Tina and Peter are lovely, So welcoming. Parking a bonus.
Comfortable, nice outside space to sit and
Conservatory .
They provide plates and cutlery for takeaways etc to eat in the downstairs area.
Would have had a 10 put of 10 breakfast was ok, good choice of cereal. Some fruit/ fruit juice is needed for a more balanced breakfast
Bread for toast and croissants not wonderful but dont let that put you off

It had a very peaceful and restful ambiance. It was clean, comfortable and pleasant. The staff weren’t overbearing so it felt safe and private. I slept so peacefully that I slept right through breakfast and check out! Sorry about that.
Nothing. I loved it all.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure I had a super stay at their guest house. They provided a filling continental breakfast and gave me plenty of useful local information. The bathroom was excellent, with a spacious modern shower. I will certainly return if I have the chance.
Although the room was nice and clean, it was naturally a little small. Noise from the landing could be heard easily, but the hosts were thoughtful in making sure other guests did not disturb sleepers.

Location and the view. Double bed for me, bunk bed for my son. En suite was lovely
No one was there to meet us at the property. Kinda hard for a deaf person to call the numbers displayed on the desk so my son had to call them

We had an enjoyable stay, Tina and Pete were very welcoming and fountains of local knowledge on beaches, walks, and places to go. Breakfast was good and set us up for the day, good restaurants and shops in easy walking distance, on-site car parking and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

We didn't take the breakfast at the guest house. We saw the owner only before we leave.
I regret not to see the owner only before we leave. I would like to borrow a hair dryer...

Friendly hosts, whole place was lovely and clean with what appeared to be a very newly decorated spacious bathroom.
A fridge and plates/cutlery for guests use if you wanted to bring back a take away to eat in the conservatory. Short downhill walk into the village centre. Good parking meant we didn't need to use the car once we had arrived - surprisingly good bus service, which was great as we were walking the coast path.
Continental breakfast was a nice surprise as we weren't expecting anything.
Full English breakfast is always a nice treat when staying in a B&B

We had a good stay over at The Mandalay which is situated on hill.
The beds were comfortable and the environment is quite.
We would have liked to stay more time.
The room is quite small, but sufficient.

We booked the deluxe room, which wasn't really that big, but it was exceptionally clean and modern. The views from the curved bay window consisted of five individual windows in a row which made it panoramic. The host was friendly and had lots of little chats with my husband about fishing, a keen interest of both parties! Breakfast consisted of cereal, yoghurts, croissants, toast, coffee and tea and there was more if you wanted it.
Nothing at all really. We would definitely reccomend this place and without doubt return.

Our hosts were lovely the room was clean and functional at a good price. We traveled for a wedding and the property was in walking distance of the venue and the village.

Location is wonderful and the view from the room was amazing, we found it to be clean friendly with a super breakfast.

Tina and Pete were very nice hosts. The room was nice and clean with a view over town. Breakfast was continental. It was a nice place to stay while walking the SW Coastal Path.
2.5
It was a good location from meva centre, and there was always parking.
It was good that the hosts were able to accommodate us earlier in the morning which was a blessing after a 7 hour drive down through the night. The room was clean and tidy however extremely small for 2 adults
The breakfast was extremely basic. My partner went fishing most mornings and I ate breakfast on my own, however I was made to feel fairly uncomfortable so only ate 3 times out of the 6.
The room was extremely hot, with no fans or anything available so we had very little sleep. The bed was very uncomfortable especially for 2 adults, which again left us with very little sleep.

It's a charming property with charming hosts. The view is spectacular and its distance to the coastline is great. What I LOVED is the price and the option to stay only for 1 night as opposed to many others that require minimum stay of 2 nights.
Although a short walk the gradient was quite steep, but I understand that can't be helped. The weather was hot and there was no air conditioning so that made the stay more uncomfortable. The fan helped a little.

Very nice people
