Many safety issues:
1. no handrail for steep outside steps
2. No overhead light in main entry
3. Narrow main entry with steeply pitched basement stairs just 2 feet in.
4. Loose or missing kitchen floor tiles
5. No overhead light for basement stairs
In addition, the main bath was very small and hard to navigate. The "half bath" was a single toilet wedged into the basement laundry room, accessible only by descending the stairs with no light and crossing an uneven cement floor. The kitchen cabinets and handles were grimy.
I have pictures but don't see any way to include them.

I moved to the Hudson Valley and needed a place to call home during house hunting and closing on new home! This was the perfect place! Centrally located to the east side of the Hudson River!! The house met all my needs for 2 months! The communication with property manager was wonderful! I would highly recommend this property!

We had college visits with our daughter and this was the perfect size for all of us to have our own space. Close to everything, and a golf course across the street! It was too windy for golf, but it had all the comforts of a home away from home. Comfy beds, TV and WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The only drawback was getting in touch with the property manager for access. I received an email saying they'd send details 3 days in advance, but the night before our visit I still hadn't heard from them. I tried messaging through the app and contacting the phone number, but no luck. In the end, we called VRBO from the car. They had trouble reaching the manager at first, but eventually were able to get us the door code we needed. Just in the nick of time!
There was a loose floorboard as you enter the kitchen and a missing cover on the wall sconce in the hall - easy fixes for both. Could use better attention to detail, but it was a good match for our needs.

Very clean, well stocked full house right on a golf course. Second visit we loved it so much.

So rare in this current world this property absolutely lives up the pictures and written description. Everything matched the description, was super clean, very thoughtful (particularly appreciated the coffee station:). Loved the location overlooking the pristine golf course, wonderful adjacent foot path to walk the dogs, lovely neighborhood. Very top choice when we go back!!

It was lovely staying here! Would love to come back when it’s warmer to take advantage of all the golf courses in the area. House was clean and host was very helpful.

Great spot for graduation!
This house made our trip for graduation so much easier and more time to hang out with family rather than in separate hotel rooms. The property is just as advertised and very cute and comfortable.
