Stroll your own 600-foot stretch of shoreline on Lake Tawakoni, or fish from your own pier, which is shared with the Casita guests. (Lake Tawakoni is one of the best spots in Texas for fishing—especially catfish. Bring your poles!)
Just around the bend is Lake Tawakoni State Park for even more fun in nature. Even better, this home is located in an excellent, quiet neighborhood. We love our neighbors!

Lago Vista is located on wide open water on beautiful Lake Tawakoni, which is one of the larger lakes in Texas and is known as the Catfish Capital of the World! Tawakoni is also known as one of the top fishing lakes in the state for many varieties including bass, hybrids, catfish, crappie, etc.
The lot is shared with a garage apartment (The Casita at Lago Vista) that can be rented together with Lago Vista or separately. These units do not share any walls and are separated by the garage area and a large wood screened wall outside to give each unit plenty of privacy.
