The house was great and very spacious to fit all 22 of us. It was clean and well accommodated. The pool is smaller then anticipated but was very clean. One of the bed frames from the upstairs bedroom was broken and the bathrooms facing the hotel need curtains! There was no privacy since they can see inside. So I would pay attention to that. The house also had plenty of beach toys/chairs. Our stay overall was great and we had an amazing time.

Great view and was very clean upon arrival.

The house was in a great location and wonderful that each room had its own bathroom. The kitchen and living room area was awesome for everyone together. The kitchen is lacking many things such as kitchen towels and kitchen utensils. Overall I would stay here again with a large group.

Overall we had a great week. We had 14 people total. House was clean when we arrived and ready before 4pm check in. Location was convenient to grocery stores. Wish there was sidewalks to allow for walking to stores and for exercise. Beach access was easily accessible. Beautiful white sand and not too crowded. Kitchen had limited cooking pans and utensils (only a few spoons). Luckily we brought our own baking pans and a small grill. Bathrooms upstairs with tub shower combo were difficult to get in and out, but all other bathrooms had nice walk in showers. No beach towels available. Pool is very small. Picture definitely misleading. Sewage also leaking in the yard making sitting outside limited during some of the day. Would stay here again.

Beautiful house, spacious and had everything we needed. Had trouble getting the remote controls to work, but a few other issues we had were addressed right away!

Loved the house, deck, pool, and location. Even loved the giant pantry. Restaurants and shopping so close. We would book again.

This home sits right on the beach, with private access to it. Views from the living room area and the two upstairs bedrooms were amazing. We enjoyed both sunrise and sunset while sitting out on the decks. There are two bedrooms on the main floor, which worked out perfectly for my elderly mother. I enjoyed the living room one on the main floor and one on the upstairs for some privacy when we needed to get away from the group. The home was very well-maintained allowed all of us to have room and enjoy each other‘s company for our extended weekend. I would definitely rent here again. I love the proximity to the stores where we could stock the house. There is an icemaker and a wine fridge.

The place was amazing, everything about it was absolutely amazing

Really liked the balconies off the front bedrooms and all the seating on the main deck.

This was the perfect place for our swim team— makes and one house and females in the other with coaching staff in each. Despite the unusually cold weather, the team still spend each day on the beach. Wonderful location and plenty of space.

The house was beautiful and location was great! The pool is not heated, but that didn’t stop our kids in December. It was a great environment to relax and enjoy with the family! Definitely would recommend for larger groups!

The home sits in a fantastic location! My family has stayed there two years in a row during thanksgiving week. It appeared NOTHING had been maintained from last year to this year. Toilet paper holders were all off the walls, lightbulbs out, filthy toilet seats, scratches all over the walls, hardly any kitchen accessories, toaster broken, no can opener, the sheets felt like sandpaper. For a luxury home and the price we paid, these things are just unacceptable. We didn’t have a washing machine half the time we were there because it was broken too. It’s unfortunate because the home could be incredibly perfect!

Televisions did not work upon check in. next day girl had to go to store to purchase remotes and batteries. Blood on comforter in one bedroom. towels not distributed through bathrooms. Floors filthy. vacuumed but not mopped. missing door knob. towel bars and toilet paper holders down. Shower heads with NO pressure. No hotpads nor trivets in kitchen. One kitchen towel provided. Empty beer cans were left in sand toy area. Asked for check out info on Friday. Was told one list only to be contradicted by an email the next day. We had already checked out. House needs some TLC. Rug is horrible in den and couch is all but broken with how far you sink when you sit. Table not level in dining area. Shall I go on.....

The house was perfect for our yearly friends group get away. Loved the bedroom layout and beds were comfy. We have some littles so the pool was great.
Heated pool would be nice for the cooler nights.
Also, the grill needs to be replaced. It was pitiful. For that size house you need a decent size grill that isn't falling apart.

Great location and more than enough room for everyone to relax and enjoy the vacation.

We had a group of 17 visiting Orange Beach for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. For the amount of money paid for this place, it was definitely not worth it. The property had multiple issues (missing or broken doors, door knobs, toilet paper holders, and leaking ceilings). The microwave was not working upon our arrival and after calling and texting the property management company MANY times it still took 3+ full days to get the microwave replaced. At that point, we were already half way through our stay! We are not hard to please, but this was totally unacceptable. We will never stay at this place or a property managed by Vacasa again.

Loved the layout especially having kids rooms on the same floor as adult rooms.

Furniture was okay. Rug in living area has large stain. Sofa worn. Pads on kitchen chairs disgusting with large stains and filthy. Appliances work well except dishwasher, detergent dispenser is brokern and some of the top racks are broken. Kitchen is not well equiped. One small chopping board, a few knives to cook with, no teaspoons(lots of larger spoons.) only 2 baking pans. Very difficult to cook multiple dishes.
Door knobs loose, 2 fell off while we were there. some tvs worked and some didn't. No remote for the tv in the media room. Toilet paper holder broken in one of the oceanside bedroom and curtain covering slider filthy and had hole in it. The water temperature would fluctuate sometimes during showers. This house really needs some TLC

The house was located close to beach and grocery stores. The house was very clean, the only problem we had was the pool needed something was cloudy after the storm hit. It took us 9 hours to get a hold of someone (property manager) I called Vasca they tried all day to get a hold of the property manager finally the pool guy came that night and put some tablets in it which helped clear it up and the pool guy came by checked it the next morning. It was important to have a pool for the smaller kids they can’t really go out far in the ocean. It was our annual family reunion for all of our grandkids. We did have a great time here and the house is great for a big family and you can’t beat the view!

The house was very nice with beautiful views & great beach access. A few items in the house were broken, but nothing we needed .. the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The house is huge & very roomy. Overall a great week.

Very nice. Only issue was poor water pressure in upstairs showers.

The view is absolutely amazing and makes it completely worth staying here! Overall the house inside was just okay. Its very worn and in need of some deep cleaning and new paint. Tiles in the shower were lifting, the walls were pretty beat up, stains on sheets, towels and furniture. The chairs in the living room are gross. The one stool in the kitchen was missing the tiles on it. This was also the least well stocked rental we have stayed in. No beach towels, only one hot pad to use when cooking etc…
I will say that the repairman that came was very nice and helpful. We did not have internet the whole time we were there. Luckily we were able to use the neighbors otherwise we would have been out of luck. It was slow, but at least it worked most of the time after not having any for the first day.
We have traveled extensively and minus the views and being on the beach I was disappointed in this place.

Great place. Just make sure they have the ice maker fixed. It never worked while we stayed.

This home is very nice, very spacious, great location! there were many minor repairs that could make this a 5 star! It is also worth mentioning that it is a construction zone as other homes are currently being built alongside this one.
3.0
Broken stools, dirty couches and chairs, clogged drains, door handles falling off, doors don’t open or off track, tile coming up in master shower. Kitchen lacking baking and cooking stuff, grill missing grate and ice maker on the fritz. This house is pretty new. It shouldn’t have all these issues. People who are renting don’t seem to care for the property like it’s theirs. Property management seems unable to correct issues. In spite of all these issues we made do and had a wonderful time. The beaches are the best. Chair and umbrella service was great. If you’re lucky enough to be at the beach, you’re lucky enough.

So much room for our family to enjoy. We had 8 adults and 8 kids, and had plenty of room for everyone. We really liked the accessibility to the grocery store (Rouse’s) and restaurants. Easy access to the beach and the kids enjoyed the small pool.
We had a few hiccups at the beginning of the trip … wrong size sheets on 2 of the beds and the pool stopped filtering after a storm. I called Vacasa and the responded to this issues and corrected them. They were very friendly and accommodating. There are plenty of dishes, silverware, glasses, etc, but lacking in cooking items. Not many skillets, pots and pans, etc. Some pans were missing the handle. If more cooking utensils were available that would be helpful! Overall we had a wonderful time at Beach Vista One and highly recommend it.

Our group was there for a work retreat as well as a fun time and the space was perfect for both objectives.

The "good" - the location on the beach is fantastic and plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms for 14 people. Having access to a washer and dryer and clothes iron and ironing board was a plus, Also - there was plenty of hot water.
The "not so good" - the internet service was poor (I acknowledge that this is probably more of a service-provider issue rather than Vacasa); the bathroom tile in one of the showers desperately needs repaired around the drain; the water pressure is the poorest I have experienced in a rental home; there are not enough dish towels or dish rags; only a "starter" amount of paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags provided (for a house that costs $2K+ per night - I would expect that a week's worth of these items should be provided at a minimum). Also - there is absolutely NO cooking spices (e.g. salt/pepper, cooking oil, etc.) provided. Be prepared to budget for the purchase of all of the above at your local grocery store/Walmart.
Overall I would rate our stay as "okay" - but will not rent this house again based on the nightly cost. There are better options in the area.

Great house! Very responsive management team.

Communication with Vacasa (property management) pre trip was slow and difficult, though good with local manager once on property.
The house has been enjoyed by many for good reasons, but it is showing that it hasn't been given a break for some general maintenance, repairs, updates and deeper cleaning for awhile.

The house was very spacious and plenty of room for everyone. It has beautiful views of the Gulf and many amenities. The house was very clean and we had only a couple of maintenance issues but they were addressed promptly. Would love to stay there again!

We stayed here with a large group and it was perfect! Plenty of bedrooms and the main common area was really big which was nice for everyone to be able to hang out and not feel crowded. The outdoor deck was very good size as well! Over all a wonderful place.

The house and location were perfect. Steps from the beach, short drive to grocery and restaurants. It made vacation easy!

We had a great stay! Like other reviewers said, make sure to get the basics since the house is pretty bare as is. No salt, pepper, 1 trash bag, 1 dish tab, etc. Not a big deal but helpful to know ahead of time.

Very, very beautiful home!
What a luxurious stay right by the beach. We loved the very open and spacious common areas, it allowed for some really great time together cooking, and eating, and playing games. The pool deck was also a wonderful place to gather and what gorgeous views of the ocean! We loved being able to walk right outside to the beach.
Thank you for a wonderful stay!
