A fabulous first stay in Cyprus and will be back.

The property was gorgeous and location superb with fabulous views. It is at the end of a quiet street and was the perfect place to come home to after a day exploring Cyprus. It was great value for money with everything you need including a crystal clear view. We arrived late and loved the welcome pack of groceries including a bottle of wine! Thanks Elena.

There were a few small things but Elena responded promptly.

We feel very lucky to have stayed in such a perfectly situated beautiful villa, great hosts.

Everything was perfect, the host Marios and his family could not have been more helpful, even to the point where we had a mix up with me not getting the message regarding the lockbox for the entry key, I had to call him at 3:00am and he was so understanding. They provided us with supplies upon arrival milk, cereal, coffee too many to mention, so thoughtful, and there were many more thoughtful touches. The property is beautifully designed, we loved the decor, our favourite space was the BBQ on the top floor amazing place to eat and drink whilst watching the sunset, absolutely stunning. It was baking hot but all rooms had air conditioning. The swimming pool was crystal clear. The location near Coral Bay was great, we loved the next beach Corallia Beach, it is only 15 minutes to Old Town Paphos and the harbour both well worth a visit. We managed to do the Quad Bike tour, we have 4 children, the two eldest had quad bikes, the younger two travelled with mum and dad in a jeep, it was such fun. We also made the Blue Lagoon trip with Blue Diamond based at Latchi, we all loved this, and we also went to the water park which guess what we all loved too. All in all we had a wonderful time in Cyprus, and we're all hugely thankful to Marios and his family for looking after us so well.

Only one tiny thing which is in one of the double bed bedrooms could perhaps have the option of a double which could be split into twin beds, our two youngest 12 and 13 year old boys had to share a double bed, no biggie.

Fantastic villa that met all out expectations!!

Lovely, spacious villa with everything you need. Gorgeous rooftop patio to enjoy the sunset. Great location-away from the tourist hubs. Would definitely go back again!

A wonderful break with friends. The villas are lovely and spacious so we could enjoy time together or find some privacy

The villas are well appointed with en suite bathrooms making it comfortable for a group stay. Close to the beach and main road to allow east access to all sights but not so close that noise was a problem. Lovely pool and outside seating and dining area. A large and functional kitchen, well equipped with all necessary appliances for a comfortable stay.

It was not well cleaned and was untidy. So first impressions were not great.

Comfortable, luxurious stay

Beautiful location, beautiful house. Thoughtful touches like providing a continental breakfast, bottle of water, juice and even a bottle of wine! Kitchen was fairly well stocked. The pool area is a lovely place to relax or have fun and well maintained. Decorations make it feel homely. Owner easily contactable and after some confusion got a travel cot sorted for our 14 month old at short notice, very quickly- which was comfortable and clean for our girl.

The mattress protector was a very cheap, noisy terry-towel and the bed sheets and towels were very worn and stained. The bathrooms were a little dirty around the edges. The high chair was too dirty for use with mould on the straps (we used our travel booster seat in the end).

this villa provides great views, extreme comfort modern lines and a lovely pool/ sunbathing area.

very clean, modern loved the small attention to detail and the welcome pack was an example of the attention to detail.

if you want quiet and can cope or avoid walking up the hill from the main road it’s the place for you.

Luxurious villa with sea views!

Amazing villa with beautiful pool and grounds. Wonderful facilities throughout. Pool cleaned twice a week. Please walk in to the village to try Kambana, a lovely traditional taverna.

Beautiful sophia villas! ❤️

The villa was really beautiful, it had many lovely balconies to enjoy, the stunning sea view and the orange trees. The beds where comfortable, and the pool was cool and kept nicely. We had our wedding stay here, and I couldn't fault the facilities to make it a lovely wedding morning.

The showers could have been a little cleaner.. But other then then that, not much to fault.

One word, stunning ...

The Villa was outstanding, exceeded all our expectations in every way. Plenty of room, 3 bedrooms all en suite, spotlessly clean including the pool, hosts great, they live four doors away so on hand if required. Quiet street, set beside banana trees so very quiet, there is only four houses in the little road so no through traffic. Easy access into town, bus stop within easy reach along with great restaurants. We had a car and only 2 minutes drive to main road. Highly recommend this property.

Fantastic place, looking forwrad to going back!

This was a self catering house with 3 bedrooms. It had 2 balconies, a roof terrace with BBQ and table/chairs as well as substantial patio areas to the rear and side. The house was spotless on arrival. Hosts were responsive to our one question and while a bit back from the main road, about 600m, that meant it was very quiet but close for local restaurant and shops. Bus 651 took us to Paphos and Coral Bay so perfect.

Mattress protectors were very man made and made you very sweaty!

A wonderful stay at this villa. En-suite facilities for each room. Clean and comfortable.

A welcome pack of eggs ham cheese milk bread juice and wine was gratefully received as we arrived late in the evening. Wonderful sunsets. Loved the swimming pool. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds.

Superb

For those who are looking to get away and still feel at home the villa is the perfect place Close to the beach though the pool is quite enough and an easy drive to the city and it's surroundings I would most definitely will return

Some minor but important things were missing like garbage bags, toilet paper dish and laundry detergent We had to buy all of these and I see no reason for the gust to take care of that I would also recommend the owners to place a proper manual with instruction and in a visible place We found one late in to our stay and with not enough info relevant to the Vila itself

A brilliant week, and would definitely stay there again.

Air con very efficient. Pool and surrounding area very clean and well maintained. All rooms were a very good size.

Curtains in one of the bedrooms were a bit too small for the window.

Loved this villa & would definitely return. Great location to local beaches & restaurants.

Villa was modern, clean, very well kept & spacious. Rooms were a decent size, kitchen very equipped with large fridge. Host left late arrival essentials in fridge like water, eggs, bread,cheese,ham & bottle of wine which was much appreciated! Pool & loungers were great, Pool was 1m30 depth so great for our teenage kids, really warm too! Great location for beaches, nearby bus stop, route goes all along Paphos.

Bed pillows were a little uncomfortable but was an extremely minor issue. Sideways around villa weren’t gated or closed off to the rear for younger/toddler children but not an issue for us.

Best stay ever

The house (there are three in a row) is new, modern, well equipped and nicely located, a few minute's walks from the sea. You have a lovely sea view and small farmland with fruit trees in the front. The host lives nearby and is very helpful and exciting to have conversations with. We needed a late checkout and got that.

We liked absolutely everything.

A fantastic week in Paphos and Sophias luxury villas is amazing place to stay

Spacious modern villa, very cool inside, hardly needed the air conditioning, it is built in such a way that the heat doesn't come inside. Very good location close to Paphos city 10 min by car. The surrounding area is very quiet. The villa has everything you need, 4 bathrooms and an amazing swimming pool. We had such a lovely stay there. The owners are very helpful and answer queries straight away

A few minor point but just picking at things really the overall stay was great. All the towels have brown and black stains from over use and look soiled. I am sure they are washed but when you see stains like that it makes you not want to use them and it looks bad. If I was the owner i would buy new ones. Also the wi fi was a bit slow but its not too bad just for general use. Some of the curtains let light in and its very bright in the mornings

Fantastic Villa, great facilities and amenities nearby.

Excellent villa with everything you need! It was clean, modern and has a fantastic view. The pool is fantastic and we spent many hours out on the patio. There are a few restaurants within a very short walking distance which are brilliant. If you have any doubts about this villa, you will not be disappointed :).

Beyond expectation.

The villa had everything. And it all worked and was spotlessly clean. Beautiful indoor and outdoor space, modern, cool with the through draft, or shut the doors and put the A/C on. We spent much more time in the villa than I thought we would because it was just so nice. Owners were great. We had a problem with the fridge and they had someone out to fix it in a couple of hours.

Fortunately we had a car. But your experience will be limited otherwise. The coastal route bus does run from the bottom of the hill though - a 300m walk.
