Très satisfait d'avoir choisi Boiera Hôtel, nous le recommanderons.

Magnifique hôtel situé dans un cadre exceptionnel. Petite déjeuner somptueux. Personnel très agréable et à l'écoute. Spa au top. Nous recommandons.

Tout, mis à part peut être le restaurant qui mériterait une carte peut être plus simple mais plus variée pour les clients restant quelques jours.

hotel lindo, cama muito boa, quarto bom café da manhã muito bom também.

a recepção é muito fraca não sabe lidar com o hóspede. não são flexíveis querem que com tudo pago para entrar ainda tem de deixar uma calção de 150 euros no mínimo. não tem nenhuma confiança nos hóspedes, cobram o café da manhã na entrada da estadia ( dia que chega ao hotel) por um valor c ou se quiser pagar no dia vai tomar o café vai ser mais caro. paguei quando entrei e me confundi os dias eram 2 dias de café e paguei 3 quando fui falar eles disseram que não pode ser abatido que podiam fazer uma quentinha para eu levar 😨 kk sinceramente não aceitei eles com muito custo estornaram mais me cobraram os dois dias que usei no valor mais caro. da diária. resumindo ainda perdi. no quarto o frigobar e seco nem água tem. fui pedir uma água e eles falaram é 6 euros vai querer mesmo assim ? 🤷🏻‍♀️ lógico eu nem perguntei o valor só pedi a água. não são bons nesta parte mais o hotel é bom.

100% Weiterempfehlung!!!

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als übertroffen. Besonders zu erwähnen ist das sensationelle Frühstück, unfassbare Vielfalt, reichliche Auswahl und sehr köstlich. Das Personal im gesamten Haus ist sehr freundlich und umsichtig. Unser Fahrzeug stand sicher in der Tiefgarage. Schöne Atmosphäre am Pool, teilweise mit Livemusik. Sehr schöne Außenanlage - eine Oase der Ruhe. Trotzdem konnten wir die Ufer des Duoro oder auch Porto gut zu Fuß erreichen. Schade, dass wir nur 4 Tage hier verbracht haben!!!

Fantastic stay.

I would recommend Boeira Garden if you are looking for an relaxing city break!

Great rooms, nice breakfast and location and helpful staff. Walking distance from WOW and Ribeira de Gaia.

3 things I believe could be improved: 1) just one coffee machine available for breakfast it’s clearly not enough 2) the fish dish portion for dinner was a laugh. Very tasty but comparing with the meat dishes was clearly too small for the price 3) At the pool on a 5 start hotel all pool beds and sofas should be available for all customers

Das Hotel war schön eingerichtet. Zimmer sauber. Gym & Pool auch top.

Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel habe ich erwartet das das Personal freundlich ist und stehts einen grüsst. Jedesmal wenn wir rein oder ausgetreten sind hat es sich so angefühlt als müsste man immer den ersten Schritt gehen bevor man vom Personal zurückgegrüsst wird. Die Rezeption kuckt einen kurz an und schaut dann wieder in den Computer Bildschirm, also wirklich ganz ganz komisch...

Hotel muito bom. Jardins envolventes fantásticos. Cama muito confortável. Apesar de não termos tido oportunidade de usar a piscina interior, visitamos e ficou a vontade de experimentar numa próxima visita.

Terem terminado com o carregamento Destination Chargers da Tesla. Para um hotel de 5 estrelas é uma cortesia que fazia muita diferença no serviço que oferecem. Podiam ter um welcome drink.

Birthday Disappointment

Some of the staff was ok. However, it is strange that in a Portuguese hotel, most of the staff that I encounter doesn't know how to speak Portuguese properly. Breakfast had a good variety.

The staff needs to work very hard to know how to behave in a 5* hotel. It was the celebration of the 45th birthday of my husband and I asked the hotel if they could do something, when I arrived at the hotel they told me that they had upgraded my bedroom...I have no idea how was the one before but we went to a bedroom with balcony facing the other balconies and the passage between buildings that needs renovation. I was expecting a slice of cake or even a cupcake something related to the event because it is what I am used to when we go around the world to other 5 or even 4* hotels. The hotel is not well maintained and needs some work. Also, on the wine tasting, we arrived at the building, and not a single person greeted us. we needed to go to then instead of the opposite. While my husband was tasting one of the younger people was 'almost laying down on the counter' looking to the mobile. Again not the expected behaviour. One more thing, it seems that the exterior swimmingpool is seasonal, however when you have in April a heat wave reaching 28° C I believe it would be reasonable to open the pool or at least put out the sunbeds. Overall, the experience was a little disappointing, I am not going back.

One of my best experience in Porto, top quality, comfortable with very very nice staff!

Extremely helpful and cheerful hotel stuff, 0-24hour reception, even a tremendiusly tasty welcome wine. The location is quiet but still very easy to reach the city center, not to mention the beautifel sidelake, and of course the wineary right next to it! Food service are extraordinary as well, top quality. Spa section is almost perfect. And Bernardo is the best captain of the bar ;)

Only thing I was missing is a hot spa/tub or let it call jacuzzy. The spa section itself is brilliant with the pool/gim/therapy/massage and with the sauna sections (multiple saunas as well). So really, just a hot watered jacuzzi maybe.

Comodidades do quarto, a simpatia dos funcionários e o pequeno-almoço.

No dia anterior, liguei para o hotel para questionar se a parte da piscina interior estava totalmente funcional. Infelizmente, apesar de me terem dito que sim, a realidade foi diferente, uma vez que nem todos os jatos da piscina estavam operacionais. Além disso, outro aspeto negativo, sendo este o mais importante, foi a temperatura da água da piscina, que se encontrava demasiado fria para se estar confortável dentro de água. Entretanto, informaram que iriam resolver o problema, indicando, no dia seguinte, que já estava regularizado, contudo a água permanecia fria.

A não repetir!!

O valor do pequeno almoço por dia, para duas pessoas 50€!? Não sei que tipo de refeição apresentam mas por metade do valor apresentado acabámos por almoçar os dois dias que estivemos em Gaia. Cobraram 100€ a mais à entrada do hotel, pelo que percebemos em modo caução, não se faz, uma vez que não vinha mencionado quando reservamos, é inadmissível, se fosse com o valor à conta, dormia provavelmente à porta, sendo que até à presente data ainda não nos foi devolvido o valor retido… Resumindo, não compensa, é uma experiência a não repetir, hotéis de 3 e 4 estrelas mimam mais os clientes e por vezes apresentam mais qualidade nas instalações e no serviço apresentado.

A bit mixed feeling due to front desk staff and additional cost

Lush garden, nice pool/spa, nice playground, big family rooms, restaurant staff was very friendly (esp rafaela and ericez), good breakfast quality with made-to-order eggs etc

Front desk staff was very inflexible and not really communicating well. Booked through booking but did not get good members benefits although it was mentioned in the Hilton app - but no understanding that paying 40 eur per day additionally (nearly +30% on room rate) would be an uncomfortable thing to here when arriving to a supposedly relaxing vacation. Everything else is also trying to be charged - late check out 80 eur, bringing a plate which was taken by housekeeping 7 eur etc. bar menu was very generic and we were missing more Portuguese options. Also the breakfast was always the same over a week and a bit of change would be nice

Excecional e voltaremos com certeza.

A nossa estadia foi ótima. O Hotel faz jus às suas estrelas. O pessoal muito simpático, profissional e atencioso, destaco a ajuda que o Vítor nos deu para a planeamento do nosso programa de visitas. Realço também outros aspetos como o conforto, o sossego, a limpeza, o SPA, o mobiliário e o estacionamento. Não frequentámos o bar e o restaurante por já termos outros planos, mas decerto que corresponderá às expectativas. Voltaremos com certeza.

Agradável, mas esperava mais do spa.

Quarto bastante agradável e confortável, limpo e com bom isolamento de som.

O jacuzzi estava com uma lona a tapar, e inoperacional e não tinha qualquer informação sobre isso. A água da piscina devia estar uns graus a cima, e vários elementos não estavam a funcionar na piscina. E o spa abre às 10h, mas a sauna e o banho turco estavam desligados a essa hora, penso que já deviam estar operacionais a essa hora.

Analise se vale a pena o hotel.

Não ficarei mais no quarto 321, às janelas de fora os ferros batem à noite toda e o dia todo. Eu iria trocar de quarto no segundo dia, mas cheguei tarde e deixei pra lá. Depois me arrependi. Eu e o meu marido já tínhamos ficado no hotel antes e decidimos ficar novamente, o pequeno almoço já não é o mesmo, antes servimos os quentes hoje temos que pedir na carta como um restaurante, não gostei e acabei no segundo dia indo comer um pequeno almoço em outro hotel. O almoço/jantar antes era na sala onde fica o pequeno almoço e acabou sendo no bar, não gostei da carta, poucas Sugestões, começamos com a empregada de mesa espanhola que mal falava português, pedimos sopa de entrada e chegou a sopa como prato principal e cancelamos a sopa e ficamos com o prato principal. Tudo demorou a vir, inclusive o risotto veio cru. (Tivemos que levantar da mesa para tomar o café no balcão) a demora era de mais. Não voltarei a comer neste hotel, nem o pequeno almoço e nem almoço ou jantar. Até começo a pensar se vale a pena ficar neste hotel. As duas visitas no hotel a piscina estava fria.

Eine Oase mitten in Vila Nova de Gaia: Grün, ruhig und wunderschön. Tolles Frühstückbuffet mit allem was man sich wünscht und grosser Auswahl. Sehr freundliches Personal welches sich sehr um die Gäste kümmert. Das Hotel ist sehr grosszügig angelegt und toll ausgestattet. Die Metro ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar und und in nur 3 Stationen erreicht man Porto.

Tranquilidade para um fim-de-semana

Hotel situado em local sossegado, com espaço ajardinado em redor e suficientemente distante do arruamento mais próximo, isolado do ruído dos carros. Muito tranquillo para um fim-de-semana repousante.

Faz juz a uma pecha nacional de falta de sinalização interior em pontos-chave do hotel. Muito longe de ser um aspeto crítico é, porém, um aspeto muito fácil de corrigir neste caso.

- Check-in súper personalizado onde nos foi explicado tudo sobre as condições do hotel. - Parque de estacionamento coberto e privado. - Quarto grande e espaçoso com uma televisão embutida num espelho adorei a ideia, cama grande e confortável onde temos a disposição chinelos e roupão . - Casa de banho do quarto dividido em 3 como podem ver nas fotos. - Piscina exterior muito boa com musica ambiente, bar e espreguiçadeiras almofadadas. - Pequeno-almoço muito bom e variado vale a pena como podem ver nas fotos . - Zonas de bem-estar e SPA com sauna banho turco piscina interior jacuzzi e ginásio. - Piscina interior a melhor e mais completa de todos os hotéis que fui com 6 áreas de jatos diferentes. - Jardins grandes e bem iluminados a noite para um passeio ao fim de jantar ou durante o dia com animais e adegas. - Terraço com vista para a cidade de Gaia.
