About this house rental

With beautiful views from every room, this spacious beach house with a pool is located in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. This house is across the street from the beach and a short walking distance to the supermarket, ice cream and snack shop, gift shop, many restaurants, local bars, an even mini golf and arcade. Golf, boating, fishing,shopping and more are within a short drive.

In the heart of Cherry Grove, our 3400sq ft beach home is located about 125 yards to the beach. The public beach access is wide enough for a wagon or wheel chair and is well kept. Spend the morning on the beach watching the sunrise and combing for shells and shark’s teeth and the afternoons in our refreshing, partially shaded pool. For dinner, cook in our well equipped kitchen, walk to restaurants on Sea Mountain Highway or take a quick drive to one of hundreds of eateries. The house has many amenities in addition to the shared pool. The family room and each bedroom has a Smart TV with digital cable featuring over 100 channels. Wifi is available throughout the house. Four bedrooms open onto a large covered balcony overlooking the pool. The upper balcony is accessed from the kitchen, family room and fifth bedroom and is partially covered and offers both pool and ocean views. The house has comfortable furnishings and seating for everyone. The dining area has 16 chairs so that the whole family can eat together. The living space offers hardwood bedrooms and stairs, tiled bathrooms and hardwood in the kitchen and family room. Bedrooms are nicely decorated and furnished with comfortable bedding and plenty of closest and storage space for your stuff. A full size washer and dryer is provided for laundry needs.

Our house located across the street from the regionally famous Boulineau's, a local grocery store complex that includes a grocery store, gift shop, ice cream hut, gas station, and more. An easy walk takes you to several restaurants, bars, mini golf and arcade.

You'll have the entire house to yourself. Self check-in with lockbox makes check-in available any time of day. The house has an elevator for those who don't manage stairs and for help with your luggage. Parking is available for up to 5 cars (3 are covered), oversized vehicles or those towing trailers not included.

This house sleeps up to 10 adults, in 3 master bedrooms each with a King bed and a futon sofa, and an additional 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed. The futon sofas are suitably sized for sleeping for younger children. All bathrooms have tub/shower combo and master bathrooms have double vanities. A half bath is located off the family room.

Checkin Time is 4pm - Checkout Time 10am

The pool is shared with 3 other homes and can be heated when seasonally appropriate (typically April- October).

Someone is available by phone for any questions or issues that may come up. Our handyman is nearby for any emergencies.

Wow! Beautiful property that was extremely clean! We were very close to the ocean, just across the street was the walkway to the beach. And we were just across the street from Boulineau’s grocery store. Was so convenient! Perfect location, we could walk to several bars/restaurants and several great ice cream places. Our entire group slept well and said the beds were very comfortable. I agree! Kitchen was super clean. As was the rest of the house. It was light and bright during the day and the deck was perfect for sitting in the morning and the evening. The communication with the host was immediate. We could not ask for more! We will definitely stay here again!

Our extended family enjoyed a wonderful week in this vacation home. It was cleaned, maintained, well decorated and well equipped. It’s in a nice neighborhood, conveniently located across the street from a grocery, souvenir shop, dairy hut and a couple of restaurants.

Facility was as advertised , was close to beach and essential stores. Pool was little used because beach was close by. Elevator was essential for our older folks and worked well all week. Homeowner did had numerous beach supplies in available storage area that we didn't need to purchase beach items. Good time had by all.

We could not have enjoyed more than we did! The elevator was a God-send, because I have physical challenges. My daughter and her family brought their gentle dog, who loved laying in front of the large windows with street view. The grocery store at the end of the drive was so convenient. I could go on and on.

This house was perfect for all of our needs. We traveled with 4 families to Myrtle Beach for a baseball tournament and the kids loved it! Each bedroom had its own full bathroom, we were one block from the beach, pool, a grocery store across the street and so many different shops and restaurants are a walk away. Management was very responsive and took care of any of the needs we had immediately. We highly recommend this awesome home!

The layout is great for families - every bedroom has a private toilet and shower. Only a block from the beach. Across the street from a grocery store - pricey but super convenient. Management very responsive when we expressed concern about cloudiness in the adjacent pool - was fixed quickly. Definitely recommend.

We had a family get together & we were all so pleased with the property.. Kitchen was WELL stocked for all we needed.. bedrooms were great with each one having a bathroom. The elevator was a godsend for getting all items into & out of the house. Beach was very close, grocery store & ice cream feet away .. long driveway for parking ( we got 6 cars & golf cart one day) Highly recommend for all ages .., perfect for families! 5 STAR + Very Clean .. loved the 2 extra sized porch .. perfect for evenings .. To say that we had a good time is an understatement. From the very beginning, the owner and property manager were professional, pleasant and very helpful. Our trip was the first family gathering since the pandemic/vaccination. We were really comfortable and had a lot of fun together. The beach, grocery store, ice cream shop and a spot for souvenirs are all conveniently located. It was perfect! This was the end of our daughter and her fiancé’s walk across America. They raised almost 100k on this journey and we had lots of friends and family in to celebrate. The elevator was a great help for loading and unloading as well. Great benefit for sure. Perhaps one of the best properties we have rented in all the years we vacation at the beach.. We were able to plan a last minute getaway in August and Sonya was great to work with. She answered all my many questions very quickly and was so nice! Her place was beautiful and in an excellent location, just a short walk across the street to the beach. Being so close to the grocery store was an added plus. Didn't feel like we had to stock up on a ton of stuff since we could just run across the street and grab anything anytime we needed it. The house came with so many extras that helped make our vacation special. We really appreciated the beach cart!!! We were also thankful for the extra towels just for our dogs and the hoses to wash the sand off them. We had never brought our dogs to the beach before and Sonya made that possible this year! My whole family, including the dogs, had a wonderful stay. Thank you Sonya!

This was the first time in many many years we all (our children, their wives and all the grandchildren) have stayed together the week of July 4th. We got there on Saturday, July 4th and it was hot but we thought maybe it was because we were moving in. The air never worked properly the whole week. It was so hot in the house and it was like that all week. The property manager called someone but since it was a holiday they did not come until the next day. The air never worked properly the whole week and we were miserable. There were 3 different Air conditioning people that come out but it was never fixed. They need new living room sofas really bad. The sofas were dirty and had dog hair and stains on them. The house itself was big enough for everyone to have their own space which was a plus and the location was great! If the air had worked properly and the sofas had been replaced it would have been a great week. I have never left a bad review but for the money we paid we should have been very happy and we weren’t! When my husband went back to get the last load there was an air conditioning unit sitting on the floor so I guess the guest after us was fine. Why didn’t they do that the first night we complained?

One of our best vacation at the beach.

House was very clean and spacious. All new appliances in the kitchen. All the essential pots, pans and dishes to make great a meal for your family. Weather wasn't all that great actual cold for this time of year, but played board games with teenagers and grandparents which was supplied at this wonderful home. Location was great also, grocery store across the street, post office ice cream stand and liquid store all within walking distance. Beach across the street!!! Great if you have teenagers ! Also we were able to bring our Luna (dog) this time of year. Would recommend to anyone to stay!!!
