About this apartment rental
Astra Bella Apartment is situated in a peaceful residential area on the outskirts of the city of Dumaguete. It offers a comfortable home holiday for travelers and can fit a total of 9 people.
This is a single attached fully air-conditioned two-story accommodation that is well gated and has its own private 1-car parking space. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 shared bathrooms, 1 ensuite bathroom, a living room, and a well-equipped kitchen where guests can prepare their own meals at their own convenience. For safety purposes, this apartment also provides an attached fire escape ladder that is connected to the two bedrooms upstairs, which would lead directly to the side gates of the entire property. A 500L water tank is set so that our guests will never run out of water even in the middle of the night. A small balcony is available where guests can enjoy the quiet street views. This accommodation surely is a perfect definition of “home away from home”.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT:
1. Master bedroom - 1 queen-sized bed and 1 single-sized bed
2. Bedroom #2 - 2 single-sized bed
3. Bedroom #3 - 1 double-sized bed
4. Living room - 1 sofa bed (pull-out) and 1 futon
BATHROOM:
1. Ensuite bathroom (master's) - with hot shower
2. Shared bathroom on the ground floor level
3. Shared bathroom on the 2nd-floor level - with hot shower
This property is an 8-minute walk to ACE Dumaguete Doctors Hospital, a newly built hospital that recently open its doors to the public. The famous Rizal Boulevard, one of Dumaguete City’s pride, is just 10-minute drive from the property.
Tricycles can be accessed any time of the day and can be hired to bring you from point to point within the city. If you want to rent a vehicle or motorcycle, please inform us ahead of time so we can assist in arranging for it.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
PERSONAL INFO AND VALID ID - Guests are required to complete the online registration form via Jotform (a link or QR code will be provided upon confirmation of booking) and upload a photo of the valid ID of each guest staying for the reservation. Please note that only registered and declared guests are allowed entry to the premises.
OCCUPANCY - The normal occupancy of this apartment is 7 persons, however, it can house up to a maximum of 10 people. An additional guest fee of Php 500 per person per night is charged for groups that exceed the normal occupancy (starting with guest #8). Please make sure to enter the accurate count of guests staying to avoid confusion.
PETS - A maximum of 1 pet is allowed but we require a pet fee of p1,000 per pet for every 7 nights. Please make sure to inform us ahead of time if you're bringing pets with you. This will be paid separately through a payment request here on Airbnb.
MAID SERVICES - Maid services may be requested ahead of time for an additional fee of Php400 per day from 7 AM - 7 PM. This will be paid in cash directly to our housekeeping staff.
EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT - We can allow free early check-in and late check-out for a max of 3 hours only (12 PM for early check-in and 2 PM for late check-out). An additional fee of Php1,000 will be charged for check-ins as early as 6 AM and for check-outs as late as 8 PM.
STREET PARKING - Available but not in front of the property or anywhere on the sides close to the apartment as the space is too small. You may look for other areas around the subdivision that has available street parking.
EXTRA CLEANING - Housekeeping services are included as part of your reservation but we do ask you to leave the property in the same condition as how it was during your arrival. An additional cleaning fee of Php1,000 will be charged if the property will be found in a state that will require additional cleaning services other than the basic housekeeping tasks. Here is a short list of things that you can do to avoid such additional fees:
- Don't move any of its furniture unless with our permission.
- Wash all dishes and place them on the drying rack.
- Place all trash into the trash bags provided.
- Do not remove all bed linens.
- Leave all used towels on the bed.
FEES/PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION OF HOUSE RULES:
Undeclared pets (per pet) - Php 2,000.00
Undeclared guests (per guest per night) - Php 700.00
Holding a party or event - Php 5,000.00
