About this house rental

Sea Breeze at Sullivan’s Point is a new four story townhouse (built in 2019) with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms/one half bath in a quaint little Charleston style neighborhood between historic Mt. Pleasant and Sullivan’s Island. Our townhouse is conveniently located next to Old Village and about five minutes from Shem Creek, ten minutes from downtown Charleston and twenty minutes from Charleston International Airport and one mile from the beach at Sullivans Island..

Decorated in a gorgeous coastal decor with designer finishes, our home is ideally suited for up to eight people. As you come up from the two-car garage, you enter into the main floor, an open floor plan with 10’ ceilings. Here you will find the kitchen with stainless steel appliances and living room area with an HDTV television and small front deck with marsh views to the east. A fully stocked kitchen, with small appliances including a KitchenAid blender, Breville toaster, etc. An Amazon Alexa is also available for music.

Up the next set of stairs, you will find the master suite with 10’ ceilings with an extra-large shower (two showerheads), soaking tub and two sinks. The master suite has a king size bed, luxury linens and towels and its own private deck and marsh views overlooking Sullivan’s island. This floor also includes laundry room.

Up one more set of stairs, you will find two more bedrooms with plush queen size beds and their own private bathrooms. The same luxury linens and towels also provided. The front larger bedroom also has twin extra-long bunks ideal for teenagers wanting to be in the same room.

Other things to know:

Dogs are a part of our lives and we want them to be a part of yours at our home. Please call for approval.

The two-car garage is very easy to pull in and out, for easy parking, packing and unpacking. Parking is also available on the outside of the garage to the far left for small compact cars, but be aware that the driveway is an easement for two other homes and it cannot be blocked.

Included with each guest stay are paper products including toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, iron and ironing board.

Please be aware there is a 10 pm noise ordinance in Charleston/Mt. Pleasant that is strictly enforced, and permanent residents do reside in nearby homes.

This really was a wonderful place. It was immaculate and was provisioned. Honestly, if you’d told me it was brand new I’d have believed you. Jackie was great! Very responsive and helpful. The location is great - close to everything that is important! The only frustration has nothing to do with the home as much as the neighborhood. Some of the neighbors take a lot of poetic license on where they park, which makes getting in and out of the neighborhood a little challenging. We would recommend this home!

Very clear instructions on how to get there, no problem with the key codes. Hosts sent a very informative packet right after we were accepted for "rental" and even resent it when I lost it in my email. Our 17 yr old dog passed away 3 days before we were to leave, and they were so gracious to refund our dog fee which we really appreciated. The master suite is relaxing and very comfortable bed with a huge bathroom with 2 sinks and a large walk-in closet. We loved the whole area especially being within walking distance to electric bike rental. I would gladly stay here again!

We loved our stay at this property. It was very clean and spacious and close to all of the cool restaurants on the Main drag near the beach. The property managers were responsive and very nice. We would definitely recommend staying here for families or couples.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was extremely clean and very comfortable for myself and family. Two of the bedrooms are on a fairly busy road, so if you are a light sleeper I would suggest a fan or white noise. Communication was fabulous, safe community, and lots of things to do in a short distance.

This is a beautiful home located close to all things we love about Charleston and Mt. Pleasant! It was the perfect retreat for my family. The home was clean, well stocked with modern conveniences & tastefully decorated. I was surprised that my large SUV and another mid-size SUV fit in the garage. A bonus was the shower stall in the garage that allowed us to clean off our sandy feet before heading inside. If you enjoy live music and a good outdoor bar, the container kitchen across the street had the most amazing burger, local beer & friendly service. The hosts were excellent! Thank you for helping us plan our last minute vacation. We’ll be back!

We had a fantastic time at this very clean and immaculate property! Everything was just as the pictures portrayed. Owners were great to work with and allowed us early check in and late check out. It helped with our friend that were flying in from Chicago. Quick 5 minute drive to the beach and we were able to find street parking each day we went without any issues. Entire place was clean and had all the starter items you need to get your stay going! We would come back again in a heartbeat. Live music played across the street and several restaurants within walking distance. Thank you so much for letting use your beautiful home and even better accommodating our requests. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend others to stay here. Uber rides into Charleston were easy to get and anywhere from $15-$20 to get to downtown. We did kayaking, a ghost cruise tour and the carriage ride as well as walking all thru downtown Charleston and the various shops and experiencing the amazing ambiance and history of this beautiful location. Thank you so much we all loved the place and it the location is just right!

Our family of four (two adults and two kids) came to Mount Pleasant for a baseball tournament at Shipyard Park. We very much enjoyed our stay in this townhome. Home is beautifully decorated and has lots of space. Kids enjoyed each bedroom having its own bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The two car garage gave us space to leave sandy items outside of the home. We parked a full size truck and a small four door sedan in the garage with ease. The location was perfect. Close to lots of shopping and dining options as well as right on the way to the beach. Owners communicated with us before our stay to ensure we had everything we would need for a smooth check in process. Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, well-decorated home! The hosts were great to work with and very responsive when I had questions. The home includes almost everything you need but it would be nice if it had beach towels for the guests because we flew and didn’t have room in our suitcase to bring our own. Also, we had to go to the store and buy our own soap and paper towels so that would be nice to have for your guests as well. But overall, we loved our stay at this beautiful property! It is about a 7 minute drive to the beach on Sullivan’s Island and close to many great restaurants. Great place!

Can't say enough how woderfull our stay was in this beautiful house. It has everything you would need and then some. Very nice 2 car garage. Easy access with codes so no keys needed. Washer and drier is a huge plus. I will definitely stay here on my next vist to the Charleston area.

We recently rented this condo for a week, it was truly exceptional. We live in NH, our son lives in Mt Pleasant so we have rented many places when we come down to stay. This was our favorite by far. Most important to us is the cleanliness and this place was immaculate! We also really appreciated the quality dishes, glassware, utensils & appliances. There is no clutter, thank you and having the linens provided was a real bonus! It was truly a pleasure to stay here. We loved the bright lightness of the whole place with it's gorgeous windows. The owners were easy to communicate with, although we had no problems at all. It was nice they checked in with us. We look forward to renting again when we next come to Mt Pleasant. Thank you

A wonderful home! Nice coastal vibe, comfy furnishings, very clean. Everything you need to cook at home but so well located why would you? Ten minutes from everywhere in Mt. P & Sullivan's Island, a short 15 minutes to Charleston. One of our guests was two months out from knee surgery. He managed the stairways but did find them a bit steep. The rest of us were A-OK. Love this place, will definitely book again!
