We had an amazing time staying at this property. It was clean, comfortable, and artfully decorated. This property was conveniently located between downtown and the water. Wonderful getaway!

Perfect location, charming apt, coffee shop a couple doors down, porch breakfast spot, main district in walking distance. Hit all the marks.

Beautiful, historic home in walking distance of much of historic downtown Charleston, but especially convenient to the College of Charleston campus, just a 2-8 minute walk depending where on campus you want to be. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen, pretty quiet, and free parking on the property! Felt very safe coming and going.

This property was absolutely perfect for our girls trip to Charleston! So much of the city is walkable from the house and made it seamless to get around without a car. The size was perfect for four adults, and it even felt bigger than the pictures. As a group of four women, we especially loved all the mirrors, it made getting ready easy and fun!

We had the most amazing time at this property. It is just a short walk to coffee shops, king st. and tons of cute scenery. The place was beautiful and clean, and even larger than it looked in the pictures! Our host, Paul, was extremely kind and attentive. I will most definitely stay here again if I get the chance!!

We've stayed in numerous places during our visits to Charleston and I must say this is the best location, yet! The apartment is very spacious, nicely renovated, very comfortable beds, the central air conditioning and hot water heater work well and the porch area offers additional living space which we enjoyed watching a few horse drawn carriages go by. Second State coffee shop is a couple of buildings away with yummy goodies. The Colonial Lake is within a few blocks which has nice landscaping around the lake and paved walkways for an early morning stroll. Easy walks to restaurants, shopping, historical sites including The City Market and much more! We enjoyed the Storied Charleston Walking Tour by Liz Duren this visit. We also visited The Old Exchange & Provost Dungeon. The four star for cleanliness is due to the porch areas and walkways are in need of spring cleaning. We had a super stay!

I've been to Charleston several times, but never have I stayed in a historical home. This one offered a glimpse into the city's captivating historical and architectural past -- all while being located within a relatively short walk of wonderful restaurants, bars, and coffee houses. My wife and I stayed here over a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary and would highly recommend it. The owners maintained the feel of old Charleston, while also making the home comfortable and interestingly decorated.

Exactly the right place for the right price! Clean inside and decorated in a lovely artistic and homey way. Close to everything and a very serene eclectic vibe. We had a great time and looked forward to getting back “home” every evening. Within a short walk of literally everything you’d want to do in Charleston!

This beautifully restored historic home is the perfect place to stay while visiting Charleston. You will find total comfort in the 3 large rooms, high vaulted ceilings, nautical themed decor and very comfy beds for a good night sleep. Easy walking distance to all of historic downtown, King street , The Battery… which we never needed our vehicle to explore.
The location also has easy access to Folly Beach and Kiawah island to the west.
A wonderful 6 night stay.
Paul and Anna are wonderful hosts!!

It was the best! We rented the second floor of this historic home which had been totally renovated. It was huge! High ceilings, three large rooms including kitchen, family room and bedroom with Two big comfy beds. Perfect spot for walking downtown and wonderful porch to relax and on and read and enjoy a breeze and a cocktail. No complaints! Can’t wait to go back!

I stayed here with 2 other girlfriends for a weekend. The pictures don’t do the unit justice! The unit was inviting— they even had ambient ocean sounds playing on the TV when we checked in.
We were able to easily walk to just about everything we wanted to do including the City Market and down to the water (Pineapple fountain).
The 2 queen beds were comfortable and the couch pulled out —and was actually comfortable!
The owners were around from time to time and made some terrific suggestions for restaurants.
They were also very understanding and helpful when I misunderstood some check out instructions.

We kicked off the new year with a fun week in Charleston. The Charleston Treasure was a lovely place to start and end our busy days. The sights of Old Charleston are all walkable from here. We enjoyed the coffee shop a few mornings (just a few doors away) and appreciated that we could make our own on the others. A small corner store and nearby Target provided any odds and ends we needed. Though the kitchen seemed well supplied for cooking, we didn't use it beyond our breakfasts, the restaurant scene is so good! It was great to have a parking spot for our rental car. We walked a lot but used the car to explore some of the area sights beyond the city. Everything about our stay here was easy and comfortable.
Bonus Tip for Travelers: We also highly recommend the guided walking tour we took with WalkIt! Charleston on our first day. We learned so much about the city in such an engaging way, and it was a great foundation for everything we saw and did the rest of the week.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this historic pink house. We appreciated the location which allowed us to walk to many sites and the coffee shop almost next door was an added plus. Owner was very responsive. Would definitely recommend this place if you have no trouble with climbing a flight of stairs (as it’s on the 2nd floor) or doing a fair amount of walking.

This is a beautiful place to stay. So much is within walking distance. Paul and Anna were very welcoming and gave us a list of suggestions for restaurants, stores and transportation, which was very helpful. This was our first visit to Charleston, and this apartment was perfect for us.

Loved location and roominess. Some noise on street in the evening, but that’s just part of being in the city. Very close to King Street and on same street as Target on King which is nice to pick up some things. Parking space provided and Paul was very responsive. I’d stay here again!

The Charleston Treasure was the perfect place to get together for a girls trip. Paul was extremely helpful and kind. Communication was great and very accommodating with some of our flight struggles. The home is beautiful and clean and in. perfect location. Very thankful to have stayed here to explore Charleston.

This was a great stay. The home was very clean, roomy, and super cute. There were 2 queen beds in the same room, which were comfortable. One bathroom with a good shower. All you would need in the kitchen. We stayed on the second floor, so there was a narrow flight of stairs we had to climb, but that was not an issue for us at all. Just consider if older or if stairs would be a problem for you. I do believe there might be a location to stay on the first floor as well? The location was a nice 10-15 min walk to things we wanted to do downtown. There is some street noise during the day, but that is to be expected, it was minimal, and didn’t bother us. Didn’t notice much noise at night, but did stay during the week rather than the weekend. Great communication with the owner, Paul. There is private parking available. Overall, really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again easily. Definitely recommend.
