About this cottage rental
Beautiful 1924 home in the heart of historic downtown Tryon within walking distance to everything! This cottage was just featured in “Our State Magazine”. With 2 large bedrooms/baths, a study, custom kitchen, back and front screen porch, 2 laundry rooms, an outdoor Millstone Garden, 3 parking spaces, indoor fireplace/outdoor grill, this cottage has something for everyone! The location is perfect:-)

We were in town for a family wedding and this was the perfect place for us to stay! Beautifully appointed and very relaxing!

Our dog Scout had to have emergency surgery the day before we arrived. The surgery made us a bit late getting to Tryon. The hosts were not only helpful with the delay in arrival but very sympathetic, checking on us and Scout frequently, they also gave us a bottle of wine. Love this property and the hosts are wonderful!

Our first time to Tryon visiting family. The cottage was perfect for husband/wife and young adult son. Having two bathrooms is mandatory. We enjoyed staying in one night and cooking dinner and bought everything from the well stocked grocery store a 5 min drive. It was nice to have the many spices/oils already in the pantry. Great location to downtown restaurants, many to choose. My favorite room was the sunroom.

Perfect charming cottage for our long weekend getaway in Tryon. Peaceful, quiet setting yet close and convenient to downtown and surrounding areas. Mornings spent enjoying yoga on the back screened porch while listening to sounds of rain trickle down from the tree leaves. The cozy sunroom/study armchair is an ideal spot to curl up with an enjoyable book. Fireplace in living room great for cool evenings. Ideal well-equipped kitchen. We enjoyed our stay!

This charming home had everything we needed for our stay in Tryon. The new kitchen was well equipped , and we enjoyed the convenient Kuerig coffee machine.Tempur-Pedic mattresses and cable TVs were great to have. It’s a short walk to town, which we did often. A great place to stay, thank you !

Storybook Cottage
I rented Jen’s charming Tryon Cottage for my birthday weekend with family. Having lived in the area in years past, I can tell you that this is the perfect place to enjoy all that Tryon has to offer! In addition to enjoying the cottage, we found a cute little ice cream shop in town and enjoyed going there a couple of times. We also enjoyed eating at Side Street Pizza. Their food was great and very reasonably priced. Tryon is a great jumping off point to other points of interest (Lake Lure, Chimney Rock Park, Greenville, SC, Landrum, etc.). Thanks for sharing your beautiful cottage with us. I hope we will be able to come back again one day.
