property is clean and its a 5 star property so everything is on time and neat and clean and staff is cooperative

the property is good but there are lack of facilities like no iron table no handwash no bathtub and there is 2 mattress on double bed which is very uncomfotable

the staff were amazing , from reception to dining to everything in between , so helpful the food was fantastic with 3 kitchens and the European and oriental was great for a non Indian traveller

The rooms were non smoking but through the ducts we could still smell cigarette smoke. Our room bathroom door didn't close. Bedsheets always had stains and tears

room service is very bad even they will not treat u as an guest swimming pool was also closed . whenever I order something I have to wait for 3-4 hours . even I called for water bottle at 10 pm but I didn’t receive the water and I slept without drinking water than I wake up at 6 am I called them again after that I received water

1. Very very poor Hospitality, people in parking took 5 minutes to take the car and was pretty rude. 2. Waited 1/2 hour on the reception for the room because the staff was very unprofessional and no hospitality etiquette. 3. Requested a room with double bed but got a room sith 2 single bed.

staff was polite and helpful.

Not the best of the location. Waiter just walked in when we ordered room service and waited to be paid while lady wasn’t dressed properly. Made her feel embarrassed. Not enough towels in the bathroom. Couldn’t switch the TV off therefore had to sleep with the TV light on. Water came out of the shower on to the bathroom floor, which made the floor very slippery.

It was a quiet and spacious place to stay with good food and best quality services.

The courtesy and behaviour of the staffs. The promptness of the Services was excellent. The decoration in the Dining lobby and outside the lift waiting lobby was with par excellence.

The drainage of the bathroom was very poor, in fact it was not functioning well .

Not a great experience

Clean and roomy

Room service poor, no hot water at times, international Visa cards did not work at concierge and restaurant and had to scramble for atm machines to grab cash to pay during covid - not appreciated at all.
