About this house rental

Victoria house is a 3 bedroom Victorian property located in a quiet residential street within 1 mile of Sittingbourne town centre and railway station.

The house can accommodate up to 4 people.

On the first floor of the house, there is a master bedroom 2 single beds (this can be converted to one large super king size bed if required) and two single bedrooms, one of which can be converted to bunk beds for an extra sleeping space if required (a small extra charge applies). All of the bedrooms have a TV. There is a wc and basin on this floor too.

Please note that the stairs are fairly steep in this house and it is not really suitable for anyone with limited mobility. Families with young children should also take extra care when using the stairs.

On the ground floor of the house, there is a cosy lounge at the front of the house with 2 small sofas and smart TV. The Wi-Fi router is located in the lounge and provides a fast and reliable service via TalkTalk.

From the lounge, the door leads through to the dining room, with a circular dining table and 5 chairs. The dining room door leads through to the fully-fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, gas cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and tumble dryer. At the rear of the house on the ground floor is the main bathroom with bath/shower, wc and basin.

There is a small local supermarket within 5 minutes' walk of the house and the town centre, with a good choice of shops and restaurants including the new entertainment centre, is 10 minutes' walk away.

This house makes an excellent base for both families and business people. It's central location makes it very convenient for all local amenities.

Children and infants welcome - we can provide a cot and high chair for a small extra charge.

*Well behaved pets are welcome to stay but please advise us in advance. An extra £5 per night is charged for a booking including a pet to cover extra cleaning charges*
