Nice, good facilities and breakfast, overall - pretty good, bad mattress(if you have back issues)

very nice place, good rooms, clean, spa facility is pretty good, but nothing incredible, pool is nice and clean, a lot of green around, it was our first experience in such a place and we liked it in general. A lot of people with families and kids so probably a good place to consider (we were only the two of us). Breakfast is really nice and brought right into room at the time you decide.

the bed ... it's the worst matress I've experienced in a while ... honestly, the only reason we won't come back, it seems worse than Olympic village cardboard bed. Be ready for the pool being "people soup" - 10 people is on the low end. Small thing, but ... would be nice to have some beach umbrellas at the pool - be ready to fry in scorching heat with no escape and zero shade. No room cleaning happened, but we only stayed two nights, so maybe they clean once in 2-3 days , I don't know.

V podobnych typoch ubytovania je zvykom, poskytnut hostom jeden uterak v inej farbe navyse, ktory pouzivaju k bazenu

Przyjemny i czysty apartament

Piękny apartament, dobrze wyposażony i przede wszystkim czysty :) My akurat mieliśmy widok na giewont, więc było bardzo przyjemnie. Na wyróżnienie zasługuje basen. Woda jest w nim podgrzewana. Nawet w zachmurzony dzień, można było korzystać do woli :) dobra lokalizacja. Blisko do Krupówek. Obsługa miła i pomocna.

Der beheizte Pool war ne gute Idee.

Das es sich überhaupt nicht um ein Hotel handelt. Der Name ist irreführend, sondern eine Ansammlung privater Ferienwohnungen. Keinerlei Roomservice, keine Gastronomie, keinerlei Flexibilität. Die Terrasse unserer Wohnung grenzte an eine gut befahrene Straße. Keine Chance zu wechseln, die Wohnungen gehören jeweils anderen Leuten, wie uns eine sichtlich genervte Servicekraft verdeutlichte. Wir waren ganz sicher nicht die ersten die auf diese Art von Betrug reingefallen sind, zu abgeklärt kam der Spruch der ausgesprochen unhöflichen Dame.

Perfect choice for stay with kids, the pool was perfect after hiking.

Hotel was very cozy, SPA was nice and children enjoyed the pool very much.

Only one tiny thing - did not get how to sort waste because on the big garbage bins int the garage info was in polish

طاقم العمل متعاون جدا .. الشقق جميلة و نظيفة .. يتوفر مواقف خاصة بالشقق تحت الارض .. خدمات السبا .. موقع الشقة يبعد 5 دقايق مشي من السنتر

شقتي كانت غرفتين وصالة بس فيها حمام واحد فقط .. فإذا كنتو مجموعة حطو في بالكم بتصفون دور عالحمام .. بالنسبه للشقق ما فيها تكييف طبعا انا كنت في شهر 12 فكان الجو بارد ما تأثرت بس فى الصيف ما اعرف كيف الوضع .. فيه بعد ملاحظة نحن شقتنا غرفتين وصالة وحدة من الغرف كانت داخلية يعني ما فيها دريشة ( شباك ) على برع ونفس الوقت ماشي تكييف ف ما فيها تهوية ولا البرد كان يوصلها ف كانت مثل الكتمة فيها بعكس الغرفة الثانية كانت اللي كانت مطلة عالخارج كنا نفتح الدريشة ( الشباك ) ويدخل علينا البرد .. نقطة اخيرة الحمام ما فيه شطاف ..

The location was convenient as not far from the city center, and calm. The swimming pool and saunas are warm. Staff did its best to help.

No good value for money. The full complex is relatively cheap, and doesn't really justify the pricing. Small one bedroom apartments, not very cleaned. The pictures are showing a different reality. It is a fast built without bar, restaurant, or anything really other than dormitory.

A szállás megfelelő volt 3 napot töltöttünk ott,

Centrumhoz közel, mégis nyugodt környezetben. Mi autóval közlekedtünk,a sípályákat csak így tudtuk megközelíteni. A wellness rész nagyon jó, nem nagy, de kellemes. A parkoló garázs nagyon jó.

4 főre foglaltuk az apartmant, elég szűkösen fértünk el. A fürdő tágas, a hálószoba is rendben volt, az étkező-nappali viszont kicsi. Törölközőt nem adnak a wellness használatához , a szobából kell levinni, ez nem túl higiénikus pláne a második naptól. A reggelit sajnálom, hogy kértük, hideg volt a rántotta, a virsli, 4 fő 8 doboz, rengeteg felesleges szemét és az árát nem éri meg. 3 percre van az élelmiszerbolt az jobb választás lett volna.

Location was okay rooms where okay size for a few days and bathrooms were okay. Room was clean and had the perfect amenities

Pool on roof was freezing cold and only able to stay in for 15 minutes. And the bed was the worst bed I’ve ever slept in had the worst 4 nights sleep of my life honestly would of changed my full opinion if the bed wasn’t as bad

Ogólnie hotel bardzo ładny, apartamenty nowe, fajnie zorganizowane. Do dyspozycji gości jest praktycznie wszystko. Pani z recepcji przemiła!

Kilka znalezionych tłuściutkich rybików… oraz brak przypisanego miejsca parkingowego pod konkretny budynek, w którym jest rezerwacja.

A nyújtott színvonalhoz képest, túlárazottnak érzem.

A személyzet kiemelkedően segítőkész és kedves volt! Kellemes design-al megalkotott apartmant kaptunk.

Már megérkeztünkkor nagy problémába ütköztünk. Egy SUV-al érkeztünk, melynek tetejére egy box-ot szereltünk. Így az autó nem fért be a garázs bejáratán, végig csikartuk a box tetejét, de még jó, ha bentebb mentünk volna a csövek miatt, egyáltalán nem fért volna el az autó. Ugyanakkor arra hely és lehetőség, hogy szétszedjük, nem volt! A szoba tekintetében azt éreztem, hogy nagyon szép és jó az elgondolás, a design, ugyanakkor éreztem a lelakottságot benne. Pl. 5 függönyből 2 le volt szakadva, három pedig félig kiesve a karnisból lógott. Megérkeztünkkor a kisbabánkról levettem a zoknit, és eléggé koszos volt a lába, ahogy az apartmanban mászkált. Bár kértem, de nem kaptunk kiságyat (elfogyott), így a férjem kiszorult a nappaliba aludni, ahova függöny híján az első este az Aparthotel felirat az arcába világított egy az egyben. Kérésünkre azonban a függönyt másnapra pótolták, ami nagyon dícséretes volt. Rettenetesen meleg volt a szobában, s hiába vették le a fűtést nekünk elvileg 20 fokra, továbbra is maradt a 25-26 fok, amelyben képtelenség volt aludni. Zuhanyzás közben a zuhanyfej szétcsúszott, ráadásul bár nagyon szép arany színű volt, de a forró víz, ahogy átfolyt rajta, rendesen égetett. A fürdőszobánk ajtaja, egyszer csak, ahogy a bejárati ajtót zártuk, kiesett a helyéről. Két zsalu kötött ki a földön. Két kisgyermekkel egy etetőszék, egy fellépő nagyon kellett volna, mint a szoba felszereltségének része. A szobák hangszigetelése nulla. A felettünk lévő apartman minden mozdulatát tökéletesen lehetett hallani, búcsú éjszakája volt egy fiatal társaságnak, nem lehetett tőlük egyáltalán pihenni. Majd a következő este egy másik fiatal társaság érkezett, de nem felénk, hanem két vagy három emelettel feljebb, akiknek a zaját pontosan ugyanúgy lehetett hallani (zene, beszélgetés, ajtócsapkodás...) A folyosónkra nehezen lehetett bejutni, mivel a ajtó alatt fel volt puklisodva a talaj, el volt vetemedve az ajtó, alig lehetett rendesen kinyitni, nagyon szorult.

Igényes , mindennel felszerelt , központi apartman.

A reggeli táskában érkezett, viszonylag jól összeválogatott tartalmas reggeli volt. Mondjuk nem egy svédasztal de azért volt benne sok minden. Az inni való viszont kevés volt, csak 2 dl gyümölcslé. A szoba és az egész szállás gyönyörű , igényesen berendezett. A teremgarázs nagyszerű, és a kültéri fűtött medence pedig mindent visz. decemberben voltunk -5 fokban kint a viz kb 36 fokos volt.

Amit fel tudok hozni az a zaj. Nem tudom milyen technikával építkeznek , de ezekben az új építésű apartmanokban (több helyen is) egyszerűen mindent hallani amit a szomszéd művel.

Lokalizacja super. Na uboczu a jednak do centrum blisko. W apartamencie wszystko czego potrzeba . Dbalosc o detale i estetykę. Basen i sauny tez super. Panie w recepcji miłe i pomocne. Planujemy przyjazd tu latem Polecamy! a do Zakopanego przyjezdzamy od 20 lat :)

The building is located among many other buildings, everything is very cramped.

Thanks for spoiling vacation and bad memories.

After SPA, after 22:00 opened the corner sofa to be prepared for sleeping. In opening moment, was found out broken one piece of wooden plate under the sofa, on the frame side. This damage was did not affect, so that sofa it could not be used for sleeping. Reception is open until 22:00, it was already 23:00. At that present moment, we couldn't even imagine that anyone would object to this little detail to us. Furniture is used very often, and wood can tear from frequent use, this is normal tear and wear. In late evening we receive message from apartment resort “Aparthotel Royal Resort SPA’’, message was regarding our fault, damaging wooden plate of the corner sofa. From the content of the message, you could immediately sense that the fault was ours and that we would have to bear it. They didn't even want to admit that the sofa could have already been torn. Lower part(wooden plate for opening sofa),it is not to easy damage by sitting or jumping. Damage was occur from depreciation. Disagreeing with the hotel opinion, that we broke wooden plate of the sofa, apartment's personals immediately started threatening us, to be reported it to booking.com. Finally, from deposit was taking 69 euro for repairing sofa. Of course, it is very difficult for us to prove that we did not break it, because there was not done by resort personnel any acceptance of the apartment at check in and check out moment. Attitude, behavior and competence of the resort personnel is very poor. It does not matter for the money, for the deposit what was delayed and not returned, matters is, that after such bad communication we are left with disgusting memories of this place “Aparthotel Royal Resort SPA’’. With this message we want to say, be very careful with this place. Check properly everything before you check in, ask for proper presentation of apartment condition. But of cause, better find and choose something else.

Heaven spot in Zakopane

This place is outstanding. We love everything this hotel: fantastic spa and outdoor warm pool, nice territory and very safe neighbourhood. Special thanks to Veronica at Reception. Her customer service was amazing. No problem with English at reception.

We booked an appointment with oven but had only microwave with some oven functions. It would be very thoughtful to add any detergent for washing machine usage or have it to buy at reception.

Very comfortable,modern design,fully equipped apartment.The swimming pool and sauna was a real luxury.The location so close to the town center. We really enjoyed our time in the apartment and Zakopane 😍

The only thing we were missing in the property was a toaster 😉
