Door code received via email
All the hidden fees attached. When I found property online it said $1100/ for our dates hidden fees added on another $600. Property lacking basic items like scissors, chairs for the beach. Have stayed at two other condos in this property and this was the worst. Bugs spotted in 2 locations in this condo, both the bathroom and laundry room. Floors were covered in sand.

Great location
2 of the rooms had dirty sheets on pull out bed in couch and one you could barely get out and another one we couldn't so they brought us a blow up bed. TV in family room didn't have remote and so it didn't work. Could barely get the sliding glass doors open in one room. Ceiling fan was filthy.

The location was great
The refrigerator had spilled food in it. 2 cabinet doors were falling off the hinges. The sliding door to the patio was VERY hard to open. There was a broken table in the living room. I had a guest come for the day, called management about a parking pass. I was told someone would get with me soon and nobody ever did.

It was clean. The beds were comfortable. The ceiling fan was a plus in the bedroom. The coffee pot worked.
For starters the cost of the room was ridiculous. It was very small for $2600. To unlock the room there are no keys only codes that are 10 digits long. Ridiculous. The pool gates and beach gates also used a code and were hard to open. Usually took 2–3 attempts. The hot tub was Luke warm the whole time… the jets never came on. Not once. The washing machine was junk. It shook and banged around Everytime we used it. It was loud. I tried using different sized loads but it didn’t matter big or small it did it. The tv remotes had dead batteries so I had to buy some. The dish network went in and out the whole time. One of the chairs at the dining table was broken and wobbly. There are no cooking utensils except for one spatula that was very flimsy and cheap. The ice maker in the freezer didn’t work and there is no ice machine on property. Also the wi-Fi was terrible. In a nutshell… I feel like the whole thing was janky for the price. $2600 for all of the issues I was dissatisfied and disappointed… so was my family .

the property is nice but the unit needs upgrades. sofa bed was broken , oven had no temperature numbers at all microwave was going bad shower heads were awful. honestly just needs a few upgrades. it wasn’t cleaned properly. the coffee pot had the grinds from last pot in the filter and there was trash under the pull out sofa. chip bags and wrappers but otherwise it was clean and I enjoyed our stay. the elevator was super fast. we were on the 7 th floor and it only took 10 seconds. nice upgrade there

great location, smaller condo complex, quieter then larger properties
the sofa bed was broken and unusable and as such the couch was not at all comfortable to sit or sleep on (as a single)

the view was great, the room was okay.
the pill out bed was disgusting, so my kids didn’t even sleep on it. and the room was not very clean when we got there.

The condo was perfect for us! Plenty of room, comfy beds, and enough kitchen items to make a simple meal. The condo was VERY clean and I'm really picky, so good job there. Coffee on the balcony every morning was so nice. The ocean view is wonderful. This complex has super easy access to the beach. We had a problem with no available wifi, but Vacasa quickly issued a refund for the lack of wifi/internet. It was very nice having a washer & dryer in the condo. There were plenty of bath towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and laundry detergent. I would definitely stay in Unit 301 again.
Just a slight hiccup. Not a major complaint, but someone needs to follow up with getting the wifi situation fixed. When free wifi is listed as included, then people count on that. I had to check in with my office while on vacation. I could only do that by using Walmart's free wifi while sitting in their parking lot! 😀

Exceptional view and right on the beach. The deck had a nice high patio set so you could sit and see over the railing right out to the ocean.
All the beds had very hard pillows, the couch was partially collapsed in the middle, there was just bits of deferred maintenance that needs to be fixed throughout condo.

The location was excellent. The view from our window was great. The beach access was also great. We were pleasantly surprised with the speed of the elevator. We booked the vacation in the non-peak time. It appeared that the condo was about 1/2 full.
I had to call multiple times to find out where the parking pass was located. It was hidden in a container on top of the refrigerator. The email from Vacasa said it would be in the kitchen. We expected it to be on a counter top or stuck to the refrigerator with a magnet, not hidden. We had to call to get bath towels as there were no towels when we arrived. We only had two trash sacks for the week. I think a couple more would have been appropriate.
