My family stayed for one week at Adam's home. Adam was always quick to respond to messages. He was very kind and made us feel welcomed in his home. The location of the home is great. It's nearby stores, restaurants and attractions. My toddlers loved the water slides, splash pad and the private splash pool. The home was very clean and had everything you need to be comfortable. We appreciated that the home had strollers, a pack 'n play, side railings for beds for the toddlers, pool flotations and of course the bag of treats! We would gladly stay again!

This condo was *so* clean! The kitchen was well stocked, the shared areas comfortable. The bedrooms and bathroom were clean and comfy. The pool had floats and balls to play with.
The decor is fun, my kids loved all the artwork, posters and the “hidden Mickeys” tucked away all over the place.
It’s super easy to get to the parks, and close to shops and restaurants. The owner was very responsive and the check-in and check-out was seamless. I definitely recommend this condo, and coming from someone who usually stays on Disney property that’s saying a lot!

The home itself was stunning, with meticulous attention to detail that made us feel like we were immersed in the magic of Disney. The pool right at our doorstep was a perfect retreat after long days at the parks. The location couldn't have been better; the parks were incredibly close, and a Walmart was conveniently nearby. It was one of the best stays. I’ve had at Disney and we go frequently to Disney about once a year. My daughter thinks Disney, Israel and I guess I do too. Adam was very personable. His place was lovely. Very clean. He made personal phone calls if we had any problems at all and it just check and see if we had problems. I had one of the most enjoyable experiences of my life at Disney Staying at his condo. We were very lucky that we found it and I am sending it to multiple friends to let them know how wonderful it is there were no issues.

We were supplied with basic essentials which most rental owners don't do. We also had a surprise welcome basket which was WONDERFUL! This place was amazing! Extremely clean and absolutely adorable! The Disney themed items throughout were so unique! It was a perfect fit for my family of 5. My kids were thrilled when we arrived and very sad when we had to say goodbye. Adam was so easy to book with and available to answer all questions immediately, The price was very very reasonable! My wife and our 4 year old stayed at the Disney Adventure Home May 14-20. We were truly amazed and felt so welcomed when we arrived-especially by the Mickey welcome sign with our family name on it. Not only did the Disney Adventure home bring back nostalgic memories for us - it also created new memories for our own family to look back on. If you are looking for a great place to stay with your family on your own Disney adventure, this is it! Every room was finely detailed with the Disney theme.Though we did not go to any of the Disney parks, they were less than a 20 min drive. The longest travel distance we did was a beach day at Cocoa Beach and Sea World. Everything you need is close by! The staff at the resort were friendly and the amenities were great! Our son loved going to the pool and making friends with other kids/families staying there. We also enjoyed our own pool on the lanai. I can't say enough about our host, Adam. He answered any question we had and was quick to respond and you can tell he genuinely cares for his guests! Our family would go back in a heartbeat and stay again! We wholeheartedly recommend staying at the Disney Adventure Home for your own family vacation; you will not regret it!

We had such a great stay at the Disney Adventure House. The attention to detail in every single room was amazing. Our children absolutely loved it. Adam is an excellent host and communication was brilliant from the second we booked, he was very helpful. The resort itself was spotlessly clean and very friendly. The resort pool area was lovely to chill out around and the food and service available was good.

Close enough you can even come back cool off relax and go back to the parks for fireworks at nighttime. The pool with Mickey is perfect and we spent so much time swimming. This time we decided, first time to try something different regarding accommodation and let me tell you - It was the best decision we made. First, and in particular, Disney Adventure Home from start to end was a great, pleasant and easy experience. Adam was very responsive and helpful with any questions that I asked. The booking process was easy and a week before Adam reached out and was very friendly and welcoming. (Thank you Adam). We arrived, and we got a clean and beautiful house no frustrating hotel "check in" process, everything was ready. We did not know what to expect so we went to wall mart got some necessity items. However, we discovered Adam took care of that and there were many items that already provided. Clean towels (clean and good quality, towels for the pool etc.) The house is beautiful and there is no comparison in the value you get for your $$$ vs Disney hotel room.
Location , the house is literally 15 minutes away from Disney parks, close to restaurants and shopping centers.

We had the most amazing time ever at the Disney Adventure Home! From the second we walked in we felt right at home. Adam is an amazing host. Every little detail was perfect. The décor is so cute, the beds are comfy and having access to our own little pool was so much fun! The location is amazing if you want to visit any of the parks. The resort amenities were a huge plus for the days we were too worn out to leave from all of the fun we had the day before. We can't wait to visit again!

We had an amazing time! Adam was beyond responsive every time we had a question or needed something. We loved how much was already at the home so we didn’t have to travel with so much “stuff.” We have a toddler and sometimes we have to pack so much to stay somewhere else. This home had it all! We really appreciated it. We went to Disney three days, Universal two days and Sea World a day. We were closest to Disney but (at most) a half hour drive to the other parks. We loved the location! This home is truly wonderful. Our son was in complete awe of the decorations, and loved finding all of the stickers throughout our stay. The home is exactly as described, and Adam is so quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We stayed for 6 nights and there are grocery stores and restaurants very close by. It is about a 15 min drive to most Disney parks in the morning, though a little longer with traffic in the evening. The pool, hottub, parks, and movie room were terrific amenities for our family. Even in the cooler weather the community pool was heated to a level that the entire family loved it. I can't recommend a stay here more.

What can I say about the Disney Adventure Home except that it is the perfect place to stay for your Disney vacation! This was our second time staying here and once again it did not disappoint. From the amenities to its cleanliness to Adam who is the perfect host, we couldn’t ask for more. During our stay Tropical Storm Nicole hit the Orlando area and Adam reached out to see how we were and if we needed anything - that says it all!

We were able to book here on our last visit to Orlando! Definitely will book again! The townhouse was unbelievable! Super clean and stocked with anything you can think of!! Up to board games! Me and my kids had such a fun time we ended up only going to the parks one day and spent the other days at the community pool! Walking distance from the townhome, filled with slides and a huge pool with a restaurant! Highly highly recommend this rental!

Disney Adventure Home was simply fantastic. It was clean, spacious & well stocked with the supplies we needed for the week. The parking couldn’t have been easier (we had two vehicles, and there was plenty of space across the unit for the second car to be parked). We enjoyed the clubhouse and pool - which was a 5-10 minute walk away - but, really, our 4 year old just loved swimming in “her Mickey pool.”
Adam is a wonderful host and responded immediately to two inquiries we had during our stay. Would definitely stay again!

Our Disney Vacation home was a comfortable, quiet and thoughtfully designed spot to spend our stay at Disneyworld. Close enough to the Maingate off of 192, but set off a main side road, this complex gave us a sense of privacy, but so easy to get to anything we needed. Gas, Walmart, restaurants, and groceries within 5 minutes. All Disney parks and resorts within 10 minutes to being parked. Plus add the convenience of fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, our own pool, three bedrooms, three baths, comfortable towels, a tv in each room and spit/spot clean, all at about half the cost of a 2 bedroom suite at AOA, we will be booking here for our future visits. There is a lovely pool with childrens area at the main guest area with an adult workout area, snack bar and game room. And, oh, it to mention our host, Adam, could not have been nicer or more responsive. I cannot say enough good things about our experience.

This was our first time staying at Disney Adventure Home, and it definitely won't be our last! The house is clean, safe, beautifully decorated in a Disney theme, and close to Disney, Universal, restaurants, and stores. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will come back every time that we stay in Florida! Adam is a wonderful host, and is so responsive and helpful. Thank you Adam for a fantastic visit!
