The name says it all- Almost Heaven is a chic, Boho, coastal cottage with floor-to-ceiling tongue and groove, white walls and floors, matte black hardware and fixtures, sisal rugs, and white linens! It’s frank with just the right natural textures for a laid-back feel. Think sun, sand and style combined.
The cottage has been updated with a brand new kitchen and master bathroom featuring a breezy, modern, and bright, beach house design. Every lighting fixture and furnishings have been hand-selected to create this space. You will enter just off Tupelo Circle where guests may enjoy the private gazebo.
Through the screened-in front porch, you will enjoy outdoor seating and a southern porch swing. The open living space offers ample and comfortable seating with a queen-size pull-out sofa bed for additional sleep space, as well as a 72-inch flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The dining space seats 8 with farmhouse benches and end chairs. The large seagrass pendants above the table lend to the chilled vibe and coastal style. Additionally, there is a bay window for more relaxed seating and 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter. The fully equipped open kitchen with a farmhouse sink and airy floating shelves has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. A half bath completes the main level, which has also been renovated with lovely shell stone flooring, an on-trend circular mirror, and glass pendant lighting.
Upstairs you will find all 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The master retreat offers a King bed, vaulted ceiling, wrap around windows and flat screen TV. Additionally, a walk-in closet has been added as well as a brand-new spa-like bathroom with a large glass shower and teak accents. The Queen guest room features a bay window to enjoy the views, as well a beautifully renovated shower/tub combo bathroom. Finishing off the upstairs is a dual twin guest room with flat-screen TV and a freshly renovated bathroom with a shower. You will also find a stackable washer and dryer and additional closet space with a luggage rack in the hallway.
Lastly, climb the ship ladder to the third level for the best view in the house! Almost Heaven's tower does not disappoint with an elevated bench giving you incredible views of the town and gulf! If you listen close enough, you can hear the rolling waves. Come experience the beach at this one of a kind, dreamy cottage!

The home is perfectly supplied, you can't get a better location, and it is a cozy place to relax after a day at the beach! If you have a small family or group, this is where you want to stay! we will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay in Almost Heaven. Well maintained and very comfortable. Larger TV in living area terrific for football Saturday. Hope to be back next year.One minor maintenance item. One of the beds in 3rd BR (BR with twins) hada nut missing from bolt that held metal frame together in middle. Bolt would fall out and frame separate. Did not bother us as bed wasn’t used.

I would rent this property again with no hesitation. The house is amazing and the location is perfect. The only thing i would suggest is, there are several wall outlets through out the house that does not work. If we had not brought extension cords, it would have been difficult for charging phones, using blow dryers and curling irons.

Almost Heaven was the perfect (“heavenly”) home for our family (5 of us). The location is perfect - we are steps away from the shops and restaurants; but far enough from the hustling and bustling of the main Seaside pavilion. It is also just steps away from the fitness and tennis/pickleball centers. We enjoyed the peace and quietness of the location. The three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, make all the difference in the world. The leaving room is cozy/welcoming, and the kitchen had everything we needed (we mainly prepared breakfast every morning); but it seems to have everything one may need to cook at the house. In our case, we preferred to sample the little restaurants around the area. The screened front porch is the perfect spot to hangout and have a glass of wine during the evenings with mild temperatures. The house is well maintained and clean (the only minor exception was the observation tower - it needs a little TLC). The Homeowner’s Collection supporting staff were very attentive and courteous. We needed help with a small TV issue, and they came almost immediately to fix it. Lastly, the Tupelo beach access is very convenient, with a clean bathroom, and it is less crowded - we loved it! Thank you, the White Family, for sharing this fabulous home. Looking forward to return to Seaside.

House was built in 1987, and while the owner did a decorative remodel, several items broke or failed during our stay requiring maintenance calls to repair. Home was clean. For price charged we think there are better choices and better maintained properties.

Absolutely loved this house. Perfect for up to 6 people - all bedrooms upstairs so people can sleep in. Downstairs is allOpen so great to entertain. Screened porch is awesome and upstairs “crows nest” is fabulous - it’s a whole other living space with gorgeous views of water and rooftops to drink coffee in am and watch sunset with a glass of wine in pm. Charcoal grill and outdoor shower. Close to town but far enough away that not noisy. Beds are comfy, baths are not huge but plenty big for vacation. Loved this house!

House was nicely decorated and comfortable for 6 - wouldn't recommend for any more than 6, though. Good location - only a block to 30A and the Tupelo beach pavilion is on the other side of the road. We would stay here again. The only downside of this property.. is that if you like to really unpack, the two guest bedrooms do not have closets and therefore limited clothes storage. Guessing the home was optimized for room size. But overall, great stay and very responsive management company.

Loved this sweet home! Our family of 4 fit comfortably and loved every minute of being here. The decorating is gorgeous and comfortable. We were able to get in early and everything was up to standard. The treck to the beach wasn't bad either and we were happy to see some pretty sunsets from the very top floor.
