Excellent shower. Good layout and facilities. Staff excellent.
Couldn’t find instructions for hob. The fridge was too cold and froze items. The bedroom upstairs was damp. Parking was limited.

Everything! The villa was fresh and modern, had everything we needed including the biggest, comfiest bed ever! The personal welcome touches. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The swimming pools were amazing - all FOUR of them - and perfect for our toddler, great playground. Very easy, family friendly but with a feel of luxury.
The food onsite was expensive.

Well equipped house. Master bed room has enough space and its nice. Second kids bedroom is very small. Terrasse is good ok.

Beautiful location. Very friendly staff. Ideal pool for kids.
Restaurants were fairly expensive. No shop to buy provisions locally - had to go into to Cascais.

Location
I recently stayed at a villa that left much to be desired. The place felt incredibly old and outdated, lacking proper maintenance. The kitchen was a disappointment, with outdated appliances and a severe shortage of cooking tools. Even the garden setup was disappointing, consisting of just two ancient chairs and a small table, making it impossible for my family to enjoy outdoor moments together. The breakfast offered was mediocre at best, with a limited selection that left us wanting more. Considering the overall experience, the high cost of the stay did not align with the poor value and quality provided.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The breakfast was fantastic. The facilities- the cleanliness. But most of all the service was the best we’ve probably ever encountered anywhere…and we travel a lot! It was consistently excellent
The kitchen needed a kettle and a dust pan and brush

Very very expensive for food and drink
Felt a bit ripped off for simple food like burgers and chips
The pool area was fantastic but staff kept shutting early (by an hour) and got very rude.

Loved that we had a private villa yet could use the hotel facilities. The location was superb and the walk into Cascais was only 25 min so an ideal location too if you had no car. The grounds are lovely and the kids loved the park. The terrace was very nice, the kitchen facilities great. As the villas were on a ground with 2 very nice hotels, as guests also had the option to go for dinner in either of the hotels.
The second bedroom was very small and had no AC.

Nice and spacious enough
Nothing really

There was a significant ant issue, the internet didn’t always work, the one meal we had at the bar was v bad and expensive. Villa setting is oppressive and the parking is v dusty. The rooms are strangely laid out in that two bedrooms huge and the third tiny.
Aircon was too noisy to use. Very expensive for what it is representing very bad value for money

Staff were fantastic. They really did try their best to make us feel accommodated and happy. This was despite various issues, for instance when one of the transfer vehicles broke down they managed to ferry our luggage across from each site with ease and we had no issue. Our room was ready on arrival as well and we checked in earlier than expected so this was a major bonus.
Check in was somewhat difficult due to us being in a large group. It wasn't very well signposted that those staying in the villa would have to check in at a different location which was away from the main hotel although the main hotel transferred us to the boutique hotel site with no issue.

well located for Sintra and Lisbon and Cascais is delightful. A wonderful big 'Atlantic' pool area is a great focus for a family holiday, good other golf and tennis facilities as well as good bar and restaurant in the Boutique Hotel.
quite hard to find initially: a really good street map on website would help. the villa interiors are excellent but we all found the orange pueblo style a bit Mickey Mouse!

The comfort, the accessibility, the friendliness of the staff were just excellent and the welcome drinks while the room was prepared was a great touch.
The villa itself was spacious, very comfortable and private with great access by road without needing to through a reception.

The sheets weren't clean- there was makeup and hair in my bed. The pillows were uncomfortable.

Villa was spacious, bedrooms decent size, kitchen facilities adequate. Close to the Guincho beach, overall area is quiet great for golf and general relaxation.
Place is quiet in the off of early season, dedicated facilities for families so expect area to be a lot busier.
Cooking utensils limited, no basic cooking essentials provided e.g. salt, pepper, oil. Normally a few items are provided as part of stay, this was a 5-star accomodation but nothing on arrival.
At check-in, receptionist assumed we would know where we would be staying; No directions given whatsoever. Additionally, at check-in some assistance would have been helpful given the amount of travel bags and distance to travel.

we liked the modern and minimal decor, big suite upstairs and closeness to the sea. the playground nearby is also a plus for families. we also liked the swimming pool despite there being a lot of confusion around which one we were allowed to use. would definitely come back once they have fully transitioned to boutique hotel and include more services (see below)
not super family friendly: no bathtub, no high chairs for kids (my toddler fell twice from the 3-legged stools), steep chairs upstairs and steps between kitchen and living room. the kids room is very small and the bunk bed not suitable for small kids. also not soundproof as we could hear the neighbours. no room service and breakfast/check in were super far away at the main Onyria hotel. cleaning only once a week I had to request it to be daily which they thankfully offered. little to no staff around, and reception sometimes wouldn’t pick up. this makes it overall lower value for money but I do hope they massively improve their service in the coming months as they transition. it needs to be clearer whether they’ll keep catering to families or focus on the older golfer segment.

Location was perfect and the accommodation was spacious and modern. We loved our stay there. Everything was easy and staff very friendly and helpful.
The stovetop could be a bit difficult at times but that was mainly our fault for not knowing how to use it correctly. Once we figured it out it was all good.

Great location, nicely decorated with plenty of space and the villa had everything we needed.
The beds were hard and the pillows were not so comfy. Would be nice if some new pillows were provided.

It wasn’t our firs stay in this hotel. Quite, cozy, clean villas with comfortable beds, soft towels, hot shower. Well equipped kitchen, fireplace, cozy terrace.
