This must-see, beautifully-renovated condo has an open concept living area with a wood-burning fireplace and a flatscreen TV with a Blu-ray player. You also have a full, well-equipped kitchen with a 12-bottle wine cooler, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals for you and your guests, plus a furnished back patio with fantastic views. What's nearby: No matter the season, the regular and free shuttle (the stop is nearby) can take you and your guests into Blue Mountain Village for shopping, dining, and entertainment. When the snow is falling, you're just a short walk from the lifts and access to some of Blue Mountain's many trails for prime skiing and snowboarding! In the summer months, check out Scenic Caves Nature Adventures, just three miles from your rental, offering a suspension bridge, spectacular vistas, ziplines, gemstone mining, and fun and fascinating eco adventure tours. Ski shuttle details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The location is great however it was not clean. There were ants and ant traps all over the house and it was extremely dusty

I gave this property 3 stars because of the excellent location at the base of the ski hills. It was an easy ski down to the nearest lift and we could ski back at the end of our runs. HOWEVER, we were never provided with a key for the back door near the slopes (a fob opens the front door near the parking). This meant that one person always had to lock from inside then walk around the building to get to the slopes. We were also never provided with a key to the ski locker which would have made the experience easier too. ALSO! this unit was in serious need of cleaning. I'm not a clean freak but it didn't look like the place had been dusted for months (years?). On the plus side, though, the unit seemed bigger than in the photos and accommodated our party of four very comfortably but could use some updating. All in all, though, we were happy with the price and the location.

Overall, it is a great spot to stay at to be close to the village, about a 10 min walk or you can book the shuttle every 30 mins to drive you. Be sure to call to have them send you the shuttle information because we didn’t receive any emails on how to access it. The condo does need some updating, lots of walls that have paint chipping off. The faucet in the kitchen is really loose and once extended, it is difficult to retract. The bunk beds are very loose, some of our guests didn’t feel comfortable sleeping on the top bunk. It wasn’t cleaned the greatest, there was a pan that still had cooked food on it as well as some utensils. The sinks had some dried up toothpaste spit in them, the mirrors were very streaky. The railing breaking up the kitchen and the living room, was very unsafe and very wobbly. There was a lingering smell throughout, kind of like an old antique smell to best describe it. The bbq was not covered and hard to access with the snow, no shovel was provided. There was still cooked food on the grills as well. One of the burners was broken and the tank was empty. We did call maintenance and they came the next day to replace it. Some areas weren’t even vacuumed, we found crayons and lots of crumbs under the coffee table and end tables. The back door needs to be replaced, it does not close properly, the knob is loose and the lock doesn’t work the greatest. It would of had been nice if basic seasonings were provided such as salt, pepper, and sugar. If you plan on staying here, pack everything that you wouldn’t even of had thought of to pack including paper towel, napkins, and Kleenex. We were only provided with one paper towel roll for our 4 day stay and a quarter of a bottle of dish soap. Definitely not worth what we paid with all of issues we had.

The unit is in need of a deep clean(ant problem) and some repair (faucet/ lamp shades). Good location ski in/out. Vacasa excellent to deal with and wanting us to be satisfied.

The only thing is buck beds were squeaky and shaky, the back door handle needed to be tightened, kitchen sink tap needs to be tightened from bottom and hose going in and out is stiff, some lamp shades needed to be changed as they were falling down do to dried out paper at top of them and one leg on the chair at the back door had to be fixed due to someone breaking it before us so I called service to remove and fix it before it gets worse.
All that’s not a big deal but renters need to tell them when things are wrong so issues can be resolved and these places will get a 5 star.
Other then these small issues my stay was great and would definitely be rented again by me or my family.

Great location and lots of space
We enjoyed walking out the door and being able to cycle to the bike paths and cycling routes. It was a nice walk to the village if you wanted to eat out. Well equipped with a bbq (which we didn’t use) on a nice little patio, and an ice maker in the freezer.

Great Stay
We rented this home for 2 nights and had a great stay. When we entered they had provided everything we needed from utensils to linens. The only issue we encountered was the BBQ that wasn't working due to an empty propane tank but I have to give a shoutout to the representative McKayla who was quick to resolve our issue after being on the phone for a bit. There was also an issue with the AC not cooling down the place but the maintenance team came quick and helped resolve the issue. Overall, we loved our stay at this Vacasa home and will definitely be coming more often.

Great space for families or groups of friends! Comfortably slept 10 people with room for more. Location is superb, a short drive/walk from the village but free shuttle service provided by the resort. Very nice unit with everything you could need! Will definitely be back!
