Let down
Our booking was cancelled on the day, without any explanation as to why. Left us very stressed in trying to find another place to stay that had availability in the same area seeing as it was Valentine’s Day. Would not have cared so much if we were told a reason as to why this happened but the lack of communication was a massive let down
