Dissapointment.

Big and spaces lounge. Rooms are quite comfortable for 8 persons there. Good.

Hard to find the location, find the carpet wet and ceiling licking with water. Very unpleasent smell coming from the house. Bathroom fan not working well and make a lot of noises.

Everything was great except kitchen window curtain Didn't go down but wasn't a big deal. Toilet seat was lose but I tightened it..

Very poor accommodation for the money. Would not recommend.

Size and location are good and was it adequately equipped.

Generally it was extremely tired, poorly maintained inside and out and lacked attention to detail. The bedding in the main bedroom was damp and had to be dried again after first night. Other bedding was musty and not properly aired. Lack of hand towels per person and those provided were poorly aired. Previous renter’s laundry still wet in garage and smelling. Out of six bedroom side lamps only one had a working bulb. One touch lamp didn’t work at all. The kitchen spot lights had only two out of four working. When the owner approached they knew they defective but had not repaired them. Other lighting was dim and dirty. All windows were very dirty. Non existent Bbq that was advertised. Interior fire place not working. No information on how to work appliances or rubbish/recycling protocols. Heated towel rail in main bathroom had plug cut off. Hair dryer provided had foreign plug and we were unable to use.

We considered leaving a day early it smelled so bad. Opening the windows helped.

It was in a nice location to explore the area

The house reeked of cigarette smoke so much that we didn’t use the bedrooms and opted for the kids to sleep on the couch. The bed sheets smelled like mildew because they hang the sheets in a humid garage to dry which makes the whole house smell bad. The house also generally wasn’t cleaned very well.

enjoyable stay but could have been better

house was good for the group we had. laundry was handy, line in garage was good. lovely and quiet area

Main shower you had to hold and wash, it needs the rail to be fixed not as clean as it should have been, lots of ants out of the 7 bedside lights only 2 actually worked. chrome cast or similar would have been good

Not a pleasant stay !

4 bedrooms and spacious living area

The house was not particularly clean , and needs renovating / painting , etc . The windows were filthy and there was a smell in the kitchen ... this property is over priced and poor value !

Very good

Spacious lounge and complete kitchen facilities. We could have wanted to stay another day. Good straight forward instructions upon check in and check out.

Shower head keeps falling down, curtains at the lounge cannot close. No toilet holder. Very minimal.

Overall the stay for our Kaimahi was very disappointing. We would not book again

Beautiful home from the outside (only). The house was spacious. There was a washing machine and dryer.

Three Co workers shared this house while on a course. 1. The house was not clean. The tiled floors slippery (which resulted in one of us slipping and breaking the toilet roll holder). Kitchen was not clean. In sinkerator was really really smelly. The garage was not useable due to the owners own hand made washing line across the garage with all the sheets and towels etc hanging. It made for a really musty smelling garage. The property was “smoke free” yet it stunk of smoke. One of the lounge chairs wouldn’t retract the legs so we had to climb off the chair to put in the extended leg. The bed I had was like a rock. (super uncomfortable). There were holes in the blinds, the curtain hooks were broken in the lounge. Just not maintained. Very dark. No working light in the hallway. Quite sad really as it’s a beautiful home from the outside. 2. The house was dirty shower toilet not very clean, the house smelled of smoke just needed a good clean 3.The House was smelly, It smelt of Cigarettes all through the house. The Toilet and Bathroom floors were very slippery. I slipped up in the toilet and broke the Toilet Paper holder while landing on my back side.There was also washing in the shed that smelt very bad.

Excellent place to stay and relax with friends and family

The house, the way the property was maintained The utensils were provided A good attention to details is given for guests comfort especially for babies, with the cradle, toys and many more things.

Nice... easy to go on any restaurant.. is just 5 to 10 mins drive from the house. And it's near on skyline, 3d trick arc gallery, redwoods and etc.

Need a insects spray.. because there's a cockcroch on kitchen.

Fantastic holiday home

One of the best holidays homes we've stayed in, roomy house, nice and warm (it was mid winter), comfy beds, good location and super quiet (no road noise). The kids were a little disappointed the fire place was out of action, but the heat pump and bedroom heaters kept the house nice and toasty.

The location and being in on a private driveway were the highlights of our stay.

The location was great. The house was lovely but as we were not use to sleeping on slate beds, we slept in the lounge on the last night there.

The hot water was not good, pre-heating the shower only for semi warm water wasn't a good start to our day. So lack of hot water and sleeping in the lounge were the only down points.

Usable BBQ was not there. BBQ was mentioned in the facilities. Contacted the property people and they said wrong information in booking.com. Actually we brought marinated meat to cook in BBQ. It was disappointing

Very poor outdoor area off lounge needs to be cleaned up, and no outdoor furniture was disappointing . Alarm in garage beeped continuously need to be addressed

Ample space, location is okay and is close to Skyline,

Beddings in the master bedroom didn't smell fresh. Noticeable hairs in the two showers.

We loved where it's located and also the quietness of the street the house was really clean. We especially loved the inside shoes that were provided

We did have a few problems with a couple chairs having loose screws and the pillows in 1 room smelt like B.O

Very good

Tidy clean home. Very central for our travels. Lots of useful cutlery and utensils.

On arrival. I had to take the clean towels and linen off the clothes line and horse inside the garage and fold and put them away.
