It’s not often I give such high praise but this hotel deserves it. Beautiful facility, never stayed in a hostel that served such a great breakfast. If there is anything that distracts is the busy street but once inside that concern went away

As said it’s on a busy street but only a short walk to the acropolis.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente. Muy cerca de bares, restaurantes y sitios arqueológicos. Y un restaurante bar en el ultimo piso con vistas a la Acrópolis. Muy bien.

A quiet but convenient location for a comfortable hotel in Athens.

The breakfast was ideal and very fresh. The staff was very professional and the cappuccino and expresso were individually prepared. Everyone was very helpful and professional especially when I requested an additional chair for the room. The bus stop in front of the hotel was very convenient once I understand the public transportation in Athens.

Heritage Hill is een leuk boutique hotel, modern en netjes ingericht, en van alle gemakken voorzien. Goed ontbijt en een super rooftop terras.

Ik had een kamer aan de voorkant van het hotel wat qua geluids isolatie echt tegenviel. In de nacht lijkt het verkeer soms door je kamer te komen

Awful, absolutely doesn’t worth the money!

Not much. The coffee machine was good tough.

The staff was unprofessionel, they couldn’t managed to clean the room and supply towels, toilet paper, etc or even to communicate. The iron we asked for was so small and almost useless. That was a huge disappointment. District of the hotel was not so nice and it was too noisy even at late night. The room was small and the bathroom was stinky. Overall everyhing about the hotel was below average. We would never choose this hotel if we come again.

Good but not great!

We visited this hotel for a second time. The first one was for an emergency and the hotel back then felt quite new. We were expecting the same experience this time as well since we came back. The hotel is still quite new outside and we were excited to be back. The location is quite nice since it is close to the center. The people working there are nice and accommodating.

First of all, there was a promotion on Booking for a free room upgrade (executive room). The room was very spacious and on the 6th floor. Unfortunately, due to poor maintenance, the windows could not close properly and it was super loud from the street (with cars, etc.). To solve this, the hotel gave us a basic room on the 3rd floor. On the first day, the room was not cleaned. We were out of the hotel until 16:00 pm and then when returned they were going to start cleaning which was not optimal. During the next few days, the cleaning was very superficial and there was a constant lack of toilet paper which we were asking for from the reception. The breakfast was nice but not something extraordinary. To summarize, the price for this hotel is not aligned with what it is offered in the end.

Lovely hotel , enjoyed my stay there

Staff are so friendly, helpful and welcoming . Rooms are quiet, clean, comfortable with perfect shower facilities. Good quality shampoo and soap. Location is perfect, just 12-15 mins far from tourists bus stations (close to Zeus temple ). The area is safe .

I preferred soup option was in restaurants menu

New and clean structure and the position is good for visit Athens, 10 minutes walk to reach Plaka district and 20 to Monastiraki the most beautiful district of Athens. Very Kind staff

Good place to stay away from the crowds

Hotel was lovely and had a relaxing atmosphere. It was about a 15/20 min walk to Plaka - so not in the middle of the busiest part of town, but easy enough to access.

Could have done with some better pillows and has a inner room window into the shower, but thankfully also a curtain - other than that it's great.
