Beautifully decorated, clean, comfy and everything was brand new. wonderful helpful owner. great price and fantastic location, especially for the 3 peaks. we weren’t able to get breakfast due to the time we were leaving to do the 3 peaks so they had packed lunches ready for us and breakfast items with yogurt, milk, fresh orange and tea and coffee.
there wasn’t anything I didn’t like

Beautiful, clean, modern accommodation, with plenty of food, good vegan availability too! Service with a smile from Richard.
Amazing location !
Not much not to like... being very fussy, room was a bit hot at night and pillow wasn't my favourite.... but I'm looking for things... it was lovely.

Very well presented and spacious accommodation. Great location for accessing the Yorkshire dales and the views from the rooms were stunning. The bead was very large and comfortable. The breakfast was delivered to our room and delicious. Thoroughly recommend.

I like that the room has its own entry. The room & shower were great. The bed and breakfast were top notch. It is delivered right to your room. I love how remote they are and very close to some wonderful sights.
No complaints at all.

A big THANKYOU too Richard he was brilliant as our 1st night on arrival we decided to go out for my husband birthday but we got stuck as the track from the B&B is very dark so couldn't really see how wide the road was and got stuck in the grass. Richard came to our rescue and pulled us out. We won't forget that birthday but we all laughed in the end. The B&B is super clean, the cooked breakfast is amazing. Thankyou it was lovely.
Loved meeting the cat.
Hope you enjoy the wine it was just our way of saying thankyou for helping us on our 1st night.
Not a complaint but just a possibility for the future, couldn't open the small window in the room as it was locked.

The room was compact but finished to a high standard and very comfortable. The location was ideal for exploring the Dales and particularly for the three peaks.
The nearest pub was approximately a mile away.

The accommodation is beautifully situated in the countryside.
Everything about the barn is first rate. Our room was contemporary styled and lovely and warm (despite being minus 5 outside). Comfortable bed, great shower. All you could ask for! Not forgetting a wonderful breakfast delivered to your door by the owner Robert.
Head and shoulders above the average B&B. Can totally recommend.
Nothing. Can't improve on perfection!

Richard was a lovely host. The breakfast was excellent and delivered to the room on time and piping hot. The location is stunning looking up to Ingleborough and nestled in a peaceful valley.

Location was perfect for the 3 Peaks Challenge. The option of a packed lunch rather than a breakfast on the day of the challenge was perfect. Clear and useful information provided by the host prior to our stay. A lot of thought has gone into the form and function of the property, and how guests are likely to use it. Very attentive, friendly host, but not at all overbearing.

Stayed in room 3 which was so lovely, clean, comfortable with all essentials and more. Exactly how it looks on the photos. Location was incredible, especially for three peaks, a little gem in the countryside but close enough to pubs and ingleton if you need anything.
Big shout out to Richard and Vicky for all the effort they put into this, particularly as it was my boyfriend's birthday - they put a cake and a balloon in (which Richard had to chase around bless you haha). Very much appreciated.
Breakfast was fantastic and we also had the option of having a packed lunch instead of breakfast on the day we did the three peaks and that kept us going! All food, even down to tea and coffee - Yorkshire tea bags of course! Fresh and no expense spared.
Lovely speaking to Richard too and hearing about how this lovely place has come to be, really down to earth nice people. Wish you all the best, would definitely recommend and we want to come back!
Nothing we didn't like and no complaints, just a couple of bits we would suggest maybe a toaster in the room so you can have toast with breakfast. Also, potentially some heaters for the little patio bit in this room as it would be lovely to sit out at night and look at the stars but with a bit of added heat :).

We had a delightful break at Dalecote; the owner was lovely and couldn't do enough for us. The room itself was impeccably clean and well kitted out. We really liked the photos on the walls too.
Bed was super comfy with crisp sheets.
The location is idyllic - it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere which is just what you wanted. This was a perfect couple's break.
The breakfast was fantastic!
