Stayed for a weekend with friends and was overall quite disappointed in the property. The biggest issue by far was the lack of communication by the property manager Vacasa. The dishwasher was broken and I had to follow up numerous times to get anyone to respond. They didn't tell us when someone was coming by and had zero follow up. The worst experience I've had with a property manager for a vacation rental.
Beside the communication issues, the other things that made this stay disappointing:
- Needs repairs: broken dishwasher, bathroom sink that didn't drain well, trundle bed was nearly impossible to pull out
- Unclean/Missing basics: the whole house had three wine glasses, no coffee filters, old dirty pans, one hairdryer, no duvet cover on the bed... basic things that go along with a rental that can sleep 10 were missing.
- Not as represented: they claim that it's a two car garage but there is no way two cars fit as they have bikes hanging off the wall. They have strict instructions on parking, but yet don't accurately represent the situation

We had a great weekend here. The condo was well furnished, clean and plenty of space. The location is awesome. We really liked having the trail right next door.

Great place
This space was perfect for our long weekend. Fit everyone comfortably and was a short Uber ride away from skiing and restaurants!

Wonderful!
The location is an easy 5 minute walk to the bus route, you're one of the first stops so a seat is pretty much always guaranteed. Bus ride to park city lift/ main street is about 20 minutes depending on stops. The house was super roomy and comfortably slept 12 adults! Would absolutely come back for the price/location.

The rental was great and close to everything we wanted to do. Check-in was easy and the place was very clean. It would have been nice to get some more check out instructions. We weren't sure what needed to be done exactly before leaving.

As a residential landlord myself for 30 years it was a disappointing property. As stated, very clear as little as possible not being reinvested to maintain unit.
Negatives: 1) heat was uncontrollable/maintenance said it was set and unmodifiable (nest remote?) very warm at night /sleep uncomfortable— none of us slept well 2) master bedroom tv not working /maintenance tried to reboot but said Comcast needs to get involved 3) fireplace wouldn’t start 4) sheets too large for master bed 5) cosmetically wallpaper painted over in the bathroom; bedroom furniture and accessories need updating; all bathrooms need updating 6) no stainless saucepans in kitchen only skillets and sauté pans, stockpot only 6) top shelf dishwasher nearly falling off 7) return vent LR by bar filthy 8) cobwebs 9) roller shades will not roll down and stay 10) generally needs considerate updating (I had the same faucet in master bath back in 1976 in my parents house) 11) no closet in master to hang clothes
Positives: kitchen well stocked with exception of cooking pots; good size dining table; good size living room, convenient mud/ski room; convenient proximity to mountain and downtown including short drive to Heber City

Unit needs updating/while clean it’s very clear as little as possible being put back into investment
