The best VRBO we have stayed at in the Western Slope area. What a lovely property that was equipped with everything we needed and a great location (close to restaurants and shops). The property manager was easy to work with and an excellent communicator.

This is a very clean nicely updated house just a short walk away from all the great restaurants and shops of Fruita. Each of the bedrooms are good sized and the common areas are nicely appointed. The fenced backyard is big and the garage is perfect for storing anything that needs to be kept safe from the elements. We will definitely rent this again for family that comes into town. The third bedroom has a bed with a trundle great for kids.

We used the house as our home base while visiting the Colorado National Monument and the Arches. The house was very clean and comfortable and a very short walk to town. It had everything we needed!
Cream and sugar would have been an extra bonus to go with the nice basket with coffee and snacks 😊

After finishing riding and hiking our favorite trails, returning to our “home away from home”, we had everything we need to relax and enjoy our time away. Its also great to be able to walk to our favorite brewpub, pizza place, and small grocery market which showcases local products.

Great cozy little house! Had mist everything we needed except wine and bottle opener!
Great kitchen, living, dining and outdoor spaces. Bedroom and bath are a little small but serviceable. Given age of the house and its inherent limitations it was very nice, beautifully renovated. Great location just a block from downtown restaurants and a few blocks from grocery and drug store and parks too. Took our dog to school yard to run and catch frisbees! Very nice back yard to sit
and relax.

Fruita Charmer
We loved our stay at Peach House I. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It’s a charming home and very nicely decorated. We enjoyed and appreciate the welcome basket with juice, seltzer’s, coffee, snacks and oatmeal. We highly recommend Peach House I and would love to stay again on our next visit to Fruita. It’s in a great location, only one block to downtown Fruita. It’s a perfect place to walk or bike around town. Nice fenced yard, great for our dog. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
