We loved the location, views, friendly property owners, who also shared their extensive knowledge of the area. We also liked the privacy of the quaint cottage. Personal touches made it feel welcoming.
Master bed was too firm for our personal preference, noisy when it rains due to metal roof so sleep was a bit restless during overnight rains.

a beautifully presented property, immaculately clean and a peaceful location on the outskirts of Rotorua.

The hosts David and Grace were friendly+++ and accomodating. The place was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable I felt like i was in cloud 9. The location was beautiful. Communication between David and me was fast and efficient. Breakfast the next day was healthy and delicious. We couldn't help but notice little bits and pieces that the hosts had for the guests that made our stay even more better. From start to finish our experience was 10 stars🌟
I would recommend this place A+++
I am looking forward to booking again with David and Grace.

we did not have breakfast as we were in the bach & we visited the hot pools waikite, volcanic valley, & had our dinners at the princes gate hotel the whole bach was very comfortable and clean, and a lovely setting, the hosts David and Grace were exceptional made us very welcome, we loved the interaction with the Alpacas, we would certainly go again.
nothing to report everything was perfect, even the weather

It's perfect for those who love luxury and extravagance close to nature. It is a modern, comfy, super clean, well equipped cottage. Amazing setting. Super nice hosts. Plus, 5 friendly alpaca. Outstanding experience that we recoomend before any other Rotorua accommodation. Rotorua is our second home that we visit at least 5 times per year. We have stayed at every motel on Fenton, have tried bookabach, BUT NOTHING COMES CLOSE TO THIS ONE.
Pillows. Pillows. Please buy some mefium to hard.

Breakfast not included. Setting very tranquil.
Chinese hosts very welcoming. Booking.com still have old owners names!
Torrential rain all day while here was beyond control of owners.

The cottage is a standalone house from the main house up the hill.It is so cosy and comfortable that you will not want to leave it!It has a beautiful set-up with open kitchen/living room, small room for a kid or a third guest, master bedroom, laundry and bathroom with shower.Outside is a nice deck with chairs all along the house and BBQ.The surprise for us was that owners have alpacas just outside the cottage and they are really happy when you feed them(ask for the food for them when arrive!).The views are marvelous at night with all city lights and stars above you.
It was just a bit chilly in the bedroom at night but duvet was incredibly warm,so it is a minor..

Host were lovely and helpful. Home made baking and condiments for continental breakfast was lovely.
Room was too small for out liking. We were there for a romantic getaway but felt too close to the neighbours. There wasn’t really a view from our room or the spa as the trees were overgrown and blocking view. TV was a bit small. We like watching movies on holiday.

I like how Angie and Leigh were so kind and welcoming! We enjoyed our stay with them and it's such a nice environment to live in. Would definitely come back again.

Nice and private, homely and well catered

The design & balance of all the little touches was wonderful! Every consideration was thought of and included. The warm welcome, personal tour of the house & introduction to the llamas topped it off.
That we couldn't stay longer
