My two week stay started with a cul de sac wine party Monday night, about 20 fun folks who own.
I had several chats with Carrie and she has some update ideas working inside. Kitchen one of the best in all aspects. I had friends and brother visit.
A front step / door update? Great art throughout!!
I deployed the vinyl album covers as art also.

To say the home accurately reflected its posting would be an understatement. The instant we walked in we knew we had made a great choice. Welcome treats and a warm feeling were just the beginning. From a very well stocked kitchen (and house for that matter) to the very comfortable beds we slept in that night we were consistently raving to each other about what a great place we had found. We felt like we were not at a vacation rental but staying at a friends home. Thanks so much Carrie.

We just spent the better part of a week in this lovely home and the entire experience exceeded our expectations.
Starting with Carrie the owner and her support team who provided amazing communication and consideration during the entire process, including a date change to our reservation, and ensuring every one of our needs was met to the fullest. From end to end, this was a most relaxing and well managed customer experience that is far higher than standard.
The home itself is ideally located in Frisco in a quiet residential area just a short walk from the heart of Frisco and near all the resources you may need for a stay in the mountains. Access to I70 and the ski resorts is just a couple of min. down the road, and we were at Copper Mtn in less than 20 min. I really can't think of a better location in the area, regardless of the season.
The home is ridiculously well appointed with every amenity you can imagine, particularly when it comes to the kitchen. We prepared meals at the house every day and didn't run into an appliance, tool, or other supply we needed that wasn't provided. There is a Safeway, Whole Foods, and many other small shops just minutes away from the house so there is no need to lug huge amounts of food and supplies up the mountain, it's all just down the street.
We also had two kids aged 2 and 5 with us and they loved it, there are games, puzzles, and many toys provided, so again just bring the basics, it’s all there for you when you arrive.
I can't recommend this home for your vacation plans enough. Any time of year, Frisco is a lovely town with so much to offer and this an ideal place to stay.

Great vacation stay in Frisco. The house was clean and quiet and exactly as described. Served our family of 6 (2 adults, 4 teens) very well for breakfasts, dinners, hot tub time and some much needed sleep during our ski trip. There was plenty of wood for the fire place, more clean towels than could ever be used, and a completely stocked for cooking kitchen with nice appliances. 5 Stars in every respect.

We had a wonderful stay here - were able to stroll into town for dinner and easy access to skiing. This home is exceptionally equipped and every room was a home away from home (reading nook, great comfortable beds, large dining table, great kitchen table, and cozy couch.) The hot tub was fabulous and everything about our stay was great!

The host, the amenities and the appliances are all top notch. We have stayed in many different places in Frisco. This is by far the best one we have ever stayed at. Loved the brand new hot tub!

House and managers were the best we’ve had so far on our vacations! We have a 9, 7, and 3.5 year old and this place was just perfect. My kids LOVED the kids’ room with the bunk beds and plenty of toys to entertain themselves during some down time. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures! It was very private and did not feel like we were sharing with the downstairs at all. It is a few minutes walk to Main Street which is great when you have little legs tagging along. The house managers were incredibly nice and quick to respond. Even gave some great family friendly restaurants for us to go to when we were arriving at dinner time. Can’t say enough! Thanks for such a wonderful plave!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Carrie, Jess and Patrick’s place. The home was clean, spacious and stocked with everything we needed. The owners were responsive whenever we sent a message. The location couldn’t have been better. We walked into town every day and we were central to all that Summit County offers. We have been to Frisco many times, and we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Nice property with an easy walk into town. There are some houses (I assume other VRBO’s) close but it wasn’t a huge issue, they weren’t too loud. Plenty of space inside to cook/eat meals, play cards/games in the evenings. Hot tub was nice on a chilly evening. Frisco is a fun little town with good restaurants and shops that we walked to daily (summer visit)

Homey and cozy
This is the second time we have stayed at this property this year. It is ideal for our family that includes three children 10 and under. They love the kid specific room. We love the layout and are so comfortable here! Comfy and cozy!

Beautiful house, amazing location in Frisco!
We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful house. It is well stocked with everything you could possibly need, including a great kitchen and an awesome hot tub. The location is perfect — a 5 minute walk to Main Street, and a 16 minute drive to Breckenridge Peak 8. Jess, the property manager, was super nice and accommodating. House is also very clean. Our kids loved the bunk beds, and all of the toys. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!!

Ski trip with my sons
We loved our stay in Frisco. The property was fantastic. It was a short 10 minute drive to Copper Mountain and within walking distance to downtown Frisco. The hot tub was great after each day of skiing/snowboarding. Everything was very nice and clean. Property owner was very easy to work with. Our only regret was not making a fire during our stay. I would highly recommend staying here if skiing Copper, Breck or any of the other resorts in this area.

Delightful
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home space has special touches throughout, making it cozy and practical at the same time. We were delighted with its design and layout. The kids, and adults, were so happy with our bed rooms and the cute special nook! The kitchen is the most well stocked with essentials and cooking utilities! Loved this home. We will return and look forward to it.

Amazing stay!
Frisco is an adorable town and loved staying so close to Main Street. We were walking distance to restaurants and shops. The house was comfortable and had everything we could need. The kitchen is very well stocked with utensils, lots of towels, etc. The owners were very communicative. Really only feedback I have is the mattresses and bed frames could use an upgrade. We would recommend it to others though as a nice play to stay!!

Great stay in Frisco!
I stayed here with my dad and brother for a long weekend ski trip in Frisco and it was the perfect spot! The house was beautiful, clean, spacious, and comfy and had everything we needed for our ski trip. The hot tub was amazing and Jess was super helpful and quick to respond to any questions (she even helped us pre-order some groceries so that we were fully stocked upon arrival!). The location of the unit was perfect too. We were able to take a quick 5-10 minute walk right to main street in Frisco for dinners and drinks and we were a 10 minute drive to Copper mountain and a 25 minute drive to A-Basin. We didn't ski Keystone or Breckenridge but both of those mountains were within a 30 minute drive too! 10 out of 10 would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place. Perfect location for walking to Main Street Frisco and the public transportation. The condo was as good as advertised. Everything was easy and convenient. Even the neighbors were friendly!

Beautiful home, clean, comfortable and well stocked. One of the best of many VRBO properties we have rented. Will absolutely consider staying here again on a future trip!

Great place for kids.
Second time we have stayed at the village house. Kids love the bunk beds and we loved the ample room in the kitchen. If you are from out of state, skip the rental car. Easy walk to Frisco main street and the free summit stage bus can take you to every ski hill. The bus saves you on parking fees, is great on powder days, and is 3 minute walk from the house.

great spot
This was the perfect house for our family. You could definitely sleep more if you wanted to, but we enjoyed the extra space. It was an easy 6-7 minute walk to main street. Check in and check out were super easy. Great house for a family or even 2.

Amazing Christmas Experience in Colorado
My family and I were fortunate enough to stay for 4 night in this beautiful home! The hosts were so friendly and helpful our entire trip. This stay exceeded our expectations by far. Downtown Frisco is walking distance where you will find wonderful food, drinks, and shops. There is stuff for the whole family! We spent so much time outside playing in the snow and walking to the nearby park for the kiddos. We loved our family destination Christmas and plan on returning again soon. Absolutely wonderful vacation overall and we all HIGHLY recommend!

Perfect Home Away from Home
We couldn't have asked for a better location and experience. The home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, yet within easy walking distance to town. The major ski resorts and Dillon reservoir are minutes away!
The home was clean, comfortable, and stylish. The kitchen was very well appointed as we spent Thanksgiving there and had everything we needed to prepare a feast. We loved it and would stay again!

Great Frisco Location
We really enjoyed our stay. Great location; easy walk to Main Street. The house is very spacious and accommodated our needs to a tee. A couple of maintenance issues popped up during our stay, but the manager/owner was quick to get them taken care of, while on her honeymoon in Mexico!

Exceeded Expectations!
The pictures do not do this property justice—it is a bright, beautiful space! The space was perfect for us (my husband and our two sons, my elderly parents, and my teenage niece), and it was such a pleasant surprise to have such a spacious and clean home to stay in. My boys were thrilled to find that there were Legos to play with! The property managers were so nice and helpful. The location was perfect for access to the bike path, parks for the kids, and Downtown Frisco. We had seven bikes with us and there was plenty of room for them in the garage. We loved the outdoor spaces as well. We plan to stay here again for sure!

Great for kids
We recently stayed with my parents, twin toddlers, and 4 year old. The house was a great set-up for our family with one bedroom right next to the kids' room and another with more privacy. We were particularly impressed with all of the age appropriate toys, puzzles, and games (this was an excellent surprise as we chose not to pack much). The appliances were top notch and honestly made doing things like cooking and laundry a breeze. Location was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, Updated, Awesome place to stay
My wife and I took our two kids into the mountains for their spring break. We figured it would be better than a crowded beach/ beach city.
My family enjoyed everything about the house. Ive rented a lot of houses that seemed like all the owners did for decorating was takign a bunch of old things from their basement and putting them in their vacation home. This was not the case here at all. The big windows in the front had blinds that allowed for privacy into the house but also views of the mountains from the comfort of the sofa. My son enjoyed the bunk bed in the third bedroom, while my daughter enjoyed having her own room with a big bed in hers. The little reading nook was great for the kids to have some quiet time while not being too far away from us while watching TV in the big living room space. We went to the grocery store and bought a weeks worth of groceries and had enough room to store everything in the fridge and cabinets. Breakfast in the kitchen was great as well as dinner in the dining area. Both places had big tables enough for 4 or 5 in the kitchen and 6-8 in the dining area.
The hot tub in the back was small, but fit 2 adults and 2 kids fine. It wasnt too private of a backyard as two other houses back right up to the fence, but we didnt mind it at all. There were sleds to borrow which was great and the owner even gave us some advice on where to go in the area for sledding while we were there which worked out well as the kids wanted some place else besides the sled hill in Breckenridge (try Keystones sled hill!)
No one had any complaints about this house and we would stay here again on another trip when the time comes.

Superb accomodations!
We stayed here for a week over spring break 2021. The house is fantastic with tons of towels, blankets, pillows, firewood, spices, books, games and it had the perfect amount of space for our family of 6 plus grandma. Our daughter claimed the reading nook as her own and the boys got the kid's bedroom. I walked to the pedestrian path about a block away that follows the stream and even saw a moose in the stream. We loved not having to share the hottub with anyone and the kids were in it everyday daring each other to go roll around in the snow. It snowed everyday and night that we were there which was great for the skiing at Copper Mountain, we hope to come back for a long weekend in April for hotter weather and some skiing on mashed potatoes! We ended up asking Jess and Patrick for a couple things for the kitchen and they promptly had them delivered, they were excellent hosts. One of the best places we have stayed at in Frisco and we have stayed at probably 10 different condos/houses so far. If we didn't have kids we definitely would have walked to downtown, it's only about a 4 block walk.

Exceeded expectations
Thanks so much for having us. Great property. Great location near downtown Frisco, but a few blocks away in a nice quiet neighborhood. Kids LOVED their bedroom. Property managers nearby responded within minutes to a request. Maybe my 15th or so stay in and around Frisco. This may be my fave.
Thanks Jess and Pat!!

Home in the Heart of Frisco
Location, location, location! This house was perfect - walking distance from the park and Main Street. Hiking and biking right out the front door. We were skiing in Copper Mountain - a short 15 minute drive away. The house was so comfortable for my family of 4. Kids were doing virtual schooling and husband was remote working - WiFi handled it all perfectly! Very well stocked house - kitchen had all you need and more. Truly felt like a home and the mangers and owners were so kind and nice after an issue made us shift our dates. I would HIGHLY recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable getaway in the Frisco/Breckenridge area! Oh - and the hot tub was divine!!

Great home and great owners/property managers
This home was perfect for our family of 5! We had plenty of space and loved having a home vs. a condo. The hot tub was small but fit our family well and the kids loved being able to go play in the snow in the backyard after skiing. The location was also great. We would absolutely rent this home again!!
