In a nice village.
There was a rogue mug in the cupboard that wasn't washed with lipstick on the rim and heavy tea/coffee stains inside. A little off-putting but everything else seemed OK throughout our stay.

Very clean - Great location - professionally set up -
The only issue we had was that the smoke alarm went off a little bit too easily (one in kitchen and one outside en-suite bathroom on top floor) - however at least we knew we would be safe if there had been a fire

Lovely property in a very pleasant village. Very well maintained. Quick response to questions or issues.
Good Co-op grocery store within walking distance. Nice local pub a short walk away. Would happily visit again. Very quiet and peaceful in the evening.
There is additional registration information required by the management company. This was unusual and felt a bit excessive. Eventually found a compromise as booking.com already addressed most of this.

Kineton had a fish & chip shop, Chinese takeaway, Indian restaurant and pub within a few minutes walk so we didn't need to cook. Plenty of National Trust properties in the area. Gaydon Motor Museum provided an interesting day out. Beautiful Cotswold countryside.
Nothing! We were even lucky with the weather so were able to eat in the garden.

Great location, plenty of things to see and do in and around the village, Gilkes Garage Cafe is a must for breakfast and only a short walk away. The home is set in a quiet village with good local shops, pubs and restaurants. Banbury being a 20 minute drive away, Rooms are big enough with nearly all having there own toilet/shower, Large garden and relax in.

The cottage was clean and well furnished.
Bedrooms were good and well ventilated

Location was ok, very quiet. But we wanted somewhere quiet.
We thought that it said there was office space to work there but we didn’t find it. Also there were no tv’s in the bedrooms. It also stated 4 bathrooms which is why we booked it, but there were only three bathrooms, you cant class the bedroom with a toilet in a bathroom, so that was a bit disappointing.

House was clean & bedrooms were lovely . The outdoor table & chairs were comfortable and well used .
There is not sufficient seating or room for 8 adults to sit comfortably in the living area. Dining table just fits 8 .A bigger fridge would be useful especially with 8 adults.

The decor is lovely and the place itself was clean. Loved the through lounge/kitchen, where we could sit and relax comfortably. Great to have a garden with table and chairs on a warm day. Beds are comfortable. Walking distance to convenience store, bakery, post office and pub.

The house was beautifully presented and decorated without being fussy or cluttered. The location was perfect for northern and southern branches of family to get together for a lovely midlands weekend.
There was the odd bulb not working and one of the toilet brushes was broken but other than that - perfect!

Clean, comfortable, cozy, modern, quirky!
Nothing - the only thing we were disappointed about was that we did not book to stay longer!

Exceptional property! beautifully decorated with high standards of cleanliness. Right in the centre of Kineton and the owners were so friendly, even left a welcome basket which was a wonderful touch.
Nothing :)

Lovely location, very well equipped, beds comfy and all had access to own bathroom or ensuite.
Kitchen spacious enough for multiple people that prep and clear. Garden had plenty of space, seating and tables. Communication fast, professional and friendly. Walking distance to local type shop, chippy and pub. Free on street parking.
Maybe two more chairs in dining room incase 8 staying. There were 6. WiFi a little slow. Rural area expected but maybe a booster on first floor to reach all areas?

The location is perfect for access to the little village - literally afew steps to the grocery store and restaurants. You are surrounded with beautiful countryside and Stratford-upon-Avon is on your doorstep along with so many picturesque villages and places to visit. The cottage itself is stunning - fully equipped so it is literally home from home. It is light and airily designed and decorated with clean lines in the architecture and stylishly yet cosily accessorised to make you feel like your'e in a dream home. The welcome hamper was a lovely surprise and was the cherry on top of the already iced cake! The hosts were incredibly helpful and kind - even providing milk for a very welcomed cup of tea on arrival. I travel alot for work and have worked within the hospitality sector and can honestly say this is the best self catering accommodation I have stayed in the UK.
Nothing - absolutely perfect. No detail was overlooked.
