About this house rental
The first floor features an open layout, with Living Area with fireplace, white marble floors, coffered ceiling, and French doors that open out to the pool area, plus a separate outdoor entertaining area with fire pit.
There is also a formal Dining Room, and a fully-equipped Chef's Kitchen with casual Dining Area, a large center cooking island/breakfast bar, granite counters, farmer's sink, and commercial appliances.
There are two Primary Bedroom suites, one of them on the first floor with en suite bath. The other Primary is on the second floor. It features vaulted ceiling, concealed large screen TV in the bed footboard, private deck overlooking the pool area, and a deluxe Primary Bath with soaking tub and glass walk-in shower.
The second floor has two other Bedrooms that share a full bath. The fifth Bedroom is located on the lower level, where double French doors open out to the pool and patio area. There is also a Media Room with large screen TV and a full bath.
The home is stylishly decorated with European furnishings and decor throughout. It also has a Sonos sound system in the Living Area and second-floor Primary Bedroom.
Outdoor living centers around the 18 x 36-foot, heated gunite pool. There is a large stone patio surround for lounging and sunning, plus a cabana with covered seating and half bath. A separate outdoor sitting area has the gas fire pit.
All of downtown Edgartown Village, with its restaurants, shops, harbor and beaches, is just a short stroll away.
POOL NOTE: Pool is heated to 81 degrees in July and August and included in the rent. There is a $300/week surcharge for heat in June and September, and a $400/week surcharge in May and October.
