Glamping in the highest sense of the word. Comfortable cabins, well appointed with not only a drip coffee machine, but a Pour-over Coffee option. The fire pits are stocked with wood and the hot tubs are perfect. I will 110% stay here again.
This is being knit-picky…. BUT if I had to say anything, the cabin we are in provides two lounge chairs as opposed to a love seat in front of the “fireplace”. If I was here with a significant other, curling up with them would be a nice option, but the space is limited, so I understand the chairs vs a loveseat. The only other thing is the Hike Shop isn’t open, but neither is 40% of Eureka Springs as it is the off-season. Like I said, it’s knit-picky…. This place is really awesome. <3

Pet friendly and plenty of green space for the dogs. The cabin was clean and cozy with very friendly and helpful staff.
The only complaint was that the shower head was not ideal for a small standing shower because it sprayed water everywhere no matter how much I tried to angle it away from the curtain.

Cute cabin. Great facility with shared deck , hot tub and fire and grill. In-room coffee. Great location.
A bit close to the road so some noise.

The location was great, the people were friendly, the accommodations were great.. The fact that the cabin had clean bed linens, blankets coffee cups and coffee with free wifi cable tv and fluffy towels was great!!
The cabin was small for 3 people to be comfortable. The shower was very small, the fact that cabin 1 didn’t have a back porch or anything was kinda of a let down.

Location was perfect the house keeping lady was awesome very friendly very very informative. Very personable. Really just one of the reasons I want to book again. I just proposed to my girlfriend, she said yes. I want to bring her back to this place we both love and had such a special weekend at this memorable establishment.
Hot tub didn't have t he controls to turn the temp down just a little. We got in for 5 minutes had to get out because we started to feel sick and was sick until the next morning. B I t still loved.our.time there.

Location was not too far away from most of our activities.
There were several things in our room that were broken or just covered over. No trash can except the tiny bathroom trash. The tv had instructions for how to turn the cable box on but when we did get it on, it was only one channel that worked. No DVD player, the tv is too far away and too small to really be able to watch from the bed anyway and the two little chairs in the “tv corner” are basically waiting room chairs so not comfortable at all. The shower is terribly small. Smaller than cruise ship showers. The toilet was clogged upon our arrival and 2 windows had locks broken off. When I contacted the host to inform them of this not much was done. We fixed the toilet ourselves. They did offer (after I asked them) for us to cancel our booking and then turn around and book cabin 2 that had supposedly been the only cabin open this weekend.
However, we had 3 people and it was only a king bed so it wouldn’t have worked for us. So we stayed in our original cabin 1. But no other people showed up to the others cabins that we saw all weekend..... the WiFi signal was hard to find and stay connected to.
The host was not necessarily rude, but was certainly not concerned with our complaints and never once apologized or offered us any kind of discount. We felt we overpaid and would not stay here again.
