This 50-sqm apartment is located on the 3rd floor without a lift. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa bed along with a double bed, flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps) suitable for working from home and making video calls.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric tea kettle, toaster, full refrigerator, stove, drip (Delonghi) coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The apartment has a combination clothes washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.
The bedroom is street facing and furnished with a queen size bed and superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway with a shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.
Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans are provided.

The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.

The flat looked a bit smaller than on the pics but it has all you need to enjoy your stay, it’s a great place to be.

Nice property. Check in and getting keys at a store not very close to the property is a little off. Worked out fine but had to take time to drop off set of keys before our departure. It says no lift and honestly the stairs are tough if you have any mobility issues. It is in listing. So take heed.
Happened to be a warm few days in early June and it was hot in apartment. There were two fans left for use and it helped somewhat. Again it says no A/C. Not unusual for Europe to not have A/C. Nice neighborhood, close to a lot of restaurants, etc. and several tube stations. Washer worked ok but drying part did not. There was a drying rack so we had to hang everything up to dry. Again, common in Europe. Sofa bed was not super comfortable but ok for younger person. Bed was comfortable in bedroom.

All was good- clean, comfy; great windows (was a little warm, but once we opened the windows and got the fans going- totally fine). Check-in was terrible- we waited 45 minutes for the key at the key nest site with our luggage, which was a bit of a schlepp. The code provided didn’t work- emails and texts later, got a new code. Check-out- had to return key to same site- rather than do it on the way to the airport with our luggage on a tight timeline, we opted to drop key off night before, which meant we had one set of keys- a bit inconvenient if we went off separately- as then the other person would have to go down the 3 rather long flights of stairs and up again to let the other person in- also no buzzer. If it wasn’t for this issue- all would have been perfect. Despite this issue we would still recommend this apartment.

The flat was as presented online and more! Beautifully appointed, clean and comfortable. And the location puts you in the heart of the city. Steps away from great restaurants and shopping and all the iconic attractions of Central London. Paul addressed any and all questions we had re the flat and the area…clear communication. I highly recommend both the flat and the host. My family loved the time we spent in London.

The flat is fully equipped with all the essentials and located near the many fantastic restaurants along Charlotte and adjacent streets. It was a struggle deciding between them. The apartment has nice details - quality linens dishes and utensils, a washer/dryer, and other kitchen essentials. Located close to Oxford shopping and tube stations. We’ll definitely rent this place again on our next visit to London!
