About this villa rental
Masseria Campo dei Fiori is a luxury villa in the countryside of southern Puglia set in a quiet 3 hectare of land. The design and construction concept of this villa focusses on blending very ancient techniques with modern technological expertise. The vaulted ceilings, the local Pietra Leccese and the typical enclosure of rough stones, called "dry", are examples of the use of centuries-old traditional craftsmanship.
The main garden is dominated by the magnificent infinity pool, surrounded by an enchanting Mediterranean garden and an exquisite courtyard paved with colorful cement tiles, gifted with an outdoor fireplace. By the pool, under an elegant porch, there is the BBQ, the traditional stone pizza oven and the pleasant 'al fresco' dining area. Behind the pergola, it's the playground on an enclosed lawn where kids may have fun on the wooden house, the slide and the seesaw.
The interconnected courtyards will lead you through the various spaces creating a solid and empty That contrast allow to feel immersed in light and nature.
Inside, the well-furnished utilities and kitchen are connected to the dining room with pool view. The living room is just a few steps away, connected by an open-air atrium squared with a majestic stone fireplace with the living room with its library and TV with SKY box is the ideal place where to relax and enjoy a spectacular view on the garden and pool.

Amazing property. Highly recommend.

This is by far the most beautiful and comfortable villa we have stayed in anywhere in Italy. As fine as the website photos are, they can't fully communicate the villa's refined elegance. It's like something out of Architectural Digest magazine. The location is relatively remote and anything worth visiting is at least a half hour drive. But the accommodations are so luxurious and the pool so inviting, you will be tempted to stay put.

Our whole experience start to finish was special. From Angelo helping to coordinate special activities before our arrival in Italy, to Giovanna who cooked the most amazing meals for us. We felt at home. The Villa is fantastic, it is even more beautiful than the pictures!!!! Thank you for making our trip unforgettable!

We had a beautiful time during our stay at villa Campo dei Fiori. The property is amazing! Concierge Angelo was super helpful, and everything we coordinated with him was spectacular. We had chef Giovanna in twice, and she was wonderful!! If on vacation again in Puglia, we will definitely stay in this villa!

The location is very remote. Closest town / supermarket is 8 to 10 minutes away. We were blown away when we pulled up to the gates at the Villa. The grounds are incredible and the villa itself is amazing. Every room is impeccably decorated with the highest level of furniture. My only complaint would be the kitchen. It is not set up properly. It is missing many items to cook/serve with that a Villa of this caliber should have, especially one that sleeps 12 people. There is one refrigerator tucked away in a back pantry and the freezer broke every SINGLE day throughout our stay. The property manager tried to blame us for not closing it properly, and for putting too much food in it! The Villa Sleeps 12 people, and only has this one single poorly working refrigerator, where else are we supposed to put our food? This is my only complaint, we lost a lot of food because of it and it became extremely frustrating, esp because it was 95° and the closest supermarket is a decent drive. And then to be blamed on top of it is extremely insulting. We are on vacation, the last thing we want to do is deal with refrigerator problems. It seems the property manager (who could have been a little nicer) was familiar with the problems too because he knew exactly how to fix the problem every single time. This villa is definitely worth staying at but go into it knowing that you cannot stock enough frozen food for your party of 12 without it getting spoiled.

The Villa was amazing. The owner really did a great job architecturally. Its hard to discount the rental at all because it was better in person in so many ways. Highly recommended. If i have to say a few things just for owners reference is that a few of the showers needed upgrades do to the amount of calclium in water. In all not a big deal. I will also not that this house is geared more to the party that creates there own fun. Its a bit isolated but for us it was perfect. The small town or Martano is underated and should be visited at least once. It doesnt come alive until about 10:30pm with the children playing socced in the town square until midnight. note that the property is a solid 45 min from lecce and 1:30 from ostuni where it is much more touristy.
