cooked eggs for bkfst each day. We'd gladly stay here again.

What a wonderful place for our three generational family to explore Florence, its museums, streets and restaurants. Host put us in touch with driver for a day in Tuscany which was wonderful. This apartment felt like home at the end of each day. Exactly like the VRBO photos. Kudos to our host!

This apartment was BETTER than advertised! Very clean, spacious, and decorated impeccably! The location was central and close to all of the main attractions that Florence offers, not to mention tons of great restaurants in walking distance. We especially appreciated being greeted by the property manager to both check us in and also check us out. The apartment has more amenities that advertised! My only negative comment is that we didn't stay longer!

The pictures depict the apartment well. Family of 4 (2 teen boys) were very comfortable for our 5 days in Florence. We were here in the heat of the summer. The AC was welcomed when returning from outings. Great morning bakery at the end of the street. Excellent Gelato also. You could walk everywhere from the apartment. We did walk to the train station with our luggage when leaving. Taxis can be a bit tricky.

Silvia responded to every question I had about the place and neighborhood quickly and thoroughly, she even listed thing I never thought to ask but needed to know.
There were a few small issues with the place thou.
The air conditioners in the dining room and living room had trouble cooling these aera's but in the bedrooms air conditioners worked well.
The elevator stopped working a few times and once with one of my guest was stuck inside which took 10 minutes to extricate her out of the elevator with help from one of Silvia's neighbors.
We did find a pair of shoes and used women's panties left in one of the bathrooms but I can't blame the owner for that, but we can blame the cleaning crew.
Check out was a breeze and convenient.
All in all a good stay and quality place.

This is a great space for anyone traveling with a family. The building is older, like most places in Florence- but air conditioning worked well and it was quiet and clean. Good restaurants nearby. Was very easy to communicate with the owner to arrange check in and check out etc.

We stayed here on our 2nd stop of 4 on our Italy vacation. I gladly share that this was our favorite place to stay out of the 4 VRBO's we stayed in on our trip. It is as clean and pristine as the pictures show. It was close to all of things main things most tourists want to do while in Florence and it was just super comfortable for a family of 6 (all 21+ years old). I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Location was great and check in process was easy, host communication was great. Unfortunately some of the beds in the apartment had dirty and stained sheets which we didn’t discover until retiring for the night. Some of my guests had to sleep on top of the beds as the sheets had not been changed from the previous guests. Some of the doonas had blood stains on them as well. We bought this to our hosts attention who organised for the bed linen to be changed the next day. On exit we informed the host that one of their glasses had broken in the dishwasher and despite not being offered anything for the inconvenience of having dirty sheets, we were required to pay €5 for the glass that was broken in the dishwasher, this was a little disappointing. Despite the above the apartment catered well for our group of 6 adults. Across the road was one of the best gelateria’s we found in Italy.

This was perfect for our stay in Florence!! There were 3 couples and we each had a private bedroom and bath. It was well furnished and loved having the washer and dryer. It is on the third floor and there is a lift available, but we didn't mind the stairs. Very considerate in that they gave each couple a set of keys so we could all come and go as we pleased. Gelato place on the corner was amazing and grocery store right down the street. If we are back in Florence we will return!! Great communication by the owner and her assistant Emma.

We has 6 adults as the house was plenty big enough. The beds were convertible. Large living room .Walking distance to all sights. Emma and Silva both very receptive. Highly recommend!! Really enjoyed our stay here.

When you stay there, you might have to purchase a few more things as the "Welcome" amounts aren't too adequate. A full-size laundry detergent, extra dish towels, and paper towels would be appreciated.

This apartment was everything it promised to be and more thanks to Emma, our Florence contact. She made the check-in and check out process smooth and easy, and was there with an immediate reply to all my questions in between.

This rental is perfect on so many levels. The apartment itself is spacious and well kept. It's easily the biggest apartment I have seen in Europe. The neighborhood has shops, markets, bars, and restaurants and is close to all the sights. An ideal flat for anyone's vacation needs!

This place is EXACTLY like the photos! I was a little nervous reading an earlier review about the plumbing issue. You would never have known there was an issue when we walked in. Place smelled great and looked great. We had 6 adults in for one night, then 5 for 2 more nights. There were printed out directions for everything and also the cupboards had photos in them to show you where things go and what they have. There was a large living room (with Netflix), large kitchen and dining area. A bathroom for each bedroom and another bathroom near the kitchen. A small lift (2 adults and 2 carryon fit).
You can walk from train station (about 25 minutes). Not too many taxi stands close by that we found, but you’re just across the river from main hub. We ate at ‘O Munaciello right around the corner. Really cute place with good pizza! One of the best gelato places in town, La Gelateria Carraia, is very close as well.
The contact person, Silvia, was great. Very responsive to emails. Emma was our local point person and she is great! She was easy to get in touch with on WhatsApp and she was where she said she would be, when she said she would be. Very helpful with suggestions and answering questions.
I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

This was a wonderful apartment for our family visit to Florence. 3 bed, 3 bath, large and comfortable living room, kitchen and dining area. There is an elevator for those not wanting/able to take the stairs. We had a little trouble finding the correct building as google navigated to an address a bit further down the street. Turns out there can be 2 same building numbers on the same street. Those in red are businesses and those in black/blue are residential.
Camilla was extremely kind and helpful in the check in/check out process and her recommendations for the area. She also arranged a taxi to take us to the train station when we checked out.
Highly recommend this apartment for groups/families visiting Florence.

With regret I give this rental a very low grade because we had serious plumbing problem when the flat macerator pump broke due to a voltage problem. While the VRBO point of contact sent someone- they expected us to stay and meet both electrician and the plumber. The smell of waste permeated 2 rooms for a day. It was corrected. But there was no genuine appreciation for out loss of two of 3.5 toilets working and the horrible smell of human and food waste that backed up into bidet and one toilet. The sink would not drain. This all happened after the elevator ddnt work properly (4th floor flat). The apartment was beautifully appointed and the beds were extremely comfortable. The apt was quiet with good windows. There are 3 good restaurants & gelato place within 2 blocks. But it is hard to forget the stench of waste that backed up due to the old building’s pump. And the VRBO and owner didnt seem to care at our discomfort or need to air out the apartment. Not impressed. It spoiled the trip to have stench

We loved our stay in Florence! This apartment is in a great location and is surrounded by great restaurants and bistros. You can walk everywhere. Just be aware that some local people live in the building so you want to be quiet for them in the halls. We sadly came in too loud one night but tippy Toed around the next as we felt terrible for being loud. I wish the air conditioning was stronger but we moved the bed closer to it the second night as there was a severe heat wave going on at that time, and boy did that help!! Communication was great, check in was a breeze and we loved our stay. It was super clean in there too

Great, with some shortcomings
The place is fantastic and is in an excellent location. It was lacking several things we expect from a rental like this including clothes detergent, body soap, shampoo/conditioner, and sufficient toilet paper for our stay.
