Very clean and quite neighborhood, everything you need very close to you. went there from Airport with Train and Tram, very close to the appartment, also took the Metro from there direct to Paris Nord, to my next step to Amsterdam. Metro and Tram is 3 mins walking.

Location was good
we had a communication issue. i was under the impression that i confirmed my booking. the owner calls me and say “he informed that late check in is not acceptable and i need to cancel my booking”. i check my messages and dont see anything like that. since i cannot get a refund for cancellation, i had to cancel and re-buy my train ticket which cost me around 90 euros. i could not get in touch with booking.com. he showed me the ss of the messages but i did not get a msg neither on the app nor on the emails (because that was my question from very beginning and i would have made arrangements, had i known this issue)

The accommodation I booked was closely located to Porte de Versailles Metro station (around 3-5 minutes walk) and other cafe and restaurants in the area. The hostess of the home was extremely welcoming and bedroom and bathrooms were clean! If I ever visit Paris, I would definitely stay at this accommodation again!

The property was only 2 minute walk from Porte de Versailles Metro and Tram station. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The host was quick to respond and extremely helpful in providing public transport information, etc.
The walls of the room were thin and could hear people in the next room.

Perfect location for attending Paris Expo, well served for public transport and restaurants. My room was very well equipped, quiet, warm and comfortable with a sunny balcony. I would definitely book again.

Eric is a very nice positive person, he was very friendly and if I go again in this area of Paris I would stay for sure again there. It is really close to Porte de Versailles, there are many restaurants and nice places to visit 😊

The hosts, Eric and Veronique, went out of their way to accommodate my early arrival and departure times and to print out my boarding pass. Their very quiet home is a 2 minute walk from the Porte de Versailles Metro station and a 20 minute journey on the Metro to Place de la Concorde. It is situated in a working-class neighborhood having two bakeries, a small Franprix supermarket, and many fast food eateries. Heureusement, there's a lift! I was given a spacious room with a very comfortable twin bed. good reading lamp, large desk with chair, bath and hand towels, and clothes stand. An electric kettle, mug, and instant coffee and sugar are supplied. The room is equipped with electric blackout shutters for privacy when dressing/sleeping. I slept very well on both nights when I was there.
Such concerns are very minor and are intended to alert future guests in advance of their stay: both toilet and shower rooms are shared. No teabags are supplied (quelle horreur pour les Irlandais/Anglais!), nor dried milk/ milk pots, and there's no small frigo in which to store milk and bottled water; unless one enjoys coffee black, guests are advised to bring tea bags and dry powdered milk. The tea kettle strainer needs a good scrub. I am only 5' tall yet many of my garments flowed onto the floor when hung from the low clothes stand. There seems to be no hairdryer nor basic toiletries except for tiny used bars of soap (best avoided during the Coronavirus epidemic). The accommodation is very Spartan, yet its ample assets clearly outweigh these limitations. As the host advised, it is a homestay, not a hotel.

Good location, comfortable bed, nice view from the balcony.
The property has "Private bathroom" listed as a facility, then "Shared toilet", which we didn't see at first and only noticed just before check in. This means that the room we booked had an en suite shower and sink, but it didn't have a toilet, which we had to share with 3 other guests.

The house is big and nice.Everything is so clean and organized. There’s no bad smell at all, which makes me feel very comfortable. At first we had a problem checking in coz our flight arrived late, but fortunately Eric gave us a solution, thanks a lot.The next time I come to Paris,I will definitely choose this Airbnb without doubt!
Only one thing needs to be improved, there’s not too much shampoo and gel left hahaha
