Property was clean and well stocked. They are two bedrooms, one with a very comfy king bed, a sliding glass door to the deck and stacked washer and dryer in the closet. The second bedroom has twin bunk beds, and we didn’t find out until the day we were leaving that there is a pullout bed in the piece of furniture beside the bunks. There is a hot tub which isn’t pictured, but it’s nice. The driveway is steep, but we had two Toyota Camry and one Ford fusion and had no issues whatsoever getting up the driveway even in the rain. We used a baby gate across the narrow area of the deck to keep the small kids from getting to the stairs to the fire pit out back. We personally needed a bigger dining table for our group but made it work. WiFi password is on the fridge, the one in the book is not correct. All in all the cabin was great.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the cabin was very clean and cozy. We only had two days there but wishing we had planned for more. Would definitely go back.

We got more than we thought we would. Drive way was steep, but able to do it without problems. We were not expecting a hot tub, what a nice surprise. Beautiful place to stay. The only thing my husband would add, is a light where the BBQ pit is.

Great stay. Great, clean cabin. Cooked breakfast and dinner comfortably in kitchen.
Would definitely stay again for a weekend.

The cabin was comfortable, clean and just what we needed for a short weekend away. Already talking about a trip back in a few months.

Property was in a great location, check in was easy and efficient. The only downside was the cabin was not extremely clean, there was animal hair in the main kitchen and living room, the couches had crumbs and dirt on them, the kitchen counter was dirty. The bathroom was also missing a bath mat, the bed in the bedroom was advertised to be a queen, but it felt like it was a full. Those small things, made the cabin not as comfortable and took away from an otherwise great property.

More for adults and teenagers
I believe the very steep drive way that is very hard to up should be mentioned in the description of the property. If we would not have had a four wheel drive vehicle, we would not made it up that driveway. The parking at the door is not good because you can not turn around, so you have to park in the circle drive and carry thinks up and down the rest of the steep driveway (including children). I wish there would have been a yard or area for children to go outside and play. The A/C unit needed to be cleaned out (filter was extremely dirty) and serviced so it could keep up in the hot weather. We loved the space it had inside the cabin, it was well stocked with dishes. Had a coffee maker , no coffee.

Cozy cabin in the trees
The cabin and accommodations were superb, but the driveway was steep. If you were just bringing personal vehicles, it would have been fine but pulling a double jet ski trailer was not optimal. I'm pretty sure it was due to my oversight in planning appropriately.

Be aware
Overall, the cabin was nice and the location was great. The only complaints we have are that the cabin could’ve been cleaner, we smelled smoke the minute we walked in, and the mattress had bed bugs. There was stuff left in the sink as well. Wish we could rate it higher, but cleanliness is very important to us.

Sears Family Vacation
Beautiful cabin and a very relaxing stay. If I were to recommend one thing it would be to improve the parking/driveway. The add mentioned a steep climb, however it would be helpful to say make sure you own a pickup or high sitting vehicle. The rear end of our Chevy Equinox scraped no matter what angle I tried to leave at. Other than that, it was an awesome stay and we will definitely stay with Kiamichi Cabins again in the future!

Wonderful
Loved the location and how easy check in/out was. Love a hands off approach! Place was super nice and perfect for what we were looking for. A/C worked perfectly, lots of cookware, and great amenities.

Great small cabin
We loved the fire pit and that all the beds were in the same room. The kiddos are not brave enough to sleep in their own rooms when we’re away from home. It was the main reason we picked this cabin. It was nice to know about the steep driveway before we got there. We got lost and went to the wrong cabin at first. The management was kind and directed us to the right one (next house over!) the cabin and fire pit, horseback riding and the nature center were our favorite parts of our spring break there. Hochitown, with all of the attractions, was understaffed and made our visit less enjoyable. We ended up leaving early, but it was not because of the cabin. It was just hard to find places that were open or functioning with low staff. It is understandable to see why it was that way, but it also means we will probably not return.

Froze our butts off and no response to message.
I enjoyed this cabin. It was a good little cabin to stay in. The incline is SERIOUS. MY husband tried to back up his f250 and had to put it in 4WD to get it up the drive and it struggled.
Had no extra sheets. There is a twin pull out couch and had no sheet extra linens would be great. It was cold both nights. Everyone froze. The last night was worse. Woke up and it was 60 inside. But the floor is freezing when you walk on it. Tried emergency heat even though the book tells you not to. Still didn’t work. Heat may be out or just couldn’t keep up. Other then that I love the area and it was very peaceful.

Fall Getaway
The cabin was in a great location near the entrance to the park close to the places we like to go. The fire pit was great and we really enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning. The cabin was clean and seemed to be well maintained. We would stay there again.

We stayed here before, so I thought to come here again for my boyfriend's birthday. Althought when we got there the AC was broken and we slept there without AC for one night. They fixed it the next day, but I never got some money back even though THE OWNER promised me I will get some money back. I am not calling the office or contacting him again. I gave him some time before I leave this review, but he ignored my message. So, I will not give more than 1 star and we will not coming back because you broke your prmise and that is not professional.

Romantic Getaway
My husband and I rented this cabin for a romantic getaway and enjoyed ourselves! It’s located was great and close to everything we wanted to do. The drive actually has 2 ways to up to the cabin. There’s the one that’s SUPER steep and one where you can come in from the side and it’s not too bad but then you either have to walk on up to the house or turn onto the super steep one and drive in up. We had to use 4low in our truck to make it! The screen porch is deceiving, a lot of the screen isn’t attached and there’s no where to put your stuff. There’s a closet but it’s full with what looks like someone’s storage. It’s not for you to use. It wasn’t a problem bc we were alone so the bunch beds is where we put our stuff “up”. The management was great and helped us with the WiFi password even tho we were calling after 9:30pm. It was nice and we really enjoyed it!

Perfect for a couples getaway
The cabin was very clean and the scenery was amazing. The driveway is VERY steep but no problem for our Infiniti. Best to go up the first driveway and drive forward down the second one. If bringing kiddos, be aware that there are bunk beds in the bedroom with the full size bed. I could see that might be an issue for some. But for us being alone, it was great. We had to contact the manager for the WiFi password and they were quick to respond and we got it taken case of.

Cozy cabin
Very nice place to stay, the driveway is very steep! Was not a problem for our jeeps! Nice sized fire pit. There's a couple trees that rub together when you are out enjoying the fire pit, if you hear them it makes a few different noises, almost sounds like a chirping bobcat, but it's just the trees that grew through each other! Overall very enjoyable stay!

Pictures don’t do it Justice
House exceeded our expectations. Property is really nice and feels secluded even though neighbors about 75yards away. Saw deer come up right next to the fire pit on the first night. Very cozy. Enjoyed sunrise on front porch. Driveway is steep however there is an alternative driveway that isn’t as bad. Made it up in our Ford Escape just fine.

Needs a better description
Needed a better cleaning, cabin reeked of cigarette smoke, but it is non-smoking. Also needs a clearer description of how steep the drivewy is; impossible to drive up in a car. Loved the firepit! Overall, nice property, in a central location.

Very good, cozy, but...
The cabin will not reveal the Wi-Fi even though they do have a Wi-Fi router / Gateway in the cabin

Our stay
Went this weekend with two girlfriends. All in all the property is ok. Had an issue with wi-fi and the cable. A very nice young lady came quickly to help. Turns out I suppose the last guest had hidden one of the remotes in the basket with all the DVDs. Oh course with that she immediately fixed that for us. Just be aware that there a 3 remotes and you need them all. She said she did not know anything about wifi and would check with someone. No one ever came back or contacted us. A few things need to be replaced/up dated. One of the futons is sagging badly and needs to be replaced, bedspread did not seem as clean as it should have been. I also believe the overall cleaning process could be taken up a notch. All in all nothing ruined our time at all. Just a few suggestions that I think could really help out with making the property more enjoyable.

Good for a Short Stay
Good experience overall. Driveway was extremely steep and tricky to maneuver. Kids really enjoyed the cabin, although shower was a tight fit.

Nice Spot - Steep Drive Way
I’ll be quick... its a nice little cabin for the price but the drive way is incredibly steep. You may scrape the bottom of your vehicle when you exit back to the main street.

Needed some things
Needed a can opener. More kitchen towels. Needed better drive or note stating 4 wheel drive is a big help.

Valentine's Get Away
Overall we enjoyed our stay at this small cabin in the woods. The only downsides were the uncomfortable bed and the steep driveway (Note: Property owner did say to pull in the third drive past the stop sign but it didn't look right so I pulled in the 4th. THAT one is really steep. Pulling in the 3rd drive required either walking up part of the steep drive or backing the car up it. It's not impossible but it can be tricky.) That said, it was all worth it as we were blessed with a spectacular sunrise on the outdoor deck. A bonus was when we got cold we moved inside and were able to finish watching it through the living room window from the couch!
