Nothing really it was great

Charming vintage motor lodge located on a trolley stop. Lovely staff. Easy to find.
Shower could use a little more cleaning attention. One AC would not work in front room.

It was a very clean room.
It was way too small of a room. No place to put anything. Could barely walk around the side of the bed.

Was very clean and cozy, perfect for our couple getaway. Owners were very nice with great hospitality. Close to eateries, pubs, etc which made it nice for when we wanted to go out!

It was very quiet and cozy aside from the occasional street noise. Clean and comfortable. The help desk ready to help with anything.
A little small and up steep stairs. Only negative side.

close to downtown. so comfortable. clean. These rooms are adorable. We go to Eureka Springs at least twice a year. For now on, we will be staying here. Friendly owners. Has the Log Cabin feel. parking right at your door. we loved it here.
I can’t say I have anything I didn’t like.

The owners of this cozy and beautifully decorated Inn are EXCEPTIONAL human beings. I had an issue with my reservation, which was no fault of theirs, and the husband and wife team were nothing but patient, kind and accomodating as they helped resolve it. I stayed in a two-bedroom suite with my teenage daughter, and we were both extremely comfortable and happy with every minute of our stay. And the price was SO reasonable, they could easily charge double for those cabins. Highly recommend!!!

location is good
we found hair stuck on a towel and a hair picker on the couch

The owners were so friendly and kind. They gave us a free upgrade for no reason at all than to let us have the most enjoyable stay. They didn’t know, but they gave us the best anniversary present!

The shower in our room was a bit small but really wasn’t a problem. I really enjoyed my stay.

It was cute
Roaches in the room, nowhere to sit, towels were kind of sorry, fridge was leaking all over the place. No one to talk to about this in the office, dropped the keys in a box when we left at 9:00 in the morning.

We came down for the Zombie Crawl again, and wanted to stay close to downtown, but away from the hustle and bustle that is downtown Eureka Springs.
The owners and staff were wonderful. They were super busy the night before our stay so they were running a little behind on cleaning. They were very accommodating to get our rooms finished quickly (we only waited about 15 min) and we had a nice visit with the owners and their staff. We had a one bedroom since we were traveling with our 16 yo son. Our oldest son and daughter-in-law stayed in a studio, which was perfect for the 2 of them.
There was a trolly stop directly across the street, so that was fantastic. Rather than having to fight traffic downtown, we were able to park off street and take public transit to and from our room. We were also just about 10 min from one of our favorite restaurants. The rooms were nice, very clean and quiet. We will definitely be staying here again.

What is there not to like! Comfortable, clean, charming! Little cabin has it all! Best sleep I've had in awhile! Owner was top notch helpful and courteous! Book it!!
No cons for us at all
4.0
Very creatively built and fit our needs as a family to have the double room with adjoining bathroom!
A bit better cleanliness. The shower curtain had some mildew on it and there were cobwebs in upper corner and window of room. Some crumbs on the floor.
