Nice size room. Was very clean
The fact that I had to pay for parking per car. If I am paying to stay in your hotel parking should be free

The breakfast was wonderful. The availability of easy-prep food was very helpful. I had plenty of privacy and good wifi to attend my conference, partly online, and partly in person. The location was convenient to both Denver and Boulder.
I'm 82 yo with mobility issues. I'd like to suggest you hire someone to help with luggage for older travelers, especially traveling alone.

Property was clean and comfortable.
The staff completely messed up our stay. We checked in around noon at the same time as friends (we had 2 rooms) and were given keys to rooms across the hall from one another on the 2nd floor. Well around 10:30pm someone is trying to get into our room. Luckily I had out the latch lock on before going to bed because their key was opening the door. The girl working the night shift calls our room and first tries to tell us we don’t have a reservation, then tells us we are supposed to be on the 4th floor but we haven’t checked in yet. After a lot of back and forth I have to go downstairs with my ID and prove to her that I’m who I say I am, indeed have a reservation and indeed checked in hours ago! I was livid because I was asleep and had a wedding to attend the next day. She stated that the lady who checked us in, in fact did not actually check us in. She says she’ll fix it. I go back upstairs and my key doesn’t work. My friend lets me in and we say we will fix it in the morning. Thankfully there was a new lady working that morning (the only one that had any sense apparently) and when I ask her to fix our keys she looks up our room and my name was still not attached to that room. So the girl working the night shift did NOT fix anything. The new lady fixed everything and apologized profusely. I told her that the lady that “checked us in” had specifically stated that the hotel was oversold by 1 room and was hoping someone would cancel. So I’m not sure if this was an accident or purposeful. Either way it was completely unacceptable!
Fast forward to our last night there and the incompetent girl was working the night shift and we stood at the desk waiting for her to finish a conversation in the office for several minutes while she clearly saw us standing there. She actually went into the office and closed the door when she saw us. Once we opened the door we took it upon ourselves to get her attention and ask her for more washcloths and toilet paper.

Our stay was very comfortable, convenient and quiet. Very comfortable beds.
The pool was always cloudy so we didn’t use it.

Clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, and the offering of coffee/breakfast was awesome.
The rooms are awesome for longer-term stays; they have dishware, coffee, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and even give you a new sponge and small dish soap. They also offer frozen foods and packaged foods downstairs for purchase if you want to make these in your room. Also, they have laundry bags, ironing board and iron, and hangers in the closet. Love the convenience of all that!
Our bathroom needs re-caulking at the very least, and NO we did not do anything to the bathroom to cause this. Both the shower head and the toilet are loose; the toilet bowl wobbles anytime someone gets on or off the toilet...Definitely seems like it will just break off from the plumbing if not fixed soon.
Also, when in the rooms it was not very easy to sleep because of all the noise from other rooms, the hallway, and people. Thin-walled perhaps? We could hear the people move about in the room next to us or when they went to shower, we heard the water turn on/off. And there were kids actually running up and down the hallways in the luggage-carrier thing, like you see them do to bell-hops in the movies....And the house-keeping staff was blaring music we could hear several rooms down even with doors closed.

Loved the layout of the large rooms. Unfortunately we were too busy to use the pool, exercise room or swimming pool, but it all looked great! Also loved the fact that we could walk right around the corner to Le Peeps, one of our favorite brunch restaurants!
The request new towels situation. It wasn’t clear what to do with the dirty towels. Also, we requested our room to be cleaned on day two of our four day stay and only got new bath towels. So we were out of hand and wash towels day three and four. Obviously no big deal because we never let the staff know. But you asked! 😀
