will not stay here anymore

instruction given was not given properly, i was looking for the lift and found out on my own that there is a scanned door that looks like to throw trash was the area i am suppose to scan my card and go to my lift. no staff on site to help out the area. despite being a private condo, no security was seen so basically no body to ask if you are going at the right area. there was no proper ventilation and i kept finding fruit flies in the unit i stayed in. the bedsheet was stained and i didnt feel that its clean to stay there but since my flight is late, i didnt have much choice.

Astounding stay

The room was superb and very clean. The host, ms brianna was very friendly and an excellent host. Check in and check out was smooth and easy. Got netflix and excellent wifi connection. Have tealive and good restaurant nearby. The room was comfortable and the bed was good.

If added small kitchen area, or maybe a microwave, i think it would've been better...but nevertheless all is excellent.

A comfortable yet unsatisfying.

The room is comfortable and clean.

I didnt get the room i booked bcoz someone else took the room’s key. So i hv to stay in a smaller room which supposedly was cheaper than what i paid. I think it’s better to put only one key in a box to avoid this kind of issue.

Saya suka homestay ni ada dua balkoni, bersih dan best la

Aircond d bilik master room ada problem sikit but its okay.. next time boleh sediakan plastic sampah & sabun pencuci piring ya

Satisfying

The stay overall is satisfying. The room is clean and cozy. And it really spacious enough for 5 people. The toiletries given are also helpful.

Would prefer if the chairs are enough for 5 people to sit around the table to eat.

地理位置比较好，机场附近中转一下，结果亚庇市区离都近。

1、酒店人员对客户需求反应速度太慢了,提了两个点都没有任何反馈。 2、清洁做得不好，床单上还有血渍。

非常好

1.位於機場附近，類似複合式大樓內，門禁上非常嚴謹，進梯廳要刷卡、按電梯也要刷卡，到達樓層也要在刷卡。 2.鑰匙及磁扣會於前幾日通知在信箱內，密碼鎖的密碼為由右至左開鎖，不是有左至右喔! 3.住得是6人一間的房間，但不會太擁擠，房間夠寬敞。

1.大門的保全蠻混的，我們人走進來多次，連頭都沒有抬起來過，都在划手機。 2.房內置物空間只有4個，有點不太足。 3.雖然是住在複合式大樓，機能上不用太擔心，但要前往市區還是有段路。

Perfect for resting before flight.

It was a transit homestay before going to the airport, no overnight. Homestay is very clean and very near to the airport. Perfect to refresh, clean and rest before flight.

Clean, comfortable, recommend!

I love love the apartment! Simple & clean, and so comfortable. Wifi is included, can watch Netflix! The environment outside is quiet, can sleep peacefully. Btw, many eateries around it. The host was fast response and kindly assisted you with any questions you had. The check-in is easy, they will send you a PDF guide for it.

LOCATION NEAR TO KOTA KINABALU CITY

EVERYTHING WAS FINE ONLY THE WIFI CONNECTION HAS POOR CONNECTION CAUSE THE NEXT MORNING WHEN I WANT TO USE IT THERE ARE NO INTERNET CONNECTION.

The WORST UNIT everrr. K2-5-10 Paip sink tersumbat. Aircond leaking, switch on 10minit dah leaking & banjir bilik ya menitik non stop. Katil buat sakit pinggang. Ws mereka utk extra towel to cover the leaking and they send it. They also want to check the aircond DURING MY STAY. And I reject bcs im a girl and uncomfortable if men come into my room. It should be BEFORE CUSTOMER STAY. Settle up all those leaking👎🏻nightmare in 5days 4nights

I like to stay here, its clean, the toiletries is awesome, have iron, refrigerator and hairdryer.

There is a restaurant, and convenience store just below the apartment. Near to airport and tanjung aru beach. On Saturday night also have night market near the location. Will repeat staying here again next time.

Todo: ubicación, la habitación y la atención por parte del personal. El check in es a las 3pm y nuestro vuelo llegaba más pronto, así que vino un persona del staff a recogernos las maletas y nos las dejo en la habitación mientras la acababan de limpiar. Hay bares y tiendas al lado.

Worth every penny!

1. Price was good. 2. Room was huge since its a Studio Suite. 3. Facilities were great. TV, Internet, Minibar, Bathroom etc. 4. Decor was great. Modern and simple. 5. Aircond was cool. 6. Outdoor balcony was great since. Nice place to chill in. 7. Located near to restaurant. 8.Located near to self laundry kiosk. 9. Located neart to 24 hr convenience store. 10. Near to the KKIA. 11. Near to night market. Happened every weekend.

Location near airport n town. Surrounded by a lot of sundry shops & food court. Free parking available. The room is very clean, very comfortable & all basic facilities are provided. Prompt reply n response by owner.

Only the fridge is not functioning. But I believe it will be handled urgently for the usage of the next renter.

Superb

The room was clean and comfortable. No smell of cigarette smoke, which I really appreciated. They provided iron with board and I'm thankful for that. The location was great too, with convenience stores and restaurants downstairs that made finding food and snacks easier. The apartment also has a coin laundry facility if you stay long enough to do laundry.

AMAZING

No breakfast provide but there is 5-6 nescafe 3 in 1 & enough mineral water. clean premises & comfortable bedding. really love the network & wifi provided. everything so clean & comfortable. enough for six people. we get the family room

the timing to check in supposedly at 3p.m, but we have to wait for the room getting clean, get check up almost 5 o'clock. No towel provided at first due to laundry late, but thankfully the cleaner provide afterwards, 6 clean towel
