Everything, except the cancellation really put me in a bind.
Took the booking. com advice for a comparable site, that was not comparable at all.
Paid for the second hotel without seeing it first, and absolutely hated it when I arrived.
So ii canceled and made a different reservation with Hilton, and was charged 50.00 more with a lot of extra drama that was completely unnecessary.
Part of the staff, and have not been refunded first booking that was supposed to be refunded by now.

nothing special. I did however appreciate the fresh fruit
I received a bill even though I had pre-purchased the breakfast for my wife and I.

Overall it was pretty quiet even though there were many groups staying there which surprised me. There is a choice of a hot or cold breakfast - eggs, bacon, oatmeal, waffles, cereal and, our favorite, lots of fresh fruit - like pineapple, watermelon and various berries. Great way to start the day and it was hot and ready at 6:30 AM. It's also close to shopping and a quick jump on to the interstate. Rooms are modern and beds were comfortable.
We stayed there for 8 days, so would have been nice to see some kind of change up in the breakfast, but overall, most people probably do not stay that long.

Clean, updated, well decorated, and it had all the little things that make a big difference: individual reading lights over each bed, choice between light, filtering and blackout shades, fridge and microwave in the room.
No complimentary coffee in the lobby. Lobby coffee is always better because there's real cream instead of the little packets of nondairy creamer.

It was convenient to where I needed to be for an event.
It was the quality of a motel 6 at $200/night. Towels were actually ratty. Bed sank in the middle. The train tracks were immediately adjacent, with a horn through the night. But the icing on the cake was when I was verbally attacked and harassed by two staff members for attempting to eat breakfast. Breakfast came with my room and they did not believe me. They screamed, in my face, that I was “trying to pull a fast one” and grabbed my plate away. To top it off, the food was disgusting. Kathleen was the only sane person who was able to correct the situation, while the other two continued to snarl at me as if they still did not believe I deserved breakfast and somehow that mattered to their sad lives. It made me so sad for those staff members to be living in a reality where their lives were so negative and confused to behave like that, while I was able to go back to my beautiful life.

The location of this hotel was really nice! You have lots of restaurants and stores at walking distance and a trail behind the hotel. There is a Walmart up the road and a costco. The rooms are very nice but the beds are a bit uncomfortable. We liked having a great view! Overall a really good hotel. I really enjoyed being close to a lot of our door adventure locations. Very easy access and quiet .
I’m not one to ever give out bad reviews but I also don’t think it’s fair for someone to pay a lot of money and be disrespected.
I was surprised that the staff was very rude. I’m usually very pleased with the service that we are provided by at hotels but this time the staff was quiet unpleasant. My husband and I had arrived to the hotel after a 12 hr drive and we were exhausted but really happy to have arrived to the hotel. Unfortunately when we got the hotel , Gladys the receptionist did not greet us respectfully. She never said welcome or hello and didn’t acknowledge we were there. As I approached the counter I did not receive any kind of greeting so I said “hello” and informed her that we had a reservation. She rudely asked for our last name. As I gave her my last name I informed her that I made the reservation under my husbands name. She then rudely replied and said “ok so I’ll ask him for his information” . As she asked my husband for his information she asked for his email. I stepped in and told her I would like my email on there since I am the one who checks the emails. She then replied with a mean tone in her voice “why would i get your email address?” I then explained to her again because I check my emails and I use email more than my husband. She then made a disrespectful comment saying “you need to let your husband do things for himself” I snapped and told her to focus on her job and not worry about my marriage. She changed her tone and became nice to my husband. As she finished checking us in I was infuriated at the disrespect and rude behavior she was giving us since the moment we walked into the hotel. I made sure she knew she had made me very upset. She tried to be nice after she noticed I was very mad. But I just grabbed my room keys and left .
So if you stay here just know that the staff may not be as nice as the hotel looks.
With all that being said, the location was good but the staff was very unpleasant.

it is a nice property, clean and great location.
The walls are super thin, so if you end up with a neighbor that has physical fights in their room and loud sex, you will hear it all. and the office staffs only solution is to make you move rooms, not your loud and abusive neighbors.

We mainly stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Longmont because we were visiting our daughter. Enjoyed the room and loved being so close to the walking paths. Colorado is so beautiful. Wish we lived there too.
I guess the fact that there wasn't complimentary coffee in the morning. And maybe some juices. Food was not necessary for us. That would be a nice touch in the future. I'm sure I am not the only one who feels this way.
